i placed an orded for6 kurtis of a particular six out of which 3 kurtis were of a different size i have been trying to get a replacement from almost one n a half month but still havent got my product back. This company is a fraud company and does not return the products but they know to publish the products and the irony is the tag line of the company which says "Good shopping India" which is total crap because they dont know the meaning of good shopping or good customer service. Even the TLs or Supervisors of the company are useless and fit for nothing and do not help the customer. The company is so dumb they cannot even give the address of the outlet nor the employee ids as it against the protocol according to them.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Hi, this is Pradeep Sahu from Mumbai. I'm writing this to suggest me and help me out.

I want to lodge an complaint against Star CJ a online shopping channel which shows its products in all the television now in all the homes.

I had ordered a Puma shoes with 8 other items which cost was Rs.3199, I had order on 31st Dec'2014, for which I had also received confirmation thru sms on my cell with an order no. - [protected] with docket no.[protected] which was delivered on 3rd Jan'2015, but I found the size i.e 9 No. shoes, slippers & floaters are not fitting to my legs which was delivered to me.

Then I called Star CJ customer care to change the delivered shoes, slipper & floater with a bigger one i.e 10 No. size on 3rd Jan'2015 itself, but Star CJ delivery person brought the same size i.e.9 No.with the docket no.[protected] on 7th Jan'2015.

Then again I called on 7th Jan'2015.Star CJ customer care to say that you have delivered the wrong size, not the size which I asked for, on reply to this Mr.Lokesh / Mr.Aditya and two more guys don't recall the names, they said that we have registered your service request & complaint as well and we also ensure you that we will change the product within two working days and the your problem will also be answered by our customer care persons by 2 working days, but till date I have not received any call nor my product has been replaced by Star CJ.

I request you to help me out for making further procedures for lodging complaint against Star CJ & now I want my money back as well and also the compensation against the harassment from these guys till date.

    My parents have bought spin massager from Star CJ.Customer Care person didnt know what ans they have give customer and again they repeat say same ans. They launch the compliant an dmisguide the consumer. My order number is -[protected] Product -Spin massager. In this product no attachment is working properly and we have raised this issue.But there is not proper response to customer. After sale service is not conducted properly.they are not responsible if any fault in product after their sale, giving guarantee for exchange and cash back if any problem at the time of ordering product but after ordered they are not responsible for what they had said.misleading advertise shown for product and also mislead the customer.

      there is not proper response to customer. after sale service is not conduted properly.they are not resposible if any fault in product after their sale, giving guarantee for exchange and cash back if any problem at the time of ordering product but after ordered they are not responsible for wat they had said.misleading advertise shown for product and also mislead the customer. even they are not registered clients complaints.

        I had puchased a bedsheet set worth Rs. 2000 and made multiple attempts for refund since it is of very bad quality like handkerchiefs. Now i want my refund. They are cheaters and i will not purchase any products from starcj and will suggest otherothers not to buy from starcj. Its's very disappointing.

When I have checked I found 3 Sarees were damaged. I spoke to the Customer care office over phone and he told me that we collect from your home &amp; refund your amount but still date not any one come at my home.             i have purchased a 3Pcs kitchen Combo Set (Order Number : [protected] Date: 13/11/2014) and when got the delivery i found that the Acutal product is different then the demoed product on. TV now i want to return this product and get refund of my money. they are using smart way of cheating customers.. on TV they show grilling of nine pieces and at actual you can't even grill 2 pieces... easy way of fooling people and getting money ...

            I had purchase Philips Multimedia Soundbar From Star Cj which is absolutely differet as shown on air. We are not satisfied with product quality . At the time of placing order their representative told us, we can return the product within 2 days but when i requested for the same they denied. They are not cooperative. i swear i cant buy anythinf further from star CJ. They are cheating us.

              We had ordered Picasso Roti Maker about 20 days back based on the advertisement seen on the StarCj Alive.We got the delivery within 3 days which was great.But now when we started using it, the performance is not found to expectations and the way things are shown in the advertisement.We have explored all the options but not successful. After discussing with others who got this item the complaint is same i.e. not satisfied. We request that either live demonstration be given to us or the item taken back.                   I am fed with the services of star cj alive this company is a big lair I bought induction cookware combo but in this combo induction cooker is not induction base they send me normal one I complaint about this several times they give deaf ear to this and not exchangeing it.                     I had ordered one smartab Android tablet 7 on 26/10/2014 this product show in star cj live 2 on my vediocon d2h line this product show with gift articles extra 1 keyboard with 1cover 2 speaker's and 1 tuch pen.                       Dear Sir, I have placed an order for Sunheri sarees 7 nos. for Rs.2090/- Order No.[protected] which I received on, 28th October 2014 around 7.30 Pm. vide Invoice No.[protected] When I checked it today I found one saree is damaged. I spoke to Mr.Nilesh over phone and he told me that some body will call after 48 hours and I will get the replacement. so for replacement has not arrived.                         I ordered vlcc product from star cj . My docket no.[protected]. The agent told me that I will get the product in 2 business days. However, I dont receive the product in two days and do I wanted to check the status. I called the customer service but the agent said it will take another 4 business days to reach me. I was annoyed, they give wrong information when taking orders. When o called the courier guy, he refused to deliver the product . This is s horrible place to shop from. This brand is dishonest. Pathetic service. I will never recommend STARCJ to anybody. They are the worst

                              Dear Kenny Shine, Congratulation for boarding Star CJ as CEO, sorry for putting a complaint with your company as your representatives are giving false commitments & cheating the customer . I had purchased some facial kit in the month of August 2014 with a opffer of getting a gift voucher of 4000/ Rs. which is yet to be delivered. Customer call centre is busy in misleading us with giving date by date & telling us that our head Mr Khanaya will cal us back on the dispatches. I had made complaints on 20/08/2014 /04/10/2014 & recent one with Mr. Shubam Kumar with complaint number[protected]. I request your quick action on this for further bussiness.

                              Star CJ, I am very sorry for putting a complaint as your representatives are giving false commitments and cheating the customer . I had purchased some VLCC facial kit (order no. [protected]) on September 23, 2014 with a offer of getting so many free gift along with a gift voucher. But when I open the goods (It was a big box) after delivery I saw that big box contains another two box of which one box completely blank and other one contains which main facial items along with free pedicure kits.

                              I was complained that four items are missing. 1. Strawberry peel off mask 2. VLCC Kajal, 3. Hair band and 4. Gift voucher. Next day one person from STAR CJ call me to know about my complain and inform me that missing items will be send by 2-4 days.
                              But another surprise was wait for me that when I received next delivery (that was also comparatively large box) I surprised to see that it contains only hair band which was also not similar items which showed in the TV show.
                              Hence once again I complained for other items. But there was no response from CJ's end. I once again complained and today one lady call me and say that she will send only gift voucher. When ask about the other items she inform rudely that she only know about gift voucher.

                              Anyway, I will wait for some time and complain to consumer cell.

                              In the mean time I request every body not to buy any things from Star CJ (a cheater).

Till date we are contonuosly complaining to customer care that we want our desired product but thaey are not able to provide and not even behaving properly. Finishing is not at all found in any corner of fabric. On worst, when I contacted customer care to know the return / Exchange process, they told me that you are now bound for the product, and if you have any query, you should contact directly to vendor, Star CJ does not have any matter on this. Pls be noted that I had given the order to Star CJ, keeping in view of Star CJ goodwill & Mkt reputation, But now I m being forced to tackle with the Star CJ Vendor Directly . Why it is so??????? This type of worst service is not expected from such a brand like Star CJ. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful, as I can not take this type of defective material after paying full Money.                                     We received a product - New PN Diamond 4 pcs Non stick Pan from Star CJ (R. Shantilal Network Private Limited) on 1st Nov 2014 which was damaged and we called up many tiimes on Star CJ customer care and Domul Traders, Mumbai office but they told me to send the damaged Pan back to Mumbai office BEARING COURIER expenses.. Why should we bear the charges and as per your customer care suggestions that if Domul Traders can get the pics of the damaged product they can take the Pan and return with the new one, the concerned person at Domul Traders Ms. Manju bluntly refused that its not in our policy and is not possible.. And i receive courier when i open take it home and start microwave its not in working condition and i give many complaint but no action taken. in life i first time take a online delivery and it was my very bad experience. i again request you plesae replace my order.
