CUSTOMER CARE no...is worst in Indian service...working people like... should... struggle to contact CUSTOMER CARE... ###.. company.. cheating a girl...it's not fair... everyone be alert..don't...buy.product they cheat.u...intelligently...be aware everyone

But till dated we have not any information from your side and customer care person not calling me last 7-8 days. I am daily many time calling to customer care no [protected] but not respond.

      I initiated a return of a product but return rejected and I didn't received my refund. I am not satisfied with the product quality as it is not genuine product as per descriptions. I want refund and return of the product. They ignore my return request and didn't provide the refund as it was retuanbke when I bought it. I requested for several times by contacting their customer service but always got ignored to provide the refund.

        Sir, i placed an order for 2 numbers of "no scars cream for reduce and remove scars and marks 20 gm set of 2 pc" on 14th of march 2019 for rs 920/-. The order number being "[protected]". It was informed to me through mail and sms that the order has been booked on pre paid basis and it will be delivered by 22nd march. However the efforts were lauded and the material was received to day (On 20th of march itself). On opening the pack we found only two pieces of no scars cream packets instead of four numbers (2number of 2 pieces each = 4 pieces). When i tried to contact the merchant (Ph no. [protected] available in blue dart), i did not get any response from him/her. Please look in to the matter and arrange 2 more pieces from the merchant at the earliest.

                  It was my first order through this website and i wanted an iphone 5 so i searched and i got an titile as apple iphone 5 16gb (Open box).in shopclues.com

                  The website clearly mentioned it is in unboxed "expert certified".
                  Product id:[protected] phone condition:"unboxed"

                  Unboxed in thier website they showed in tabular colum as no scratched no dents and original accessories

                  The order was delivered to me i dint receive the original accessories
                  So i gave a call to customer services they were saying me it is an refurbished and u may or may get original accessories
                  I wasnt blind i saw all the details on the product decription

                          I have called so many times in your coustomer care exciquitive but nobody has ever responded to my calls. (Show your actual problem and situation). I have been meaning to talk to you about the transaction that was made from my account by an imposter last month (Date) 21.02.19now until this day i have been very lenient with your customer service department and although i got three hundred thirty three hit just because your department behaved with such negligence, i was still very cooperative with your investigation but now my patience is running thin with every passing second and if soon i will not hear that my refund voucher is ready i will take a legal action against your bank and will sue you for fraud.

                              Dear shopclues team, today i received a letter from shop clues with address given in attached photos.
                              They sent a letter and certificate and scratch card saying i won lucky draw contest in anniversary celebrations of company. I know it’s fake.
                              This cheating giving bad name to your company and also impacting life of some innocent people who feel this is real and undergo unnecessary struggles.
                              Why don’t your company take action against such people who are defaming your company name too.
                              I wish you will take necessary action.
