I'm requesting them to change my address since yesterday but they are not providing any solution. It's a prepaid order and I asked them to cancel my order but they are not cancelling my order. They are suggesting me to wait till delivery and telling me to not receive my products and then they will initiate...

I hv ordered for jeans pack of 4 pcs on shopclues.com.

Bt i received only one pc jeans.
3 pcs were missing.
When i complain abt this on shopclues.com. They asked abt images of packing. Recd one jeans pic.
After 7 days they rejected my complain saying that they hv sent complete 4 pcs jeans..
They rejected my retrun request....

It was my first order through this website and i wanted an iphone 5 so i searched and i got an titile as apple iphone 5 16gb (Open box).in shopclues.com

The website clearly mentioned it is in unboxed "expert certified".

Unboxed in thier website they showed in tabular colum as no scratched no dents and original accessories

I have ordered table mate 2 adjustable portable desk from shopclues.com, but when it was delivered, the product was damaged and seems to be used.
