I ordered online from shopclues for adbeni usb fan multicolour pack of pack of 1 electrical (Ml-f168). Product came after 7 long days, paid to courier, but on opening the box, was shocked to see only one usb cable and a plastic cover!! After repeated calls, ultimately contacted the service rep, who could not convince for replacement. They told us to email us the photos, as they probably thought that we were lying about the empty box. After 10 days they took back the incomplete parts. And now after 15 days of the order, i am stll waiting for the product. On day 15th their service rep called me to send my bank details in their site. However the site was not responding and giving errors. The matter is now suo moto, and i still have not got my money back. My last messege to them on 21/7/2017 "your site is giving errors and its not accepting any info, please find attached files. Please suggest some other way to reimburse.
After filling bank details, its giving error msg"

    Myself gayatri from hyderabad. I purchased table mate from shop clues. And i received the product on 10th (Last monday). But it is not in good condition they are many scratches on that and it looks like used product. So i file returns on the same day. But still no one come to collect the product. I spoke to customer care more than 5 times but no use. Every time they said we will come and collect the product but still no response. Today morning also i spoke to them. I request you to please solve my problem.

      Moto g 2nd generation 16gb mobile have been severely damaged, &it is used one. L got this mobile phone on[protected] i. E on wednesday at 4:30.
      It better to take back this damaged mobile, & return back my money, other wise i will take a severe action on your shopclues.
      I work in a. "high court of karnataka". I raise a complaint against you.
      Directly l will give complaint to judge, & possible l will go to media if necessary, & i will make this big issue.
      Let everyone know how this shopclues is creating offense..
      It's better u return back my money, u will safe. Orelse be ready to face problem.
      How dare u. To do this to employee of high court. If tomorrow i won't get any response from your side, then see what i will do.

            This is regarding my order no.[protected] and[protected]. For the 1st order they had sent the wrong colour and the return request was sent on the same day as delivery of the order i. E. 13th july 2017 and today is 19th july 2017 and still the order has not been picked up. I received a call from the courier company on 17th july 2017 for the pick up but it has still not happened. The 2nd order, the return request was sent on 16th july 2017 again on the same day as delivery since the size was sent wrong, but there is no news from shopclues as yet for the reverse pick up. I am disgusted with the services of shopclues.com.

            Thank you so much. After my complaint yesterday, both the orders were picked today.
            This is very bad . That I had ordered an aux cable on Jun 20 but it has been cancelled for no reason. They put the the refund will be processed before jul 2. But today's date is July 20. But the amount did not reach me. So I file a compliant regarding this.

                I have received a wrong product against which i placed a return request. I got refund my money to my cluebucks and ordered for another product against order id[protected]
                But they cheated me by sending a cancellation message even after i got item shipped message and didn't refund my money also.
                Please take necessary action against customer harassing company like shopclues

                  I have been sold an old and damaged products and also parts of it are missing.

                  7 days after raising returns, executive calls me to schedule pick up the next day. But by evening they drop a false mail that pick up has been unsuccessful and return closed.

                  They are selling products and forcing us to keep it - killing our time and money.

                          This is with reference to return back my defective product which is lyf water7s mobile. I received this on 13th july '17 when i opened box n using it was surprising touch was not working. On same time i registered complaint to get return this defective product. Next day merchant rejected my request. Is this called customer satisfaction i'm very disappointed i made complete payment n received defective product which is showing the brand level of shopclues. I'm very annoyed i was so happy when i got it. I just want to get my money back i will not use this or will not go for any service center. Please do the needful.

But after receiving the tablet it's seems that the tablet is fully defective. I lodged complaint on[protected] to shopclues for pick up the product and refund my payment.                                   I have placed an order for buying 2 tb external hard disk on 27th and received it on 4th of july. I have requested the return on the website on the very same day of delivery and asked for a refund as the device is not getting detected in any laptop or desktop. It has been more than 10 days no one came and picked up my product. I have been calling the customer care services, their frequency of picking the phone is also very less. Their system is always getting updated and still there is no solution for this. I have been buying so many stuffs from different website never had to return any product. This has been my worst experience till now. Still no one has been helpful regarding this return.

He spoke to me give us 2-3 days, after 2-3 days i have callled in shopclues he said that, the saller is denied retuned this product please go to asus service center.
