I order mobile from star cj alive watching ad of datawind mobile and it receive within 8 days and i pay for that after that it got damaged within 15 days then i call to customer care of company then they ask me to send your mobile with courier then i send mobile with all acessories in parcel. After receiving mobile in company they told me that your mobile is repaired within 15 days and delivered to you but company fraud with me they not send me mobile. This incident happening before one year approx i called the company form till one year and also email but no response given from company.

Sir i am student and i am very sad and i'm got mental disease by this incident i'm humbly requested to you please help me if you also fraud with me then i have only one option which is. . . Suicide

      I had placed an order ( [protected] ) on[protected] It was delivered on[protected] after raising repeated request with startcj/shopcj. Another request was made on[protected] to return the damaged product. After making several request to shopcj it was finally picked on[protected] by GATI. Again after the return I have made several calls to shopcj for the refund . Yet I've not received anything. I've been calling them for last 3 months and everytime I get a response the the backend team will contact. yet i've not received a call atleast for a query. I did send the mail to [protected]@shopcj.com twice but didnt get a single response. It was extremely horrible experience to shop from shopcj. Please let me know if shopcj will refund my money or not.

        First time shopped from shop cj and this is the last tie as well. faulty product delivered and then no proper resolution provided. customer care shared alternate number to connect but no response or call is picked on alternate number. this is worst customer servicr, Product purchased - Maharaja whiteline juicer mixer grinder contact number resolution : want the same to be replaced asap : [protected] alternate [protected]

          This is regarding order number [protected].I had called starcj on monday morning when they were playing video for 4 gas burner Sunflame gas stove with 6 piece pococina cookware and iron for 6290/-.they delivered product delaying by 1 day when finally i recived product you delivered me prestige marvel 4 burner priced @RS 4447/-But they charged me rs 6290.When i called to complain the lady from complaint department named soni was not only rude but did not co-operate to listen that what ordered is not the same product. This is clearly not good in your part in cheating people.I want my product to be replaced to what i had ordered or return my money .I can buy the cheap product you send me at much cheaper price in store. This people are not accepting their mistake and make customer feel bad for buying their product. Truely the experiance recently had been terrible with you people.You should stop advertising product which you cannot deliver.This channel should be banned!!!             hi all customers of star CJ i would like to inform you all that the products shown on tv and the products that are supplied to you are completely different to what u order or see. i had ordered a puma shoes which had an offer of 2 t shirt 1 shades 1 pair of flips 1 normal pair o[censored]v shoes and a scarf which was costing around Rs 2, 999/- i was very happy to c the offer and hence i called up via the phone to book the order told while ordering my shoe size UK/11 and stated i wanted black shoes and xl t shirt it was confirmed by the person taking my order the very next day i received the order and i handed over the cash n took the delivery on opening i saw the main product the puma shoes of instead being black it was white i called up and informed the customer care about it they said on monday the required person will call up regarding it and when monday came a female calls me up from star CJ who was very rude and said the product of puma was a free gift and what was given we cannot replace so if tom puma had to send pink colour shoes to me and me being a guy u expect me to wear pink colour shoes n roam about she just refused to change and she slammed the phone on me and the worst she also gave me a closing line for using star CJ i would like to hear what star cj has to say about it i really like the product s but the way you guys have customer service it sucks big time have some qualified staff to deal with customers my name is Elroy Afonso my mobile no is [protected] i would like to see how things will be proceed ahead but all in all it has been a let down by star CJ.

              I have booked a product Kawachi power dryer easy cloth drying stand on line from shopcj on[protected] and that was cancelled by them, and when asked on phone they told the product is damaged, and told me to book again on next day. Again booked the same product on the next day[protected] but again it was cancelled, with no reason. When i spoke to the customer care and told them to refund my money back that is Rs.4980/- they told it will take 8 to 10 working days, up till now no call from them and when ever i call them they tell some story or the other and still it is pending for refund of amount and it is almost 15 days over. Please try to resolve my problem.

                    Hello I bought set of 5 suits from star cj .my order id is [protected]. The product was broadcasted on tv and told the fabric of crave but it came out to be synthetic. Also the prints were totaly different from that shown and low quality . I called back the customer care and they told to send the mail but till now i didnt get any response from them. This should not b ur response as we are not ordering gor the first time...and also other websites do listen when WE are not satisfied with the product...if we want refund u must do that as u cant force anyone to keep the low quality and cheated products...as wt u broadcast is difeerent from wt u sent us, , , , , , we are not satisfied with the product...even the fabric which was mentioned in the picture is not as per that which is delivered to us...in the picture it was mentioned crave...bt it turned out to be polyster... kindly refund my money back as soon as possible and send the courier man for reverse pick up!!!                         I WAS ORDER two Bedsheet on[protected] with order no[protected],[protected]. with order no[protected] was delivered but second one was cancelled. I ask to SHOP CJ Network Private Limited customer care about this he said the payment not received so the order no[protected] cancelled.I book the complain on SBI with complain no PT[protected] they reply me that conformed with merchant the transaction is successful. I complain many time to renew order and/or refund my money but till date no any process.

                          I once made big mistake by purchasing food processing device from STAR CJ. Deal was quite successful and was satisfied, but from then onwards i keep receiving uncalled promotional messages on my mobile. I turned off the notification in my profile at your site www.starcj.com but of no use. I unregistered myself from your site realising my mistake having dealt with you but unfortunately it is still continuing. My mobile number is registered under DND category but still i keep receiving SMS from you which shows your disrespect to us(Customers). Your unethical promotion has developed hatred in our mind and you compelled us to take stern decision for not dealing in future with you. Please stop sending these JUNK Messages on my said number or I will be compelled to take serious action against you. Have some morals and respect your customer privacy. Hope you will learn something if you company is not run by nuts and bolt

                            Hello Sir/Madam, I am manoj saxena. I am exsiting customer of Star Cj. I have purchased two three Product from Star Cj. I have been suggesting my friends to purchase the product from Star Cj for its better service with good quality. But this time, I am so disappointed to purchase a product (Apple Gym) from it. Reason: I have purchsed this product in December, 2015 with the warranty of six month, which is not completed now. I have sent to replace the minor part of the machine. It’s Ropes, the equipment which is only valuable with machine. Without it machine is worthless. On this April 4, 2015 I have sent the product with original invoice copy to Damul trader as per suggestion of Star CJ Executive. But till today 03 May 2015. I did not receive this product back. Even talked with damul traders several time in giving contact number ([protected], [protected]). They have not given me a satisfied response.Only give me wrong information about the process of my product replacement I humble request to both Damul Trader and Star Cj. Please give me a satisfied response. Either I will never purchase the product from Star CJ and also never suggest other one to purchase. Complain attended by local team but till date problem not resolved by local team at Ahmedabad. Local team person now not even attending phone call and neither gives responce on outstanding complain.                               i hav same problem. Vego Air Cooler purchase at 26may2015 and it is not working before 4 day ago.. Dealer didnt file complain and give another phone no to complain.. and shop cj cust. care no. is not working, i try many times.. what will happen.. how to complain in Consumer court???

                                i ordered electolux microwave/grill from star cj a month .when company send a person for demo, he said that oven is not applicable for baking n grilling. i also tried it but its really not applicable for it.but they are selling tha same product by showing baking grilling n all on t.v. also they i confirmed tha same 4 times when i orderd it from them that tym they promise that it will do the all which is showing on t.v.but it din't. we already have place complaint in star cj n electrolux company also. they rwere saying for money refund from long tym .but now their is no call n no response from them.even we have called them so many tym but they are not taking action.

                                  Did not delivered product.Wrong information given by customer care.No complaint tracking or resolving mechanism.Courier ( GATI ) Tracking fake information. My Delivery date was 30th of May 2015 but still i have not received my order. Totally very very big dissatisfaction for the customer point of view Please dont by anything from these.

                                    I had bought product of microwave 102 pic dinner set from star cj of 2000ru and when I opened that product I was shock to see it as in broadcasting that product was looking good and here I saw quality was too poor .if you use it 1 time only it will break. I want my money should be refunded.even i talk to customer care of starcj they dont know how to talk.I am fed up with company and these people also dnt know even how to talk with people..

                                      i purchased microwave grill oven from the company. i had made payment in advance. the company provided me a part of consignment not the complete one and the peice of microwave which was delivered to me was having dent and seems like the company had repacked some rejected peice bought at a very low price and selling me at market price.

                                        Hello, Order # [protected] was booked online, giving address and pincode of Nagpur on Sunday 10th May, 2015.The Online booking syatem of StarCJ arranged to send the parcel to Pune address, which was observed by one of the starcj representative on 12th may 2015 night, while the call was made to enquire the status of the delivery. The representative advised to book a new contract with Nagpur address, and cancel the existing order. He also confirmed that the payment would be adjusted with the original order, no need to pay separately. The new contract was booked. After multiple automatic cancellations and rebooking of the order, the order [protected] was booked. For this at least 13-15 calls were made, in every call we got to hear that there is no open order, all orders stand cancelled, and we need to book the new order...with new representative every time. While we received the delivery in Nagpur on 14th May 2015, we were told that the order is booked as Cash on Delivery, hence we must pay Rs 6599/- to get the delivery. Starcj also confirmed now that we must pay for COD and the amount 6599/ as for the original order wouldbe refunded in 2-3 days. Since 14th May 2015, multiple calls are made to STATCJ to know the status of refund, and its still not done. The problems we face while dealing with them are- 1/. There is no Tollfree number, where customers can call and have the conversation for 10-15 min at least. 2/ Everytime we call, we get to talk to new person, have to explain the entire history and request for refund. 3/ Th erepresentatives at times, donot understand or don not show any intention tounderstnad. 4/ They promiss then we would get a call back with the resolution, none calls back. 5/ When called again to enquire we have no choice but to repeat the entire cycle...with no output. If we do not call and followup with them, I am sure nobody from Starcj would be even bothered to return this amount. INR 6599/- is not a small amount, which can be ignored.
