I have received a text from shopclues. I had ordered something from your site an i have msg from u stating that i have won a tata car or i could get some cash and have been asked to pay 6500 rs. If this is a fraud i deeply concerned as to how my information has been leaked since i shopped with u guys. This is a major area of concern about my privacy.

Sir i had purchase portable usb electrical juicer from shopcluse.4-5 days back
Shopcluse order id is[protected] but this not working.. I dont now this is second time when shopcluse do fraud with me... This time. I will knock the court door..

You have only two days pls refund my amount. I hasbeen back courier this product to shopcluse..

Than It get deposited 5500 rs again he called me n say only under 10 min u will get 12, 60, 000. Your amount deposit in your account but money not deposited again he called me nd say your account is saving account so 1260000 so i have to pay 2% gst i.e 25200. But i told him i dont have money n he ask me to work with them in their fraud company send me n after that I will get 1260000 amount in account not deposited than I call him n said i want my 5500 rs return they told me they will refund but i have to snd them photo n adhar card but i dont povide hem detail bcoz i realize they r fraud

I had ordered product on shop clues on 26-04-19, my order is[protected] and i got reply as soon i ordered was i will get product by 1-05-19.. But, til now i haven't got my product, but amount has been debited from my account.
Now, if i contact shopclues, they are negligible and saying they cannot give assurance on delivery, since they depend on 3rd party logistics. They are arrogant and unprofessional, even now they are saying, they cannot assure exact delivery date, and even saying, i can complaint where ever i want.. They are thefting hard earned money abd giving false promises to customers

Sir, yesterday onward i received courier from shop clues it was got price money for 11 lakh i call him he say please amount for bank process 11000 i deposited 11000 also and again he say please deposited for gst 22000 and tds 48000 i deposited everything but cheat me using by your name please give some solution and refund my amount i have haveing all evidence, please do something i m not haveing money please help me, please take some action immediately

I have received pairs of socks instead of my order that was pack of 3 multicolor bra also my order is paid. I have received my order but when i called at shopclues helpline it says that my order will be delivered soon, it's current status is not showing that i have got my order that is wrong.

Sir, the fraud called me and send sms that you have won tata safari.
Market value is 1280000 rs.So for registration you will have to
pay 6600 rs. But i verrified and rejected it. They called me by this no.
Mob.No.[protected] whatsup no.[protected], other no. Are[protected], mob no.-[protected].And they have made a fraud websites like shopclus, www.Shopclueswinners.In.If any action can you take against the cheaters.

I am costumer of shopclues. Nearly before a month, i bought a product from shopclues. When i get product i found that that was totally fake product.
I was not satisfied with the product. I had been used so many product like it that's why i was confirmed that it was totally duplicate.
So i filled return form within 3 days of delivery but till now they have not took any action after return approval.
I am requesting a lot to refund me.
But they are not listening.

I have recieved a letter from shopclues by courier saying that you have won 1 lakh with a scratch card, scratch card was containing 10lakhs in it, they had a code in that too send for some # helpline number [protected], after i send that called me and they told we will transfer your money but you need to pay. 11000+24000 gst+32000 paid totally 67000 before we send as service tax, service tax should automatically detect from the prize money if it was true, shopclues is cheating customers it is a big fraud company. If i get the money i'll stop it here itself, or else the next complaint will be in cyber crime. And income tax please do contact [protected] email id [protected]@gmail.com its urgent further communication for consumer court

If it is prod why my adress phone no and my full details give to prods so you are the responsible for my amount that is big 67000/-rs so i complaint shoplues.com surely in consumer court.

I transferred inr 6600 post that which they said money will be transferred through bank, then from bank i got a call and below message

Rtgs for rs 12, 80, 000/- failed due to non payment of service charge rs. 25600/-.

Stating transfer inr 25600 against rtgs to complete the transaction and post that they will transfer the money in to my account, which i did. As soon i do that they a started asking for inr 38600 as gst charge, which i denied to pay and said to return my money back i don't want the gift amount. Now to transfer the money back they want inr 10000.
I think there is a major scam going on and many people are being scammed through the same.
Requesting you to look in to this and help me an other get the money back.
