Hi! Your order[protected] for ginni refreshing facial wipes (Rose, aloe.. Has been cancelled as merchant could not dispatch it in time. Mine is ki complaint bhi fill ki "ticket no 2470288" le kin abhi tak shopclues ki taraf se koi response nahi mila.
Meri aapse request hai ki yato mera re order kara do ya amount refund karva do please.

I have ordered intex mobile. Lions g1 model from shopclues on 1 july i received it on 7 july after checking it i found that the fm is not working nor voice is clear and i immediately done return process but they rejected to replace it as i have been told to go to service centre instead of returning the product they r so irresponsible and so rude. I m fed up with all the mess i want. My refund of rs. 928/ immediately as u keep defective products with u and refused to help

An order was placed on 26.06.2017 for 3 items., but only one item was supplied., leaving the above two items. Total Sum was Rs.621/- Paid by me on my Cr. Card., on 26.06.2017., but the value of item supplied was Rs.265/- As such, goods of value Rs.365/- remains to be supplied. Now. I have received an SMS, simply citing that the supply of items is 'Delayed'..!! But even today, they are showing these items for supply in their web-site..!!!

I just want my items ordered to be supplied IMMEDIATELY (OR AT LEAST THE REFUND MADE (OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT DUE) immediately.
Will they attend to this complaint immediately???

My ShopClues.com order ID is[protected]. According to shpclues.com the product has been delivered to me on 20 or 21st June. But I didn't received the product at all. The most valuable point is- for some technical issues my complete address couldn't uploaded. So how can they deliver the product? I asked them for a delivery proof. So they are showing me few lines as a signature. There is not even a single alphabet in the signature! how can they claim that lines As a signature?

I called them many times, but not received any proper response from them. Please take a strong step against this company. I want my refund.
