I transferred inr 6600 post that which they said money will be transferred through bank, then from bank i got a call and below message

Stating transfer inr 25600 against rtgs to complete the transaction and post that they will transfer the money in to my account, which i did. As soon i do that they a started asking for inr 38600 as gst charge, which i denied to pay and said to return my money back i don't want the gift amount. Now to transfer the money back they want inr 10000.
I think there is a major scam going on and many people are being scammed through the same.
Requesting you to look in to this and help me an other get the money back.

I received message from [protected] and call from [protected] stating that i have won a car in shopclues lucky draw worth rs.500000. By just paying registration fees u will receive ur car. I know it is a scam just want to make people aware. Opp person doesn't know what product we have purchased and when when asked he told blender which i purchased 2yrs back. I understood this is fraud. Guys beware of such scams

I have recieved a letter from shopclues by courier telling that you have won 1 lakh with a scratch card, scratch card was containing 10lakhs in it, they had a code in that too send for some # helpline number, after i send that called me and they told we will transfer your money but you need to pay 6000 before we send as service tax, service tax should automatically detect from the prize money if it was true, shopclues is cheating customers it is a big fraud company. If i get the money i'll stop it here itself, orelse the next complaint will be in cyber crime.

Sir ur executive Nitin Kumar Singh is cheating us saying that u have gained lucky coupon of Rs.12, 60, 000/-.he told us to deposit 6000/- in Paulus Ekka a/c to get ur prize amount. We deposited. Again we told us to deposit rs25, 200 regarding bank charges. We told is it not possible with us. He told deposit rs5000 against same a/c left over at he will arrange. Again we deposited. Now again he tells that more rs 7000 to deposit.we told not required the prize amt.please refund our paid any of the 11500. He is not responding. Again and again he is calling and troubling us. I go to press and media to complain.

Today I received the product from bluedart but shirts are a little bit longer than i expected so I place a return request for this product but they are not accept my request & they are rejected my request... Please help with this issue, Why shopclues do this type of harassment with us. I want my money back as soon as possible please..

Where is the ugl certificate you advertised, only item got without certificate, which is not fair, as most valuable part is the certificate without which stone has no market value

But original ceylon saphire company only advertises in infiamart, not shop clues they said
So this may be a false company
Pl enquire also on contacting the delhi mall address they said that there is no shop at ff44 shop number address given by this ceylon saphirecompany

I received a letter marked urgent. Enclosed were -
a certificate confirming i had won rupees 1 lakh
a scratch and win voucher stating that the code revealed is the redemption code for the money
a letter stating i was randomly selected for the contest on the occasion of the company's anniversary celebration.

Is this true?

The company is full responsible for this type of activity. I request the responsibilities to take action regarding the sender of the letter. The helpline number mentioned in the letter is [protected]
They called me i asked for the account details. They gave some sbi account number and asked to put 3600. I gave my account number through whatsapp. Sorry for the inconveniences made by me

Though I ordered item 10 days back nearly, item is not got till date
Before that I got a msg that Cod was not successful as I did not give them money
But courier Bluedart never contacted me till date, now I got a msg that it will be delivered on[protected]
But today also when I called number in the msg to contact one Abhilash he is not cutting the phone though I called him nearly 20 times at many intervals

Craze n demand is not a genuine company. They are cheating customer, please be careful. I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from this people.

We had ordered 2 silk sarees with the following order numbers, but different sarees were delivered, I have posted our concern in Facebook but there is no response.

I have received a call from a few people one was calling from kolkata and another was from jamshedpur, both were saying you are a lucky winner and your draw happen here only so you can visit either on kolkata or on jamshedpur center and you won a tata safari of rs 12, 80, 000 you can either get this car or can take the money of the car's amount,

Please take some strict action on such non-sense.

Hello i want to return the product as i don't like the product but they are rejecting my return request they are saying we are checked the quality is it delivered in sealed package.. Sir i am talking about quality nkt the seal.. It is not branded on it is cheap quality product.. My order id[protected]
I want to return this product.. They have 10days easy returns and replacement program even through they are not accepting my return request... They wont give proper response they sell cheap quality and copy products and when we requested the return the product they wont accept it... Very bad customer service even they dont have a customer number call also... I never shop on shopclues from now

I received post cover having shop clues lucky draw coupon and certificate of same. I heard scam will happen like this. Interesting thing is post cover received was not had seal on it. Urgent is written on that. Generally person giving money will not be in urgency. Then i had a chat with no +[protected] he collected coupon details and told ok. And told to send account details. Now he is calling again and again. Is it true or fake? Pls guide me

As i have seen in the online the saree was looking good but after receiving the product it is completely different. So i don't want this product, the colour of the saree was very dull according to the post u had displayed in shopclues i was very much depressed about the item i have purchased so please cancel this order and return the amount i have paid for the company

I have raise a request to update my bank detail however customer support has denied the request without logical answer they are saying they cant change bank from current account to saving account, i dont understand this policy and this is against indian law also, if one can have gst no using saving account why shopclues are not allowing? I have wrote to grievance office multiple time and they are also not replying.

Please help me resolve this issue

Shop clues is a fraud company... because..they...won't...give proper response to customer they don care...I they money...I loot the money...once money...goes to they wallet na..they won't see customer face...they for care customer Delivery... CUSTOMER CARE no...is worst in Indian service...working people like... should... struggle to contact CUSTOMER CARE... ###.. company.. cheating a girl...it's not fair... everyone be alert..don't...buy.product they cheat.u...intelligently...be aware everyone
