In canon printer the ink is finished after 20 prints. In your advertising you told that 360 pages will print by this printer. I was register this complàin two months ago in canon the engineers were also told that you are doing wrong publicity. Kindly give my money back otherwise I will take you in customer court.

    I had ordered Sunflame Gas Stove after checking it on their website. The Product delivered is not the same as it was displayed in the Website. As required I have provided the details of what we saw on website and photo of product delivered. I am following with the Customer care center from past one and half weeks and in every call I get a standard answer that somebody will call me in 48 hours. When I ask the executive to Transfer the Call to the manager they just transfer the call but nobody picks the call.

      the blades of grinding jar just rotates but doesn't grind anything and this happened just after the first use..i've been complaining since 2 weeks now n there is no response at all from your fake company...even d customer care number provided doesn't exist...really very poor after sale service bloody...better work on it

The quality for bed sheets are very inferior and not given coin and voucher. They are using your name. I have placed order only because they use your name.Please do something.           Dear team, I got my parcel thru subjected order number on dated 04march but i have received short peice, compalin also register on same day and more then 10time complain note down by call, we are now in 09march but still not any prosses on this matter, Plz note the order details...             This is regarding order no[protected], its been a month i register the complaint, I have ordered two Products from which one was not delivered to me, i paid the total amount as COD. Despite continuous complaining, no action was taken against my complaint.I have even tried to speak to the senior executives, but their only reply has been that they'll call back, although they haven't made any calls to me yet. I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible attitude for their customer and you are kindly requested to take strict action against the matter as soon as possible.

                  Dear Sir/Madam I booked an order No.[protected] on 15/3/2015 with Star CJ for Maharaja JX 207(Blue. When I recieved the product on 22/3/2015 at 6.40 P.M and found the product defective I immediately spoke to Deepak on date at 7.29 P.M and lodged a complaint regarding the defective product and also explained him the weak quality of the plastic body of the product. On 23/4/2015 I was asked by Star CJ to speak to Maharaja Complaint Section and the number was supplied to me and I did the needful and I was told that Engineer will inspect the product and submit report and thereafter no body visited from Maharaja till date as such I was compelled to contact[protected] and spoke to Rupali on 27/3/2015 and she was kind enough to patiently hear my grievance and got telephone conferencing with Maharaja and I was shocked to find that my complaint on 23/3/2015 was not recorded and as such today I lodged the complaint which was recorded afresh with Ref No.KOL[protected]. I will request you to get the matter verified and collect your defective product from me and refund my payment by transfer of Rs.1999/-in favour of Anand Swarup Saraswat S/B Account No.[protected], Bank of India, Dobson Lane Branch to avoid further litigation. Looking forward for neccessary action and acknowledgement. Sir Dt. 26.03.2015 Star CJ alive As per telephonic talk on[protected] on today, it is requested to allow REVERSE PICKUP of my product & send me the replacement as early as possible. Sir... the product ( Green Apple Six power gym ) was received in damaged condition & the same thing was immediately conveyed to Damul Trading Pvt Ltd. My all e-mail correspondence is mailed on [protected]@starcj.com . Looking to my problem narrated below please allow REVERSE PICKUP of my product & send me the replacement. Kindly yours Mukesh Pandya ...Brief Note About the Issue... As per telephonic talk on dt 23.03.2015 on Tel. Nos. [protected], [protected] ( DAMUL TRADING) i was instructed by Resp. Medam that i must send whole product to get replacement of damaged parts. As per DAMUL TRADING’S e-mail send to me on nov-11-2014 on my e mail id [protected]@gmail.com, i have couriered the damaged parts & the same is received at their end on dt 5.03.2015. I was late for sending the damaged parts because i am Govt. Servant & I was temporary transferred by my Govt Department to other Head quarter from where i was not able to send the damaged part of the product received. Sir... As i am Govt.Servant, i am not in a position to bare the big amount of courier charges to send whole product through courier service. Sir my issue is genuine & pending since long time due to unavoidable circumstances. Please consider this issue on sympathetic ground for me (Govt. Employee). Please kindly replace the whole product at the earliest with REVERSE PICKUP protocol. I have already paid entire amount for the complete order of two items.Though I am following up with your customer care since 4th March, there is no action on this complain since last 20 day's. I now have a sense of being cheated by StarCJ and this is a very serious concern to me and my family. Though the amount paid is not very high, such instances are adding in destroying customer trust as well as spoiling STARTCJ's name. I expect at least after this complain there would be prompt action from STARTCJ's service center and failing to receive any co-operation or response to this complain may lead to further consequences.I would then definitely go ahead and take up this with higher level as well as other consumer forums for further actions.                             I had ordered Superspun Bedsheets pack of 5 +3 free on 14th March 2015 for Rs. 3990 (order no. [protected], invoice no.[protected]. While placing the order the tele executive informed that you can register any sort of complain within 15 days but you cannot open the product when it is delivered to you. I received the product on 16th March. When I checked the product, the quality was too inferior (hard, rough and not comfortable at all) and the shades were different to as shown on TV (megenta turned into tomato peach). On Tv they had promised soft and comfortable bedsheets. I raised complaint with the Star Cj team on 23rd March, and they first directed me to the manufacturer (Mr. Ram Chandra at Superspun factory). Mr. Ram Chandra directed me back to Star Cj team as they can only help. Finally Star Cj registered the complaint and I received a call back from them today on 24th March 2015 and they said yes the bedsheet is comfortable and they cannot do anything. Star Cj is a cheater and coming from the house of Star Network it is shocking that they are cheating people in name of discounts and passing on inferior products to customers. Spending approx 4000 is not a small amount and so easily they refuse to listen to the defects. Star Cj is a cheater and they will lose their customers in the long run. Please help as the quality is very inferior.
                            I had ordered for matangi roti maker from shop cj. ..as usual they said you can't open the parcel to check but if you find any defect you can lodge complaint with in 48 hrs... I received it on November 23..complained on same day...but still to be addressed for the problem... I am following everyday by calling them...floks please don't believe shop cj they are cheaters ...never ever buy from them ...

                                    I Bought the GOLD Facial .For that facial.They given free coupon for complement for VLCC. I bought the product through parcel on 26th feb but the vlcc coupon has been expired on 25th feb.Unknowingly we went to Koramangal VLCC on 6th mar..They told your coupon has been expired on 25 th feb.We got very shame. Immediately 6th march I called the Star CJ customer care.They told me we will send the new coupon with in 15days. But till date I did not receive the coupon. Kindly give me the new coupon ASAP.
