i bought a product Birla food processor.order number- [protected].Docket number[protected].my registered contact number is [protected].As it was a default damage piece the day the product got delivered i registered the complaint for returning it.They assured me of returning the amount by ten days.i returned the product on 9-07-13.still i did not get any reply from them.i am calling them twice a week from the day i returned the product please do the needful as i am facing problem with my family.

The customer service of star cj alive is excellent. Recently I had bought an electrolux
20L Grill. As soon as I posted a complaint regarding the product they reverted back on the
very next day and my problem is now resolved. Thank you Star CJ Alive :)

    I placed an order with star CJ .com for a combo set of two cookers having separators. Two items were free with this order one was 2 litre cooker and other was a glass lid. The company supplied only one cooker. Further to dismay is the fact that when I complaint telephonically my phone was cut at least five times.       Dear sir, I ordered on phone[protected], aire bra after seeing tv ad on starcj on 25/10/13 and I received a sms at 11.18 am on 25/10/13 .that my order no.is [protected], cash amount payable is Rs.1899 On 25/10/13 at 6.18 pm I received an other sms " Your order no. [protected] is shipped.Plz keep Rs.1899 amount ready.To track your order call ARAMEX and contact no.[protected]. Docket no.[protected]."I received the product on 28/10/13 evening and on checking found the size to be very large .I immediately called at[protected] and told my complaint to the person attending the call but his way of dealing was very rude and he did not listen tome properly.After about 15 minutes I again called at[protected] and this time the person attending was courteous.He listened to me carefully and agreed to change the product size from large to medium.I received a sms on 28/10/13 at 7.33 pm that-"Dear customer, your service request has been registered, we will contact you soon.For any service call us at[protected].On 30/10/13, at 8.04 am, I received sms -"Dear customer, Thank you for shopping with us, we apologise for the delay in delivery of your order no. [protected], your order will reach you in 4 working days." I am sorry to say that so far I have neither received my product nor any further call or message from starcj.       I have made an order for 6 bras xxl size via http://airebraindia.co/
      Chat ..Support agent "Sonia", on July 3.

      Support Agent Karthik had called me and took the details for my order .

      I received the parcel on July 4, and paid 2500 INR (COD), but to my dismay the parcel contained small size Inv# 23754.

      On July 5, I again logged on to http://airebraindia.co/ and reported the same to the same support agent on July 5. I was assured that the parcel would be replaced on July 8 by support agent "Rahul".

      Its July 15 today, after I logged onto http://airebraindia.co/ I received a call from agent Rahul again mobile # [protected] he told me that he would call me in 10 minutes. Four hours have passed now, I haven't have from him, I tried calling [protected] it rang the first time, but no response. I' have been trying again and again the mobile is ringing and the call is not getting through.

      I want the pracel to be replac4ed with the correct size or want my money back. I tried to chat with the support agent "Sonia" to share my concerns and the respons eI received is meaningless (See details below) Please look into this issue and respond at the earliest

      This is regarding invoice 23754 I was promised my parcel wud be replaced on July 8 with the correct size. Rahul called me from [protected] on July 5 and promised a replacement, a week has passed I called him today and he said he wud get back to me in 10 minutes. Its oer 3 hours and I ha vent heard from him. I tried several times calling him but he is not answering. Let me know if I am going to get a replacement or should I proceed legally

          To T he Principal Officer Consumer Complaints Court Dear Sir/Madam, By watching Advertisement on star CJ Alive channel I ordered a smart touch 7" tablet with order No. [protected], invoice no.[protected], docket no.[protected] dated[protected] from star CJ-alive and the tablet was delivered on 22nd April, 2013. Before buying this product I enquired from the company about the availability of service center at Jaipur. The company people told that service centers are available in all the cities. Relying on the information shown on the advertisement and over the phone, I placed the order. When I actually start using tablet I faced a lot of problems regarding Internet connection problems as it did not recognizing any dongle. The product was also defective because when I start charging the tablet both charger and tablet got very heated within a minute that I could not touch the instrument. Thereafter I called them up and told about the defective peace and also complained that tablet is not recognizing any other dongle for internet connection. In response to my query they ignored my problem wit h regard to defective piece and forced me to use it as it is and for internet connection they told t hat I need to buy t heir company made dongle with the extra cost of Rs.1500/-. I was shocked and told them that this fact was not shown on the advertisement while selling the product on Star CJ Alive Channel. I felt c heated and told t hem that you hide this information and I requested them to refund my money back. In turn, they said that company has no such policy of refunding t he money. On this, I told them that if company has no such policy then the same fact should have been s hown at the time of advertisement as the company will not do so if they show this fact on advertisement. Their motives are very clear that they want to cheat the customers. Number of times I told them to refund the money for the above reasons, but no positive response came from company side. I was helpless & forced to buy t heir company made dongle as wit hout internet t he tablet was no use for me. Any how I arranged the money I bought heir company made dongle in July, 2013. But here again I came to know one more fraud that it supports only 3G connection for this again I complaint for hid such informations but all was waste. Even after 3G support the product was not working properly & has internet connection problem. Company had given me defective product too for this I used to called up company agents number of times for refunding my money, but every time my complaint to a new person was not yielding any result although they used to keep my call on hold for a long time and afterwars it was to be disconnected to discourage me so t hat i will give up and not forced t hem to refunding my money. Moreover, t hey never used to give my complain number on my request also. That means company has no system for customer relationship as their motive was only to cheat as much as customer and earn money with the low quality product From the day one i have been requesting them for refunding the money back due to hiding of facts about t he product on t he advertisement wit h regard to dongle, service centre and also about the hidden cost for their company made dongle of extra cost of Rs.1500/- and also defective piece. After all the complains over the phone, they straight forwardly refused to refund my money. When I came to know that they cheated many other customers like me, then from them I came to know the procedure to complain. Then I made my complain in writing on[protected] to Company. On my written complain, they replied that they will not refund my money back. They have wasted my too much time & money and stretched t he issue without any result. I am complaining from April to till date but company is not refunding my money. Please help me to get my refund. In the same manner they have deceived so many other persons by supplying defective and unserviceable product. Few examples are as under: 1. Mr. Tushar 2.               Hi, Myself Dushant Jawalkar and I need to register complaint for Star CJ online shopping . Few days ago I ordered micro-oven model number: C23J101 and I received delivery of wrong product after two days. For which model number is G26K101 and market cost is less than product I ordered. So product they delivered is different and lower grade compare to product I ordered. I registered complaint on same day and customer care guy told they will replace it within 2 days. Now it’s almost a 3rd day and they still not taking follow up over my complaint. Now that micro oven is still untouched and I am waiting for replacement and even customer care team not providing satisfied answer over that. I need to raise complaint against this as this is highly not acceptable and big fraud to the customer. Order number for product: [protected] I need this issue to be resolved and also need to suggest everyone please do not go for star CJ unless and until you don’t have any other option.                 This is the story of highly unprofessional and unethical behavior of star cj towards their customer. To begin with, I had ordered for a magic mop from star cj and paid for it through my debit card on 11.10.2013. On 12.10 2013 I received a parcel of magic mop but in a totally damaged condition.[the parcel was absolutely wet and the free home care products were leaking] I immediately called up the customer care department of star cj. They adviced me not to accept it and return it tot the courier person immediately which I did. I also mentioned it in the invoice about the product brought in a damaged condition and kept a copy of the same with me (I’ve attached the scanned copy of the invoice below). Next day another parcel arrives and the courier person shows me the invoice which says I’ll have to pay rs 2, 190 cash. I t seems I had ordered for it. I was shocked !! I called the customer care dept of star cj and they said that I had ordered once again. I told them that I had already paid through my debit card Enclosed below are my mails to star cj.for the product and neither had I ordered for any new product. Till date no action has been taken by star cj. I have not received my product neither my money has been refunded. I have called and written to star cj repeatedly but they have not taken any action.[I have attached all my mails below] Today the customer care of star cj called me and are telling me it is my fault and I should have kept the phone number of the courier person. The customer care dept are very rude in their behavior and showing highly unprofessional attitude and harassing the customer. Now I’m going to take up this matter with a senior authority. First letter this is to bring to your notice that I had placed an order for magic mop on 11.10.2013.i had paid the amount through debit card. When the product send me and I checked this It is not a perfect for my kitchen and not working as shown on Star cjalive channel. then I request to return this product your customer care said that you return the product to the Shieffield company but shief field company return above item to me and no reply came from Shieffield. then shief field send the same product to me without any reason.then I contact Starcj alive but no response came from your side. neither shieffield nor Starcj alive given a specific solution to me. I send a complaint with this mail you can solve it otherwise I will raise this matter to consumer court. I want to return the product .                     Starcj online shopping site has extreme unprofessional attitude towards thre customers. I had purchased karbonn titanium s1 mobile worth 9800/- but has not received any invoice with the delivery. 1st astonished by there website that at registered available areas shipment will reach in 4 working days it took them more than 15 days for delivery and that too without invoice. Now my mobile is damaged and want to repair it in warranty for which I won't have today a fee of 4200/- but since I don't have invoice there authorised service centres have rejected my request and asked me to call starcj customer service number and request for invoice. I placed my complaint in their customer service number [protected] but till date they have been delaying my complaint and now to my horror they have started misbehaving with me on a call. Sometimes their executive put my call on hold for more than 45 mins which I am sure they will be having a recording of it as they record every customer query call. It's been more than 10 days now there executives have even started threatening me on a call or sometimes disconnect my call by abusing me on a phone. Now I want to drag this issue to consumer court and need your support in it.                         i had booked diamond pan set on star cj website on 02 ct 13 order no [protected] for which after applying the discount code, i was prompted to pay rs 2429.10 which was paid by my credit card and i got an instantaneous sms from my credit card bank of money getting charged to my account. on 04th oct 13 i got a sms from star cj that my order has been cancelled as they have not received payment. when i called their helpline, they told me that my order has been auto cancelled on 04 oct but, since they have received the credit card payment i will get refund in 6-10 working days. in this entire episode, i am the victim as despite payment, star cj wrongfully cancelled my order and is keeping my money for over 15 days without any penalty, they did not have a word of apology or explaination i think consumers like us should not be harassed

                          Regarding my order no.[protected] I had 2 quanities of laundry hanger against order no.[protected]. But inside the parcel I received there was only 1 quanity. The label on the parcel mentioned the quanity as 2 but inside the parcel there was only one quantity. Even the weight mentioned on the label corresponds to one quantity. I have called up the customer care around 10 times but never get proper response from them. It has been more than 15 days and I am struggling to get my complete order. Everytime I call them they say give us some time and we will revert back to you as soon as possible. But the issue still persists. I never thought a reputed brand like starCJ will do this. NOW I AM STARTING TO FEEL THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATERS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC.

                            i purchase the smart teblet from the star CJ alive. there is a display problem in the tablet in only 2 months from purchase time. the starc cj services is used by me for the tablet display problem in deli company. its 2 month later and there is no reply or response from the company/star cj alive. i want my service or back the full payment(6999/-). the service of star cj alive is not satisfy me. I want answer and service immediately.

I placed an online order of bedheets of Rs 3192 on star cj alive for my sister babita dhaka.when i recieved the order on 15 august 2013 i found that bedsheets are of very low quality so i called up customer care, they asked me to return it back and said that you will get your money back just after 7-10 days when the product will reach back to us.The person from starcj picked up the bedsheets on 28 august 2013 and it reached to starcj on 1st sept as per starcj's customer care executives.I wait till 13 sept but i have not recieved any call from starcj regarding the refund.I called up starcj many times.., registered complaint many times regarding this but still no call from starcj.Nowdays they start disconnecting my call, put me on hold for long time then disconnect the call.Even i spoke to their senior, they also assured me that you will get a call from our side very soon regarding cheque details but still there is no call.Every cc executive from star cj assure me for my refund but no action has been taken yet.Even i mailed them but there is no reply .Today is 25 sept and i have not recieved my refund.please help me to get my money back.                               Now starcj cc executive start disconnecting my call continuosly.starcj is really a big fraud.when thry when they want to sell sumthing, they are very supportive but when there matter of refund there behavior is very suspicious...plz guys dont ever buy anything from star cj alive...Myntra is agod sute to shop as per my opinion...
                              my order no[protected] cancel on 5-5-2014, 27 days gone but still not refund my money of 2490/-
                              order no. [protected] is faulty. It is returned on 09/06/2014 but refund is still awaited rupees 3999/- for this.
                              My star cj order no.[protected] which is faulty is returned as per company guidance. It is returned to company representative gati courier on date 09/06/2014 but refund regarding this is still awaited till date 25/07/2014. I told this many times to customer care on[protected], they assure me about refund and told every time that our representative will contact in next two days to solve problem. But now till date no any representative contact me. I hope you will help me to solve this.
                              In case someone reads this, this is to bring to the attention of the Management person about the extremely sad and unsatisfactory service of Star CJ.

                                Dear Sir, I have ordered Design Nail Studio on 27/07/2013 from STAR CJ ALIVE. With an order i was to receive 24 pics of coloressence nail polish and Manicure Station as a gift along with design nail studio. I just received design nail studio and Manicure station on 31/07/2013 but not 24 pics of coloressence nail polish. I have been complaining from 31/07/2013 every week, but no proper responses is given by any member of customer care. On every call they are saying that produced will be refund. I told them to give me the free gift of 24 pics of coloressence nail polish which is pending instead of refund, even i was ready to place an order for an other product of star c j, so that you can send the nail polish along with it which was not delivered. But they are denying to give me. Sir this shows clear intention of not giving 24 pics of coloressence nail polish They gave me a address of MNM Trading Solution pvt. Ltd Franchise of star C J Network India Pvt. Ltd, but till now no one has come to pick up the product. Sir i humble request you to take action. So send me the free gift of 24 pics of coloressence nail polish which is pending if not possible, than I am ready to return the goods and want to get the refund of Rs 1500/-.                                     Ihad ordered for Happy feet ,foot spa massager @1790through order no[protected] n 10 Jul 2013 . thr was problm wit the massager. I had requested cancellation and refund of the deal. I was informed that my deal is cancelled, and I will receive the refund after the parcel is taken by the authorised person. I have made several calls to the customer care and everytime I was told that they will call me back. after giving several calls i told them that i want 2 spk 2 thr senior n they put me on hold for long then Operation Executive Siddharth Bhandare spoke 2 me and told witin in one week he will callme back with sol. but he never turnd up, after 10 days i calld thm back thn same ans he 1 week, again no reply, and the funiest thing is last week when i called him 1.e on Thursday 12 Sep he told by the end of the day he will callme back with sol, its been week i don't whether he End Of The Day OR End Of The Year.i had almost wasted 300/- callingf thm.Till now nothing has happened .I request you to prcess my refund as early as possible. The business email id ([protected]@starcj.com) dos not work on yahoo site.The calls are given the answer that they will call back soon, but that has never happened. thy should change thr name instead of Star CJ Alive it shld b (Fraud Alive)

                                        I had purchased Abha Shalika sarees 4 pieces with order no:[protected] on dated 01/09/2013. I recieved my purchase item on 4/9/2013, out of 4 sarees 1 saree found defective so i complain regarding this on same day. The representative said me that senior person of star cj will contact me within 2 days and as per his commitment they contacted me and agree to replace product. On 7/9/2013 i recieved replaced product but this product is more defective than previos one so i return back and again contact star cj. The representative reply me that senior person will contact me within 2 days but i not recieved any call from star cj so i again call star cj on dated 10/9/2013 again representative told me star cj team will be contact me within 2 days but i not recieved any call from star cj. So i again call star cj on 12/9/2013 and representative told me that he extremly sorry for not communication from star cj and she also told me that star cj senior person will contact within 2 days but not any call from star cj. I again call back star cj on 14/9/2013 and representative told me star cj will reply me within one working days but again i not received any call from star cj till date. I also wrote mail on 16/9/2013 but star cj not reply me yet so i feel star cj cheat me. Now i want refund of my money. I appeal people to do not buy any item from this company.
