Worst phone and services by shopclues ever. I have received product defective which is heating so much even after replacement. All ivoomi products are defective. Do not think to buy it. Not any satisfactory response from shopclues as well as ivoomi customer care rep. Now i am totally irritated and wants only refund. Shopclues customer care rep. Says for replace or repair. I have already visited service center and also replacement is done. Now only option left is refumd. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

IKall K-99 & K-55 order placed for (2) phones. At the time of orders, displayed Battery Capacity (mAh): 2330 & 1800. But, delivered the two products with Battery Capacity (mAh): 1000. I am new customer, but is like cheating the customers, showing wrong displays in the site for products for purchase.

This is regarding the wrong delivery of the product. I have ordered BERSACHE black-226 women/ girls slippers. ORDER ID[protected] and order was placed on 29 june 2017. Instead I have received shoes today. I have tried calling but there is no answer. I want to return those shoes and would like to have my slippers instead. I have already paid by cash amounted to 272.Please do the needful otherwise refund my money.

This is utter non sense what i received. When i tried opening the packet the plastic packing was taped. Then a box came out of that which was also opened and 2 rin bar came out of that which so properly put up in the box that nobody can tell while taking the box that this could be in the box. I am unable to understand how you guys can do this. I need my refund or i will sue and take you in the court. This is pure cheating and not accepted from shopclues.

And when i raised a complaint after some time it is showing "refund rejected by merchant". Now who is merchant to reject my refund. This is pure cheating

I ordered nokia 1100 (Refurbished) two mobile in shopclues.com ten days back, but i received only one mobile without battery on 23/06/2017 instead of 2 nos of mobile and i got charged rs 1499/-. This charge was actually for 2 nos of mobile and the one which i received doesn't have battery. So the pending order is one full set nokia 1100 mobile with battery and a spare battery for mobile which received. So awaiting for your response.

I am very sad and disheartened with this type of service and assistance.

We at shopclues are always keen to resolve our customer’s query in an expeditious manner and provide the best experience possible.

I have already shared the feedback i didn't liked the quality of the product so i want to return it. What else information they want. They dont even try to call the customer to as what is the issue.

Dont ever buy any appreal from flipkart. They are not at all worth it.

If you don't have sufficient stock of any item than why you display such items in your website. This is one the bitter experience i have ever faced while dealing with an e-commerce operator. I have paid cost of goods by netbanking and after few days you intimate me that the dealer has cancelled the order. How a contract which is fully done by my side be cancelled. I have lost interest cost as well as time while dealing with you. Know i have ordered the said product from other website and he ensure me to deliver the goods within three days. Kindly refund my amount by today without any question and compensate me for the delay as well as my interest cost on the amount paid. One of the worst site for dealing in any product is my review.

I had received my order on dt. 15th June 2017 by Xpressbees Courier but when I check the packet it is empty no product which I ordered, I want my money back. When I call to Xpressbees they told me that they had also done the complain at your site regarding same. Sp please help me out.

I have filed a return request yet again and your cce naren promised this time i'll get the right size, it was also promised the last time by a female cce way ahead of time but it was not fulfilled, i tried to contact the seller when i got to know that the wrong size was being resent but the chat with the seller option does not work on your website, and the male cce who received my call at that time said he could not do anything although the product had not been dispatched back then it was just getting ready for dispatch, i tried to message several times but got no help, this time please contact the seller and send the xl size instead of xxl, i'm really disappointed. I am praveen kr tripathi. I order a book named "cyber crime and fraud management" on 15/06/2017 at 5:45:48 pm. I got the delivery on 20/06/17 near about 6:30pm. On opening the courier I got the book with name " prevention of cyber crime and fraud management" which is not the book that I have order. You can clearly see on the side about the both books. So I get the wrong book Please change the book as soon as possible or return my money. This book is useless for me. Take appropriate action. Book is send from ASHA BOOK HOUSE.
