I have made a request for return of my order on 23 january 2019 but i have not received any response from shopclues. I have tried to talk to customer care executive, they only told that our customer care executive will call you within one hour but i didn't get any call. It takes only one day for return if we do order through amazon or mental or flipkart but now more than 5 days have passed but no response from shopclues.

    I've ordered a battery from shopclues on 16/01/2019. Money is paid at the time of placing order. They cancelled my order after 8 days without my knowledge by saying that they did not have that product. If they informed before, i will choosed another one. But they informed after 8 days. It depressed me much. Wasted my time. Please take the complaint

Now i am calling them they don't answer and the courier service called blue dart is also denying my calls and they are not sending my item. What a fraud company this is.             I had a call from shopclues in toady morning he told me that i i have won rs.850000 (Maruti suzuki swift dzire car), so that he was demanded me to deposite rs, 17200/- for registration and insurance of the car so i have paid rs.7600/- today maorning already even transformed some cost he demanding more from me so please calrify that was i won that prize or not.

            After i myself called to your customer care on [protected] someone was recieve my call his name mr. Vishalkumar, i transferred rs.7600/- to his account
            He was given me his personal number too that was [protected]

                I placed a order in shopcules.com with order id[protected] amount is paid by me is 269 inr. After receiving the order i found that i received less quantity compared to the picture showing in order page after that i make a return request because replacement isn't available if replacement is available i clicked on replacement. So i checked my request on next and found that returne request is rejected with out any information. I make a return request in time the page wrong quantity report within 48 hours. I emailed them but they cant accepting that this is there mistake. I already shared images with them but no solutions provided by them.

                I got a cover that contain a latter, some kind of certificate and a scratch card .
                Please provide complete information about that thing.

                        When i did not receive the item, i enquired with courier service provider and shopclues as well.

                        Contacted professional couriers in chennai. He did not reply the same day. Later he said “the item is delivered! You should contact with delivery boy!”

                        I contact with your delivery boys

                        Now after many days, i received an empty parcel at common parcel box where only unnecessary letters are dumped. The parcel was clearly fraudulently sealed with an empty torn box inside that.

                        Then i sent mails to shopclues customer support, and they also don’t bother to look into matter except a telephonic call once that too did not matter.
                        .

                        Now i am here with money lost and faith lost in shopclues.

                        I had never experienced that type of pathetic service. I don't know what their customer support department are doing? Now the only way for me is to go for consumer court to take a legal action against shopclues.com.

                          I ordered 6 sarees on shop clues, it delivered in 2 part,
                          1st (Order id :[protected] invoice contains 1 saree and i received it, weight of parcel is 0.5 kg.
                          2nd (Order id :[protected] invoice contains 5 sarees, i received only 1 saree in the parcel, weight of parcel is 0.5 kg

                          In second invoice they delivered only 1 saree instead of 5 sarees, i mentioned parcel weight for the proof. I am attaching screen shot of the invoice too for both the parcel

When I was placed a return request the merchant of shopclues.com cancelled my return request.shopclues.com makes people's fool. please take a stirct action against them. They are frouds they will only take money from buyers and meke them fool.

                                  I have purchased two shoes order id:[protected] and
                                  Order id:[protected], these product are returned now the account showing 1706 bucks but i am unable to use them completely these people do not inform that we can only reuse partially bucks, you people are fraud cheaters and will never recommend my friends and relatives to shop from shopclues. You may earn some amount from my last two orders but you will lose a customer for forever. And this issue will not ends in this way, i am planning to apporach consumerforum/court against you, after so many request your executive do not contact me now its time to show you consumer power through consumer court.

                                        They are cheating customers in the form of 1 lakh prize amount and they are asking for govt tax fee before itself and cheating customers. Many uneducated people will believe blindly and give money to them. Also they provide cheap quality in their shopping app. Many are cheated by this app. Many am i getting calls every time saying you won 1lakh and i used to block the numbers but they started sending in courier now
