Problem:-samsung tollfree spokes person telling me first you agree to pay our service charge (5000+tax18percent=5900), then we will provide you estimate cost. How it possible to resolve my problem, please provide us solution.

Today i got call from this number i. E. [protected], befor two days i bought one deodarant from shop clue regarding that some person called me and told that you are one of the lucky winner and you have to pay 7500rs and will win a car. They shared their account details regarding this and told to do payment of 7500rs. So i wanted to know this information is fake or not and also havent shared any company details and didnt gave any information through email.

I ordered face towels but instead of face towels they sent low quality hankerchiefs. Feeling annoyed as people do such things. We order online from this shopping site coz we thought u they may not do anything wrong lyk other sites are doing i. E. Sending wrong products, sending bricks or paper instead of product etc. It was my first experience wid this site which is very bad. M feeling lyk cheated. Sry bt in future i may not purchase anything from this site. I wrote a complaint n return dat product. They gave me option for refunding money either clues bucks or bank. I dnt know any of these option so i thought to choose clues bucks. I thought they'll return my money when they take back their product. Bt later on i come to know they will not pay me cash bt add points in my shopclues shopping site account. I want my money back. I attached what product i had ordered n what product i had got.

I have submitted a complaint to shop clues customer care as well as to xpressbees customer care but they have provided me a nonsense reply hence raising at this forum..
With reference to order number[protected] i have not received the product. It has never been delivered to my or my address.

There were 2 products shipped by shopclues for which the courier partner was xpressbees. I received one on 3rd august (Tracking #[protected]. I got a call from the xpressbees delivery boy and i collected the same personally from him.

The second product was not delivered and i got a call on 6th aug from xpressbees (Tracking #[protected] asking
Me if it was delivered. I said no its not.

On 7th and 8th august i got sms stating that the shipment is out for delivery but i never got a call for delivery.

On 9th aug i got an sms stating that the shipment has been delivered due to which i sent 2-3 complaints to shopclues via their app and email and i marked the complaint to
Xpressbees as well on 11th august.

The shipment is not delivered. Either xpressbees or shop clues is liable to deliver the product to me or process a refund for the same.

I have placed an order on shopclues on 30th jul, 2017.in which i ordered 4 jackets and pair of shorts. I have returned all 4 jackets on the same day i received it because the quality was really bad. I have received the refund for 3 jackets but ther is one more refund of rs. 878/- which is left. And since 11th aug, 2017 i am trying to conatct to shopclues for my refund but i am not getting any response from them. This was the first experience with shopclues and i am not gonna buy from shopclues again. Worst experiene. Chepa quality products. Please find my order details attached -

The size of mats are very very small. And quality is worst... And two pieces are damaged... Please take. It back and refund my money and one more thing, i have also ordered the hand wash dispenser from this online shopping site, if i will not get my money back i will be forced to cancel my order. I have placed a purchasing order for full hd 1080p spy camera glasses and order id:[protected] order placed on sun, 06 aug 2017, but 720p hd camera eyewear was delivered to me and the frame & hd pixel is totally different from which i have ordered. It will spoil your company's name, business and the most import thing trust. Please do not make customers fool like this & kindly replace the item as soon as possible or refund the amount.

Sir/madam i have requested for return on 5th august 2017 immediately after receiving the product for order id[protected] its a hp battery because there were no proper logos and the quality was not good even the fit of battery is not perfect as i checked with my previous hp original battery so i have diagnosed it by component test it says it is 2200 mah but my previous one was 2800 mah so i have requested for return and the return id is 4559870 i called today and they said your return request is rejected because its as per description as there is nothing in the description i thought its a original one so please take it return and refund.

This is to inform you that you need to work on your customer handling a lot. This was my first time i ordered some thing from you guys and the experience was horrible. I will never recommend shopclues to any one. Your delivery agent mr ram shankar has no sense of customer handling. He don't know how to talk to the customer. When he arrived for the dilevry and handed over me the packet, i tried to open it. He just snatched the packet from my hand and said you can't open it first pay me the amount and then open. I was really pissed off and felt insulted. He said customer don't pay after opening the packet sometimes. When i heard that i was really angry. I said do i look like a thief to you that i will not pay you? Every customer is not the same and you should behave properly. Reply to that he said whatever it is first pay. I said i will complain regarding this then he said "kardo kardo" (In hindi). I want to ask what type of service you guys are providing to your customers. Staffs are not all courteous. You may heard that first impression is the last impression. So you impression on me is negative now. I will never order anything from shopclues and not even advise anyone to buy also.

I had ordered a mobile phone on shopclues few days ago, after i received it the phone battery was not lasting at least for an hour.

When i requested shopclues for a return they rejected it by calling it a manufacturing defect and i have to resolve this problem with the phone service provider.

As i don't know any of such service provider shopclues must return the product and give my money back

I was informed that i shall receive my refund amount in my bank account by 1 august 2017 and it's 11 august 2017 already and haven't received my refund money yet.

I have bought casio quartz (Model nomtp-1374l-7a1vdf (A955),)
Order id[protected]. They delivered me defective product, and after my complain regarding that watch, he telling me, you have to contact product service center
Witch is far from my home, more than 150 klm.
This is kind of cheating and i am cheated by shopclouse.

If any thing possibility, kindly do something.

I received micromax led HD 32inch TV but after opening the box we found TV led screen having damaged so I immediately raised complaint return product in shocluses account but still not have any action in call also which mobile number display in packing but he given excuse if this type support our moral will down please take immediately action as soon as possible
