my name is shama.I was purchased cannon printer on[protected].my order no is[protected].in cannon printer your company commitment that your printer have 365 pages catrage.in your advertisement you told that 365 pages will be printed by this printer.but in your cannon printer the ink is finished after 25 pages.I was already registered this complain but you cannot solve my problem.i also complaint in canon company but they said u told wrong commitment and doing wrong publicity about the product.take action about my complaint in ten working days. otherwise I take legal action against you.

    I ordered 2 Quantity of " Superspun Lorie Pack of 4 Double Bedsheet" on 17th april 2014 from starcj website and made an online payment for it. On 20th april I received the package but i found only one set. I called the customer care and made and registered a complaint. They assured me they will contact me within 2 days but I never got a call or e-mail from them. Every time I call them, I get to hear the same thing. stanzin [protected]@gmail.com

      i had orderd vego atom + air cooler on 20th april 2015. I got my delivery at 22nd april 2015. My order number is [protected]. Cooler works nicely for 5-6 hours. But, after some hours it started throwing so much water outside. The quantity of water coming outside is maintained if i change the mode of cooler in slow mode. I had complain to starcj on number on 25th april 2015. My complain number is GUJ15D24020. After four days not even one person came to check the problem of cooler. I feel that you delivery service i very fast But, when it comes to solve the problems of customer your service is very much slow I am trying to call to inquire about my complain but, nobody is receiving the call. I want to solve my cooler problem so, i added my complain here. I hope you will read it and solve it as fastas possible Thank you

        I ordered set of five ladies kurti from star CJ on 26 April 2015 online. I am given product not as described, cloth quality is pathetic. I made entire payment by credit card. I have proof for that and I have received different sizes of kurti's too not what i asked for. When i checked their website to get their number where i can call and place a complaint a number given as [protected] is given which is the customer service number for CARWALE.com BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS AS THEY CON YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I REGISTERD MY COMPLAIN ON 10/04/2015, STAFF TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 7 TO 10 DAYS. NOW TODAY IS 27/04/2015. IN BETWEEN I CALLED STARCJ SEVERAL TIMES.BUT ALL THE STAFFS ARE TRYING TO GET RID OF ME SAYING OK SIR PLS WAIT FOR ONE DAY, ONE DAY... LAST FRIDAY I TALK TO THERE SENIOR ALSO, SHE TOLD THE SAME LINE TO ME. ME, MY WIFE AND MY SISTER ARE REGULAR CUSTOMER OF STARCJ.BUT THIS TIME THEY CHEATED ME ALOT.ALL THE EXECUTIVE OF STARCJ CHEATED ME AND WASTED MY TIME.

            Hi my name is Pranjali Shukla and about a month ago I had brought a new IBall Andi Tiger 4 IPS phone online from your website.It worked very well for about a week or so after that it stared hanging.What's worst is that the phone is not reading my SD card.At first it said the card was damaged, i changed my card and still no difference and now its just not showing anything about my card.It has been 3 weeks to this problem.Due to some reasons I couldn't place a complaint till now.But now i need a solution to this problem.my phone is under 1 year warranty.Please tell me what to do because it's very important.There are many things on my SD card which i need to access almost daily. Frankly speaking I was kind of a fan of STAR CJ...But now I am losing all my faith in you... Please do something for my problem soon...

                      sir on 12th april 2015 i have ordered an I ball andi enigma mobile worth Rs 6799/- order no- [protected] and on 17th april 2015 i have received the parcel which is empty does not comprise and mobile box, on the same day i have registered a complaint against it, on 18th april i have received a call to send us the photograph which was imidiately send through mail id [protected]@ymail.com, after sending detail when i have contacted them they said that your mail has been received and till 20th april 2015 it will be resolve but from there on I am calling for update they always says that it is under process and soon backend office will call you but no response has been received yet

                        It is my first and last shopping with star cj, I'm really very dissatisfied with your services firstly It takes more than 10 days for exchanging my item after that, today your delivery boy comes and reached to near my house not at my house, i am not at my home my mother is there, i requested him to reach my house and please exchange the items then he directly told me that I'm not coming today I will come tomorrow. Now I just want to exchange my items as soon as possible that's it and I'm not going to shopping again.

I talked to customer care excutive they refused to change because these are not defective.IN GUJRAT like state poly mix bedsheet is not useable so i talked to excuive to exchange to code no 145044 .Please do needful.Some bedsheet is defective also.                                 Sir, I am Mausmi, placed order (Order no. [protected]) of Ramson 101pc. stainless steel dinner set on date -07.04.2015 on cash on delivery mode. I received dinner set on 10.04.2015 and then i found that three serving bowl was not same as i saw in starcj channel show, through which i saw and placed order. In show as well in starcj website THE THREE SERVING BOWLS HAS A HANDLE ATTACH ON TWO SIDE SO THAT THE BOWL CAN BE HOLD EASILY WHEN FOOD IS HOT, THIS WAS EXPLAINED ON SHOW. BUT LOOK WHAT I GOT THERE IS NO SUCH HANDLE ATTACHED IN BOWLS.. So I complained it in costumer care. After telling them and making confirm through your website they agree the fault and said that they will replace whole dinner set and i will receive it in 4-5 working days...according to them i received today (date 16.04.2015) another dinner set in replacement. But after an hour as i opened i again received same serving bowl as i got earlier. And the most dissapointing thing this time is serving bowl cover has lot of sketches.. looks like old one. I felt as my earlier received serving bowl was much better than this one... and on glass cover also there are sketches...I am sending some bowl. My fault was that i didn't checked the new dinner set at time of returning earlier one...otherwise i wouldn't had return it. If they didn't had any such serving bowl then they should have accept their fault saying they had no such bowl in dinner set. The image of bowl showed on their show and website was wrong( THEY LIED) I paid Rs. 5999/- for this Ramson 101pc stainless steel dinner set but i didn't recieved the same as i saw in starcj show and website in second time also (in replacement) Sir, i didn't call to coustumer care. Again i have to explain and they will not belive. Some photo of serving bowl is attach for proof. i am very disappointed so i am writing here. This was my first online shopping with starcj, and i didn't experience it as good. please take my complaint seriouly and solve my problem. Hoping for your quick response. Thank you.

                                  I placed order on 10-Apr-15 order number [protected] beauty mirakles gold n diamond facial combo kit, 1099/- yet the product has not been delivered to me. Since yesterday i called d executives but they are unable to provide any info whn d product will reach to me instead these people are asking us to call the courier guys for the delivery status. Actually you people are irresponsible to check whether procuct has been delivered to customer or not. Today in morng also i called but they just registered the complaint but no action as of now. Its since 4days i am waiting for my product but no update from your end nor from courier guys.

                                      I have purchased one Electrolux microwave oven from star cheaters. after few days, technician had visited my home for setup and demo purpose. that time he noticed and told us that the product is defective, there is some heating problem and suggested us to take replacement from Star Cheaters. but when I cal to star cheaters they are not giving replacement and telling to get repaired under warranty. they are not at all co-operative. they want only money and not customer satisfaction. I have purchased many products online from flipkart, ebay, amazon, jabong, zovi, snapdeal etc and I get good products, good response. but this is my worst online purchase experience for ever. I have noticed in many cases, if we post an comment about any product or fault, they will c d review and immediately give reply. but star cheaters are not caring about negative reviews also. pls never buy anything from star cheaters.                                         This is regarding order no [protected], its been about 10 days i register the complaint and for about 3 times they updated the complaint but no action has taken yet, I had ordered two Products from which one was not delivered to me, i paid the total amount of two products through COD. Despite continuous complaining, no action was taken against my complaint.I have even tried to speak to the senior executives, but their only reply has been that they'll call back, although they haven't made any calls to me yet. I am extremely disappointed with their irresponsible attitude towards their customer. So you are kindly requested to take strict action against the matter as soon as possible.
