Ordered online from shopclues for adbeni usb fan multicolour pack of pack of 1 electrical (Ml-f168)
Product came after 7 long days, paid to courier, but on openeing the box, was shocked to see only one usb cable and a plastic cover!!

After repeated calls, ultimately contacted the servive rep, who could not convince for replacement. They told us to email us the photos, as they probably thought that we were lying about the empty box.

This is regarding my order no.[protected] and[protected]. For the 1st order they had sent the wrong colour and the return request was sent on the same day as delivery of the order i. E. 13th july 2017 and today is 19th july 2017 and still the order has not been picked up. I received a call from the courier company on 17th july 2017 for the pick up but it has still not happened. The 2nd order, the return request was sent on 16th july 2017 again on the same day as delivery since the size was sent wrong, but there is no news from shopclues as yet for the reverse pick up. I am disgusted with the services of shopclues.com.

This is very bad . That I had ordered an aux cable on Jun 20 but it has been cancelled for no reason. They put the the refund will be processed before jul 2. But today's date is July 20. But the amount did not reach me. So I file a compliant regarding this.

I have been sold an old and damaged products and also parts of it are missing.

7 days after raising returns, executive calls me to schedule pick up the next day. But by evening they drop a false mail that pick up has been unsuccessful and return closed.

They are selling products and forcing us to keep it - killing our time and money.

Registered for return right away.

Got executive call on 17 july and return closed on same evening. Pick up was never attempted.

This is with reference to return back my defective product which is lyf water7s mobile. I received this on 13th july '17 when i opened box n using it was surprising touch was not working. On same time i registered complaint to get return this defective product. Next day merchant rejected my request. Is this called customer satisfaction i'm very disappointed i made complete payment n received defective product which is showing the brand level of shopclues. I'm very annoyed i was so happy when i got it. I just want to get my money back i will not use this or will not go for any service center. Please do the needful.

Mujhe laga yeh phone accha ho ga unnhone bateya ki 30 mb ram hai is phone me but woh nahi tha. Mai jab website pe gaya to return button gayab tha par sirf 1 din hua tha order ko aye but unhone nahi badla help.

I have placed an order for buying 2 tb external hard disk on 27th and received it on 4th of july. I have requested the return on the website on the very same day of delivery and asked for a refund as the device is not getting detected in any laptop or desktop. It has been more than 10 days no one came and picked up my product. I have been calling the customer care services, their frequency of picking the phone is also very less. Their system is always getting updated and still there is no solution for this. I have been buying so many stuffs from different website never had to return any product. This has been my worst experience till now. Still no one has been helpful regarding this return.

I bought samsung led tv (Samsung 40j5100 40 full hd slim led tv) from shop clues on nov 3 2016, after 6 months it stopped working (Automatically switched off for every 2 minutes). When i contact customer care always they are asking visit local merchant and do repair. I confirmed so many time i do not want to do like that still they are simply giving this solution always. Very very very very bad.
They are not behaving like professionals and not responding properly. I called to shopclues customer care more than 20 times but no luck, i am fed up with shopclues.

I have placed one 20000 mah capacity power bank. And shopclues sent this order to me but it was seen duplicate product of samsung company. I have contacted to shopclues but they told me we cancled order after few time. If he cancled than why they sent product to me. They ar lier. Not ready to accept order is sent and product is duplicate. Look into subject on top priority.
