Hello team,

I ordered a hd samsung television, 40j5100, on 11 october, 2016 from shopclues.com. The order id is[protected]. I had raised a complaint on the 9th of july, 2017, regarding the malfunctioning of the product. It is under sellers warranty.
I have been calling your customer care line for so many days and till date i have not received any resolution to my complaint.

I had been asked by your team to get a local repairman to correct the the television and that the bill would be reimbursed.
However i had informed your team that the repair person had said that the television is heating up and thus cannot be repaired.

Iv informed your team several times that i'd like to get it replaced. They have forwarded me a return ticket many times, with a promise of resolving the issue within 2-3 business days, but it has been over 20 days that i'm sitting with a malfunctioned television at home, with no sign of any resolution from your end.
I keep calling the customer helpline and all they tell me is that they have "escalated" the issue and that i need to wait another couple of days for them to respond. Which never happens.
The latest return ticket i received from your team is 4416343.

This is my last appeal to your team to replace my product within your promised designated time frame or else i will have to report this issue to the consumer court.

Looking forward for your prompt reply.

      This is to bring to your notice that i had ordered a pair of heels (Order no.[protected] on shopclues (Account - shivangi.[protected]@gmail.com) which got cancelled after 4-5 days because o[censored]navailability of shoes with the merchant.
      So i ordered another pair of heels (Order no.[protected] which also got cancelled within 3-4 days because merchant could not dispatch it in time.
      This is really unprofessional behavior towards a customer. I needed those shoes for a function and ultimately i had to shop from outside for which i really didnot have the time.
      This has raised serious doubts in my mind regarding the reliability of your trade platform.
      Moreover, similar thing happened in the march month also.
      Please look into the matter and give me assurance that if next time i order something from shopclues, thing does not happen.

          Team, i ordered phone battery order id[protected] & its defective piece, even my return rqst rejected (Return id[protected], shopclue team said visit the service center, my concern is that defective product sent by u why should i visit the service center. As well if i had lot of time to go here tp there then i never order the online product. Now, i wanna that team send the vendor to collect it, i'm fully harassed by sgopclue team. Its totally unexpected and such a worst experience with shopclue. Kindly share ur excaltion matrix as soon as possible.

            I found himself fraud.

              Sir i have ordered a parcel of two mobile phones... Order no is[protected]. But i found that on one of the mobile the middle key is not working at all. So i did return request but unfortunately it was cancelled by marchent. Return id is 4495995. I paid for it then why should i reachieved the defect phone. They refused for replacement... It is untrustful site of shopping... They r providing buyer's right but in times of return they do their steps backward.
              So i need justice... Finally they advice me to go service centre..
              Now my question is... If i paid cash for the parcel with courier charge then why should i reachieved the defect product?
              So sir i request ur kind interest... Otherwise i will go further. Thank you.

                I have requested return of my product on 2nd day after i received as it had manufacturing defect (Buzzing noise when calling from earpiece). My return id:4496166 but no other response from shopclues. It's been 3 days and i am left with defective product which shouldn't happen. They are not fulfilling their policy with poorest customer care engagement amongst e-commerce sites.

                Please replace my unit asap. At least give tracking details if you have initiated return pickup (If at all)

                    I ordered a oppo mobile for rs 16528 by the order id[protected] on dated mon, 17 jul 2017. I recieved the mobile on dated sat, 20 jul 2017 and after recieving the item i opened the package and use that product i found that the battery is heating up and battery drains down very fast. Then i registered a return request on 21 jul 2017, 09:07 am by the return id no 4473922. Today i. E 25.07.2017 yet not get any response for shopclues. This is my first experiance with shopclues and shopclues is making it the worst one.

                        What is the issue here in returning the product. Your website clearly says "easy return" but where is that east return policy. It has been 5 days now and no progress on my returned product. When will you get it picked and when will i get the refund. Have i made a mistake purchasing from shopclues?. No other portal takes so much time in processing the returns and refunds. Your customer care is also pathetic as they don't have any answer or escalation matrix. Better to place robots/computers for customer service.

                          I have ordered for a bluetooth speaker in shopclues.com on 14th july 2017. The estimated delivery date was 24th july and still i did not receive my product. However when i call shopclues they keep on extending the delivery date of the product.                               I had ordered an iphone 6 64 gb from shopclues on 18th july for which i made payment exceeding 30000rs by card on the same day. I received an email from them on 22nd july saying that my order has been cancelled due to non availability of the product with the vendor. After 2 days i. E today (24th july) i called on their customer care to ask about status of my order. They are saying that my order cannot be cancelled now, they will take 72 hours to find a new vendor for the product and if they are not able to find a new vendor only then will i be able to cancel my order after 72 hours. After asking to talk to an authorized person to either cancel order and issue refund immediately or guaranteeing that the phone will be shipped by tomorrow, they disconnected the call. I called two times again and haven't been able to talk to any authorized person.

                                For the mentioned order id[protected] seller nandini traders and suppliers has delivered laptop bag rain cover with one aluma wallet.in the online the seller show the image of the product. And it has a belt to the rain cover but when i received the order it has no belt and paper like material in that image it is looking like very branded material and in the portal it is showing the aluma wallet colour blue but we received black colour aluma wallet but how the seller cheat like that? And i want help from you when i open the shopclues site it is not showing the order details and return option.

                                  The item sold by the seller was defective. 1) magna handle was fitted cross, top cover of the purifier is completely damaged and product is full of dust (Seller not cleaned before sending).

                                  I have shared the photos with the seller on the same day but of no use.

                                  Even contacted shopclue through customer support but shopclue rejected the return request.

                                  And there is no information how to contact aquaguard installation.

                                  From last 15 days product is stuck at home.

                                    I ordered online from shopclues for adbeni usb fan multicolour pack of pack of 1 electrical (Ml-f168). Product came after 7 long days, paid to courier, but on opening the box, was shocked to see only one usb cable and a plastic cover!! After repeated calls, ultimately contacted the service rep, who could not convince for replacement. They told us to email us the photos, as they probably thought that we were lying about the empty box. After 10 days they took back the incomplete parts. And now after 15 days of the order, i am stll waiting for the product. On day 15th their service rep called me to send my bank details in their site. However the site was not responding and giving errors. The matter is now suo moto, and i still have not got my money back. My last messege to them on 21/7/2017 "your site is giving errors and its not accepting any info, please find attached files. Please suggest some other way to reimburse.
                                    After filling bank details, its giving error msg"

                                      Myself gayatri from hyderabad. I purchased table mate from shop clues. And i received the product on 10th (Last monday). But it is not in good condition they are many scratches on that and it looks like used product. So i file returns on the same day. But still no one come to collect the product. I spoke to customer care more than 5 times but no use. Every time they said we will come and collect the product but still no response. Today morning also i spoke to them. I request you to please solve my problem.

                                        Moto g 2nd generation 16gb mobile have been severely damaged, &it is used one. L got this mobile phone on[protected] i. E on wednesday at 4:30.
                                        It better to take back this damaged mobile, & return back my money, other wise i will take a severe action on your shopclues.
                                        I work in a. "high court of karnataka". I raise a complaint against you.
                                        Directly l will give complaint to judge, & possible l will go to media if necessary, & i will make this big issue.
                                        Let everyone know how this shopclues is creating offense..
                                        It's better u return back my money, u will safe. Orelse be ready to face problem.
                                        How dare u. To do this to employee of high court. If tomorrow i won't get any response from your side, then see what i will do.
