Please find the below details in which i had placed two transation with shopclues, which was cancelled and only one transaction refunded in to my account. As contacted with shopclues they declared that they had already processed the amount with bank as per the details. But icici bank telling that they had received any request for the second refund.

I have ordered intex mobile. Lions g1 model from shopclues on 1 july i received it on 7 july after checking it i found that the fm is not working nor voice is clear and i immediately done return process but they rejected to replace it as i have been told to go to service centre instead of returning the product they r so irresponsible and so rude. I m fed up with all the mess i want. My refund of rs. 928/ immediately as u keep defective products...

I would like to know where is my order? Is this any joke? 2 weeks running everyday i got a sms that ur order is out for delivery kindly avail. But at the end no one call me, what happen with my order? I want clarification. Last sms coming on 10/7/2017 at 17:34 p. M. "your order from www.shopclues.com via aramex # [protected] is out for delivery". But till now i am not getting any call from them...

After getting received it, not working, discussed with your customer care.
Push button for selfie is not working.
Also installed 360 degree camera but still it is not working.

As per discussion with customer care, it has to be returned back after logging complaint....

On 20 march 2017. I bought 2 products on shopclues.com whose order id is[protected] &[protected] whose cost is over 600 rs seprately. After 1 day they cancel my order & say there was some system issues. Recently I again bought a product whose order id is[protected] on 28 june & they cancel my order after completion of order. An order was placed on 26.06.2017 for 3 items., but only one item was supplied., leaving the above two items. Total Sum was Rs.621/- Paid by me on my Cr. Card., on 26.06.2017., but the value of item supplied was Rs.265/- As such, goods of value Rs.365/- remains to be supplied. Now. My problems is when i put Tv swtch on up to 10 minutes no problem, then its automatically switched off and on within minutes,
I complained Samsung customer care, but they told its not come under warranty,
