I didnt received the free item with my order number [protected].
i raised complaint to them on 22nd april and they promised to provide points equivalent to free item equal value as free item was unavailable.
i have called them many times and wrote many mails but problem is yet not resolved.one.
it is now over 1.5months and their executives keep making fake promises on ph
request you to please take up matter with company and resolve it.

    I purchased induction plate from your company. The day one I purchased the same it is not working and I am calling time and again to the toll free number and the brand customer care to resolve my problem but till date I have not received any call from your office. On 26th May I made the complaint then message was received by me that our executive will call you within two days and your request for return of the product already lodged. Till 3rd June 2015 I did not receive any call and then again I made complaint at your toll free number and the person who received my call said that there is no such complaint regarding return of the product. Last Friday i.e, on 29th May I registered a complaint in the brand customer care but till 5th June 2015 there is no response from the brand customer care. Your company is taking this problem very easy and don't know that the customer satisfaction is one of the moto of every growing company and do not take it easy. Please resolve my problem as early as possible. I shifted to Mumbai from Gurgaon I thought that each and every house hold items I will require I will purchase the same from your company but my first experience is so horrible I am receiving dant from my husband every day for purchasing the product from your company. I spent hundred of rupees on phone calls but not heed is paid by your customer care centres.

      I have purchased store smart vacuum bag order no[protected] 052945) on 27. 03. 2015. Which was found to be defective and hence informed this by phone immediately, but your customer care executive asked me that to solve my problem within a week, but till now the situation remain same meanwhile i have keep contacting you telephonically but no redressal done but today my phone no is blocked by your team so i am unable to contact you this is very unfortunate on your part because i am your permanent customer so request you to please resolve my problem asap and inform me immediately for this to avoid further action against you.

        I have purchased a smart ab wide order no. [protected] which was delivered to me on 18/05/2015 the tab was having one dot in the screen which later on spread all over the screen and screen clarified the broken condition of the same after revealing this fact I complained about the same telephonic but no action was taken against the seller though the item is having one year guaranty which is also shown in advertisement on TV I am a senior citizen so kindly replace the smart tab which was send by the seller in broken condition or arrange to replace the screen and touch of the smart tab immediately otherwise I will file complaint criminal and civil (consumer court ) both and will get this matter publish in national newspaper look into matter seriously .

But it is not recived yet(actual delivery date was 30 May 2015).I didn't got any call from "GATI" services and wrong status is updated on the website as : "Undelivered due to CUSTOMER REQUEST ANOTHER DATE DELIVERY" "Undelivered due to CONSIGNEE REFUSING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY" This is very disappointed service for a customer. My user id is aliciaajish and Order no.[protected] I have paid 1529 rs for this product. I got very poor quality product as well as damaged product. and one of saree in this pack was stinking as if someone had used them. I called many time at their customer care and wasted my time and money for calling them, still my problem was not resolved . Executives every time says that back-end team will call you, but nobody called me.after 15 days they called me and arranged reveras of product. I asked for refund against this order but since 1 month i am following up with them and they are giving false promises that it will show up in the bank soon . I am very frustrated and mentally harassed by their service. Their customer care executives not even properly educated, they can not reslov the problems, they only say back end team will call you, but nobody calls. I am wasting my money since 1 moth for calling them, but nobody bother about it. I request other costmoers that never buy anything from shop cj.                   i ordered a combo of tyche bed sheets Rs-999, i book the order 15 days back and i got the order within 2-3 days but the order which i got was only single bed sheet, i place the complaint at the same time when i got the order but today(25 May2015) i got the order again but the order was same bed sheet which i have already with me at the time of first receiving. now i doing calls at shopCJ but nobody taking my call to replace my order. Shop CJ is realizing me that i did a big mistake to take them order this was my first n last order to them

                      Hello sir i am Manpreet singh, i am customer of shop cj.. my order no. is [protected] and registered mobile no. is [protected] and i ordered a Symphony Ice Cube i Air Cooler -Mah from shop cj mobile app... the product which i had delivered is differ from size which u mentioned in the picture & no cooling, customer care executive told to log complaint with symphony, why we call them when we purchased product from u i was filed complaint about returning my product same day of delivery date... your customer care staff are not solving my problem saying that your product could not be returned b'coz it is same product.. but i have a proof (picture) of that product which after i am seeing and ordering it.. plz sir resolve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i will go for a consumer forum and complaint against shop cj for resolving my problem..You guys making fool to people show big picture on shop cj site but in actual size is too small, dnt make people fool

                            Please refer invoice no[protected] dated 14.05.2015. Where as you are advertising 3 Pcs Casserole set as a free gift what you have dispatched along with the Olive oil 5 Lts can is a set of an ordinary plastic container. Casserole is being misquoted in your Ad. What is generally available in the market as a CASSEROLE is insulated container with a stainless steel bowl with a lid. This amounts to wrong and unethical business practice. We are not interested in this product supplied by yo with the so called gift item and as such and would like to return the same immediately. Please intimate as to how we could return the item in original packing and get the refund.Alternatively, please replace the gift item with a proper Casserole Set 3 Pcs.

                              i ordered 2 qty of marvel with manikya imitation jewellery on 4 april, order no.[protected], on 11th april i received the package and found only one set. i have made payment for both. continuously i am complaining to customer care about it, every-time they assured me they will contact me within 2 days but I never got a call or e-mail from them.                                 My order number is [protected]. Had been given commitment for delivery on 10th sunday, then next date given was 11th and again date given is 12th. We called at number [protected] which was provided to us for logistics. The lady who answered the phone today spoke very rudely without caring for the sentiments. When we called customer care and told we will like to cancel the order and will like to some senior without any hesitation person on ur call centre very supportively said that he will cancel the order immediately. Wonder what type of service you people provide and how much care is taken for ur customers. I regret i have ordered for my room cooler from your site and such ruthless team you have to support. My purpose of ordering the cooler was to get it by sunday for some guests joining and whole purpose got spoilt. In your website also there is no complaint mail id. Wish somebody could take on my feedback .

                                    Dear Sir, I placed an order to purchased a jewellery set of Sterling which is shown on 21st April 2015 In between 11.00am to 12.00am. There is ear cuff, Bangle pair, One Mangal sutra and a ruby necklace with ear rings shown on the T V. But I received Another order in which ear cuff not there and this is not the sterling product it is Utsokt. When I contact the customer executive for exchange then he said this product will not be change. There may be some price difference of Rs.200. I will pay the extra amount if order is different. Why its taking delay to reach as its 5days now also there is no update frm your end as of now. Yesterday i called executives wherein i was supposed to get my order today, but no update today as well. If i am not getting my product than plz cancel the product because this is taking to much of delay frm your end. I had purchased many products where my product used to reach me within 3days but this time there is to much delay now. Worst experience
