Today on 23rd june 2019, i got a letter from shopclues stating that i have won 100000 cash. Is that fraud. Please resolve the issue asap. I think this is the case of serious fraud. Help me out
I also got a certificate of my name that certify winning amount of 100000
Also i got a scratch card inside which its mentioned that i have won rs. 10 lakh also state the sms code

4999 rs taken from my seller account and i asked why did you take money from my account and no one is able to provide me any reason for that. Its been a 2 months since i have been raising ticket seeking for refund but no response. Once premium service team said your premium services has been renewed and when i ask for proof or request i asked to subscribe me for this service then they are unable to furnish me with any proof. They are not returning money either. They have taken two time money from my account.. One was in december and another time is now. I have raised number of tickets and requested them a lot but all in vain. Please help me kindly get my money refunded as i am happy to stop working with shopclues due to this fraud

Fir mene to uske Bhejhe huye account number Pr 14800rs phonepay krdiye.jb mene call kiya to bola ki Av to bank band ho gye hai aap ka kaam Kl ho jayega

I had ordered a watch (Fastrack Quartz White Round Men Watch 3121SM01) on 07/06/2019 and Received on 14/06/2019.
I found the product is very poor in quality as it clearly look alike of duplicate piece. sample picture attached.

So, I had raised a Return request on 15/06/2019.

I have provided enough information on the return request. But, i could see the Return Status is showing as "Information Pending from Customer"

Even though i had created other tickets its all just going closed state with no proper response.

I want this product to be returned to shop-clues and want my money back ASAP.

Sir, my brother by name N.Raghu Achari is one of the customer in your Shopclues products. Recently, he received a post cover containing one Certificate of Rs.1, 00, 000/- and also one Scracth of Rs.10, 00, 000/- with SMS Code 657ScS & helpline number:[protected]. Immediately, he contacted with the provided, for which they contacted with my brother through cell No: [protected] by posing he is Rahim Sek, Manager of Shopclues.com from West Bengal and asked to send his Bank & other details for transferring the prized amount. Later, the sid Rahim Sek again make phone call to my brother and asked him to deposit an amount of Rs.16, 5000/- to SBI A/C No:[protected] (SBI) SBIN0002037. Whether the above Rahim Sek is working in your company or not and the above prize money offer is guanine of fake.

I get a parcel from shopclues ..in that parcel i got a certificate worth rs 100000 and i git a scratch card woth rs 11 lakh ...in some lucky draw so and the person is called me from shopclues and told me to release this 1200000 you have to pay 12000 for tax...and then it will RTGS on your acvount so can l know how its happen...

I had placed an order on shopclues (14th june) and today i received a message stating i have won a tata Nexon car, followed by a call from this number - [protected]

He asked me to make an intial deposit for me to claim this amount. while i was aware that this was a fraud, i doubt the integrity of shopclues towards its customer database.

How is it possible for these fraudsters to get my database and know that i have ordered something on shopclues?

This really concerns me and thus wanted to raise a complaint

I received the product after a long waiting period. After that, I saw that the product was defective. Hence, I alerted them about the product and so they had promised to pick it back seven days before. Until now, they have not picked the product and are calling 100 times and updating that they will pick it up anytime and now sending sms that again I have to again send them request. Really frustrating to have brought something from them which is not at all acceptable.

Hi team recently recieved call from unknown number where I was told that I have won Maruti car worth Rs. 14 lakhs in 10th anniversary lucky draw contest. Impugned contact no. is [protected]. I would like to make everyone aware of a scam from online shopping portal shopclues.com.

When you make a purchase here, shopclues seems to be sharing buyers' personal information such as phone numbers to scammers. After two days or so, you'll receive a text message from scammers who claim that you've won a car or something and you need to deposit a certain amount in order to claim your prize. When you call back to these scammers asking how they got the number, they'll use "maa behen" slangs on you.

When you complain this to shopclues, they'll say that they've informed their concerned team, but one Google search (shopclues personal information scam) shows that the scam has been going on for many years and these people are doing nothing about it; they seem to be involved too.

My name is Rajalekshmi sumesh Kumar.I got scratch and win card from shopclues by post.Their is two card inside the packet one is scratch and win card and other is already won 1lack card.I got a call and the person called me that he is calling from shopclues if want to claim my prize money I need to send 11000 as processing charge to the company and send the a/c number.it's absolute fake I feel.I just need a clarification from ur side too.I am attaching the photo of card also.

Sir ! I have received same msg today morning ! That I was winner in swift dzire contest ! And they told me to deposit Rs : 8600 for registration fee for car ! Sir this is really true or a scam ! Plz told me true information ! Could I deposit or not ! Tell me fast ! If this is scam plz take a action as soon as possible to avoid other people to be scamed ! By such scamers ! Recently I ordered a maxima women's watch which i received too but the clasp was too tight so i asked for a replacement and then i got the replacement parcel but this time it was an empty box, the watch was missing, I immediately informed about the matter but didn't got any response from their end. Then I called out to their customer care, which is hard to get the line and they asked me to email the photograph of the parcel, i did accordingly. It's been three days and till date haven't got any response from them. I am so done with calling and emailing them. I provided them everything they asked for. They are not refunding me. Worst service ever.

Please say me whether this letter is from the company or something else.. After the reply i will do the next steps.Actually i have got many calls from many fake peoples for that reason i am not confideny. And i am not comfortable for sharing all detailss. So please i will be very grayeful to you. If this is fraud then i am going to do a consumer case..

They told me about that you have to pay this amount so we can deposit your winning amount of 12 Lacs or Tata car. Please take legal action about it.

These msgs are received ..also calls and they got the order info, name, address..how and working fully with the numbers as mentioned above ...how is that...are you guys with them... should we stop dealing with your company..plz advise...

I had ordered Nokia 1100 on Wednesday 05 June 2019 which was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 8, 2019. I did not receive the product, but on Sunday 9th 2019, I received a message that product has been delivered, whereas I did not receive it, and even on their website it has been displayed as delivered. I tried to contact their customer support, but they too did not respond.
