I've ordered a battery from shopclues on 16/01/2019. Money is paid at the time of placing order. They cancelled my order after 8 days without my knowledge by saying that they did not have that product. If they informed before, i will choosed another one. But they informed after 8 days. It depressed me much. Wasted my time. Please take the complaint

Iam ordered 2 item when contacting the customer service token buedart courier service is not available in my city 680586
Dtdc, post office and professional courier is available. After one day. Despatch courier again bludart. My city pin 680586
But courier parcel destination mannuthy how to collect product. So far my city 48 km from my city. Then 1st order cancelled
Next order same process is running but again courier despatch buedart how to collect the product. Please tell

There is this company named shopclues i have ordered some items from there website and they didn't send me all the items as i have already paid for each item. Now i am calling them they don't answer and the courier service called blue dart is also denying my calls and they are not sending my item. What a fraud company this is. They have taken my money and giving my item.

I had a call from shopclues in toady morning he told me that i i have won rs.850000 (Maruti suzuki swift dzire car), so that he was demanded me to deposite rs, 17200/- for registration and insurance of the car so i have paid rs.7600/- today maorning already even transformed some cost he demanding more from me so please calrify that was i won that prize or not.
I have recieved frist call from [protected]
After i myself called to your customer care on [protected] someone was recieve my call his name mr. Vishalkumar, i transferred rs.7600/- to his account
He was given me his personal number too that was [protected]
Please note the above mentioned point & take them over serious action i hope shopclues will holding up truth willingly & i hope they could have bring back to my valuable money.

I placed a order in shopcules.com with order id[protected] amount is paid by me is 269 inr. After receiving the order i found that i received less quantity compared to the picture showing in order page after that i make a return request because replacement isn't available if replacement is available i clicked on replacement. So i checked my request on next and found that returne request is rejected with out any information. I make a return request in time the page wrong quantity report within 48 hours. I emailed them but they cant accepting that this is there mistake. I already shared images with them but no solutions provided by them.

My order id[protected] for ajeera men's brown regular leather jacket reach at dharampur on 31 dec 18, after expiry of eight days even after prepaid of all amounts on 25 dec 18, jacket could not be delivered till dt. I wanted to receive my package as soon as possible. A email has been received regarding return of product due to non delivered. I request you to kindly deliver my product as soon as possible.

I was told to utilise my 200 clue points by 03.01.19. And when i wanted to pay the bill for my purchase done on 02.01.19, i couldn't get the clue buck points redeem to my shopping and stated that the period for clue buck utilisation is over were as the due date was 03.01.19.

Kindly look into the the same & revert back..

Assuring if this is the service how can we do online shopping.

Blutooth speaker purchased in shopclues the parcel is empty, your money and send an empty box instead of actual parcel!!

When i did not receive the item, i enquired with courier service provider and shopclues as well.

Contacted professional couriers in chennai. He did not reply the same day. Later he said “the item is delivered! You should contact with delivery boy!”

I contact with your delivery boys

Now after many days, i received an empty parcel at common parcel box where only unnecessary letters are dumped. The parcel was clearly fraudulently sealed with an empty torn box inside that.

Then i sent mails to shopclues customer support, and they also don’t bother to look into matter except a telephonic call once that too did not matter.
.

Now i am here with money lost and faith lost in shopclues.

I had never experienced that type of pathetic service. I don't know what their customer support department are doing? Now the only way for me is to go for consumer court to take a legal action against shopclues.com.

I ordered 6 sarees on shop clues, it delivered in 2 part,
1st (Order id :[protected] invoice contains 1 saree and i received it, weight of parcel is 0.5 kg.
2nd (Order id :[protected] invoice contains 5 sarees, i received only 1 saree in the parcel, weight of parcel is 0.5 kg

In second invoice they delivered only 1 saree instead of 5 sarees, i mentioned parcel weight for the proof. I am attaching screen shot of the invoice too for both the parcel

Sir, i got a sms that my clueback point is 200 whose due is on 03.01.19, but when i am about to utilise the same, it pop out the message that the points due date are over. Kindly check the issue and let me know & revert the point to my clueback account in order to avail your services later.

I puchase a headphone in shopclues. But this product is defective and low quality. Then i replace the product. I fill all details my account no. Etc. But my refund is not come in my account number. Then i call customer care . But he tell me customer care call me after 1 hour. But he dont call me. And not satisfied answer me the customer care.
Plz help me and give me my refund in my account no.

Order id:[protected], these product are returned now the account showing 1706 bucks but i am unable to use them completely these people do not inform that we can only reuse partially bucks, you people are fraud cheaters and will never recommend my friends and relatives to shop from shopclues. You may earn some amount from my last two orders but you will lose a customer for forever. And this issue will not ends in this way, i am planning to apporach consumerforum/court against you, after so many request your executive do not contact me now its time to show you consumer power through consumer court.

They are cheating customers in the form of 1 lakh prize amount and they are asking for govt tax fee before itself and cheating customers. Many uneducated people will believe blindly and give money to them. Also they provide cheap quality in their shopping app. Many are cheated by this app. Many am i getting calls every time saying you won 1lakh and i used to block the numbers but they started sending in courier now

So i got this letter from shopclues.com saying that i have won their lucky draw of the amount ₹1 lakh plus the coupon pize value. The letter origin is from kolkata and their helpline number along with the address is also mentioned. I have got a scratch card and another card where my name along with the certificate of winning the lucky draw and a paper stating the procedure to redeem the amount.in the letter they have mentioned not to call on the customer care number and only to contact on the mentioned helpline number. What a scam seriously😂😂
