I had ordered for the subject Item on 19 Sep 14, the same delivered to me on 29th Evening ( after 10 days), when i checked the product, i found that the product is not as per shown on site. it has manufacturing defect like, different colour thread is appearing in middle of bottom fabric, plain neck space is not given on suit fabric, length also seems to be short. Finishing is not at all found in any corner of fabric.
On worst, when I contacted customer care to know the return / Exchange process, they told me that you are now bound for the product, and if you have any query, you should contact directly to vendor, Star CJ does not have any matter on this.
Pls be noted that I had given the order to Star CJ, keeping in view of Star CJ goodwill & Mkt reputation, But now I m being forced to tackle with the Star CJ Vendor Directly . Why it is so???????
This type of worst service is not expected from such a brand like Star CJ.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful, as I can not take this type of defective material after paying full Money.

Hi, this is Pradeep Sahu from Mumbai. I'm writing this to suggest me and help me out.
I want to lodge an complaint against Star CJ a online shopping channel which shows its products in all the television now in all the homes.
I had ordered a Puma shoes with 8 other items which cost was Rs.3199, I had order on 31st Dec'2014, for which I had also received confirmation thru sms on my cell with an order no. - [protected] with docket no.[protected] which was delivered on 3rd Jan'2015, but I found the size i.e 9 No. shoes, slippers &amp; floaters are not fitting to my legs which was delivered to me.
Then I called Star CJ customer care to change the delivered shoes, slipper &amp; floater with a bigger one i.e 10 No. size on 3rd Jan'2015 itself, but Star CJ delivery person brought the same size i.e.9 No.with the docket no.[protected] on 7th Jan'2015.
Then again I called on 7th Jan'2015.Star CJ customer care to say that you have delivered the wrong size, not the size which I asked for, on reply to this Mr.Lokesh / Mr.Aditya and two more guys don't recall the names, they said that we have registered your service request &amp; complaint as well and we also ensure you that we will change the product within two working days and the your problem will also be answered by our customer care persons by 2 working days, but till date I have not received any call nor my product has been replaced by Star CJ.
I request you to help me out for making further procedures for lodging complaint against Star CJ &amp; now I want my money back as well and also the compensation against the harassment from these guys till date.
