Hai im rajesh i ordered two items in shopclues on 16th feb one is track pant and in another one is shoe. My order id is[protected] for track pant and another id is[protected] for shoe this is i order my payment also same time done by google pay. But wrongly my payment was two done. I'm already shared the bank details and screen shots in tumour what's up account. Almost 5 days done no 9ne as to cal me and not rectified my issue. Can you check and refund my amount other wise definitely i will take serious action by social media this is number once you see this complient kindly contact this number [protected]

    I have ordered a phone on 8th february 2019. The product got delivered to me on 19 february. The packaging was very poor and the phone was defective. The battery doesn't go up even when i charge it overnight. So i file a return, the delivery boy came and took the product. I was told i'll get my money refunded on my bank account but i didn't got my money yet. My order id is[protected]. Kindly return it soon. And one last thing, do check the products properly before delivering it to the customers. Very bad service.

      I had placed an order #[protected] for 3 sets of lomani deo and 4 sets of yardley deo. Merchant was glance enterprices, mumbai. Order was delivered on 16th feb 2019. When i opened the box i found that only 4 sets of yarley deo were delivered and i did not find 3 sets of lomani deos in the box. I immediately filed a complaint through shopclues app regarding not delivered order.in reply to my mail shopclues replied me that my order was delivered and they also informed me that they will give me pod (Proof of delivery). The same day (On 16th feb) i replied in that mail mentioning that i agree that my order was delivered but merchant had delivered only 1 item (Yardley deos) and i did not receive lomani deos (3 sets). I attached product and product box photos which i received. But i did not get any reply. I found that the yardley deos were broken seal and used. I filed return request for yardley deos. Then i contacted shopclues through phone and i explained the entire issue of not receiving lomani deos to a female customer care executive. She replied me that i will get refund for both the products (Yardley and lomani) as soon as yardley deos will be collected. Yardley deos were collected back and i got refund intimation only for yardley deos. I did not get refund confirmation for lomani deos. On 19th feb, again i contacted shopclues over phone and talked with mr. Saeed and explained him the entire issue. He promised me that my issue will be solved and i will get refund for both the products - returned ones and not received ones. But see how cheaters these people are. I got mail that i am not eligible for refund of not received item because i did not inform shopclues within 2 days of delivery of order.in fact i had informed about the issue on the same day my order was delivered and i have evidence that i sent mail along with photographs. Now shopclues is refusing to refund my money. I have added all relevant photographs pertaining to this issue. I request this forum to help me to get refund for the sake of protection of consumer right.

              Very pathetic service you provide. Better to close your shop because you cannot manage to check that 1) shipment is falling in your delivery area or not. 2) no option for cod. 3) no response from ur contact centre. 4) calls always reached automated answering machines. 5) no one from your team bother to look into matter what customer wants. 6) you show something and deliver something with damage, used and poor quality. If you want to earn and be in the industry start solving issues faster. Learn from amazon.

                    I have ordered a Panasonic Trimmer from shopclues.com, Order ID:[protected].
                    When I open the package, I found out there was no seal on the box of trimmer and I have received another brand trimmer and it's charger. I immediately raised refund request on ShopClues on 30th Jan and later they email me asking for photos of outer-inner packing of product. I have send them and I was expecting a reply from them. But they didn't reply within 48 hours, so I called them and at first their customers care representative said that picture is not clear and I have to resend it. But when I asked why I haven't received any response from your end regarding the same and now when I'm calling you are telling me he told me some technical problems is there, later on he told me not to send more pictures, the one I have sent will do. Also he told me with 48 hours they will decide what to do.
                    After 2 days still I didn't received any call from their end and now when I check my refund status it's showing rejected, without any reason they rejected it. Now when I mail them that why my refund request is rejected and why I'm not getting informed then a person call saying it has been rejected and If I want to take legal action I can do it.
                    So here I'm asking for on which ground you reject my refund request and why your service is no delay in notifying.

                          The phones i ordered, one has scratches and its metal is dirty and the other phone started hanging at the starting when i was only starting the phone. Even with return policy available and return requested at very second day of delivery, it hasn't been collected yet. Even the customer service doesn't seem to be helpful and say different reasons to reject the request... If the phones are so good then why can't you take it back... We havn't even use them. The return request is available and we haven't use the phones so what is the problem to take it back. You can see the return request date on photo.
                          So much of time had been wasted of ours. The least you may kindly do is to not bother us and send the employee fast to collect the phones. This was my first time shopping with shopclues... And i m very dissappointed.

                            I purchased bedsheet cover from shopclues and after some days they sent lucky draw card and told to scratch the card but before going through this.. I checked on youtube and then i realized they are frauds..

                                The above order was not delivered by blue dart & informed that products undelivered customer not found after few days shopclues reply me products delivered.                                   I have placed a order on shopclues order id[protected]. But the product ia very cheaf quality. So i am file a returen. The after 4 minutes returen was reject and no one resolve this quary. When i am call the custumer care there is no solution. They orivude me many reson which are not acceptable. But according to shopclues easy returen policy. Custemer can easily file returen and getting the proper resolution.

                                      The above order was not delivered by blue dart and informed through sms that address not known. The blue dart company has not contacted even the registered moble of the consumer. Every order was delivered before that there was no problem. I hope some thing they are playing. They actually do not want to deliver in the door step i hope. Kindly take the matter seriously.

                                        I have made a request for return of my order on 23 january 2019 but i have not received any response from shopclues. I have tried to talk to customer care executive, they only told that our customer care executive will call you within one hour but i didn't get any call. It takes only one day for return if we do order through amazon or mental or flipkart but now more than 5 days have passed but no response from shopclues.
