But customer not accept the product and fedex generate the rto on my product. Product tracking no.[protected] and return tracking no.[protected]. Fedex delivery boy also accept he deliver me garment (Sadi) he not deliver me the shopclues item (Mobile), he accept.
As per discussion in kolkata office he also accept the mistake for this item so that regarding this please contact fedex office[protected] &[protected]. We request you to take matter high level.

      Hi,

      This is the first time i have used your website to order something and i am shocked to see kind of product delivered to me.

      I ordered a watch costing rs1028 with order id[protected]. On 21/08/2017 i received order, when i unwrapped the box i saw an old, defective, damaged, rusted watch which was not the same i ordered. Now i was believing in your policies and was not worry about the inconvenience caused to me as you are not a one room company but have a big value in market.

      I called to report the incident and was assured by your people that in next 2 days courier boy will pick up product and then we will process the refund in your bank account. Courier boy came to my house was not ready to take back watch as something was missing from the box. I told him that's how i received it but there was big no on his face and he took only picture and went back when i was waiting for his reply.

      Called your customer care today and now they are like impossible people as they want me to follow their process as i never mentioned product is not what i ordered. As per the customer care lady i supposed to say "different product received" to be précised. Please tell what is the meaning of "i have not received what i ordered"? This is the same sentence i am using from the first interaction. I am not aware about your jargons to be used while reporting complaint.

      I was not expecting this kind of service on my first attempt. I am all set to take the case to consumer court now if i don't get my money back by 27/08/2017 as committed by your customer care people.

      I am still waiting for a reply from u guys. You aee the worst company I have ever dealt with. Order number[protected].
      We have placed order for a product with a order number[protected]. For which we have paid twice the payment. Once we paid on delivery at home and another by online payment.
      Try to raise the compliant and refund the same.

        I have done shopping at shopclues. The product was not up to my expectation. I have requested for return but they have refused it.                 I had purchased an item amounting to rs.129 from shopclues.com on 8th august, 2017. I had used my debit card to pay for the product. On 14th august, i got a message from bluedart stating that my product has been delivered while i hadn't received the product.

                The address i had provided was correct and hence there should've been no confusion regarding it.
                I expect shopclues.com to re-attempt the delivery of the item. If that is not possible, i expect shopclues.com to refund my money to my account.

                    I have ordered seat cover for my car on date:09/08/2017. Still the order not received on date:20/08/2017. Contacted customer care, it seems to be shop clues has hired bunch unprofessional people who knows only to push the complaint for next day instead of resolving it. Called four times but they don't where exactly went wrong.

                      Hi team,

                      I purchased a brass hookah and a set of 3 glass hookah from shopclues.com, and the merchant name is az retails, moradabad.

                      Order no.[protected]

                      We received only a brass hookah and 1 glass hookah (Not a set of 3 as ordered). We paid rs.1271 in cash, and returned both of the hookah. Pickup guy didnt provided any receipt, and the agents from shopclues are asking for it. What we can do? Agent said - "iski koi zarurat nahi hai".

                      We have returned the items but not received the refund yet. Order was placed on 19th july 2017, and we returned the items on 21st july, today is 20th august 2017, and we are still waiting for the refund.

                      When we called the agents, they are averting us again and again, firstly said that it will be done by 4th august, then 9th august, then 13th august.

                      Please issue my refund now, otherwise i will have to take legal action now against shopclues.

                        I ordered 3 shirts from shopclues for 599/- and 50/- shipping and 29/- for cash on delivery... I recieved the order on 07/08/2016 and i paid the full amount and immediately i told the company about the defective product and missing and changed products which i ordered and i even sent them the images.. Now i am contacting them again and again for back pick up and refund my money and they are saying that your product was not delivered and was returned to origin. Can you believe this..? My god what liars... Everytime they will generate a new ticket for this complaint and say we will revert back but nothing.. Never buy anything from shopclues...

                            I have received said phone in broken condition of back cover which is not assemble properly & its charger also not working., & i log the complaint but i received reply form shopcluses to go to service center, but ihave received phone not in good condition so why should i go to service center. Regarding that i am also trying to call mido customer care but either there phone was switch of or out of coverage area. No is[protected].

S6) - nrm-bths-093-white, order id[protected], it is delivered exactly defective product, received on[protected] and return proposed on[protected] after verification. But my return is rejected on the same day and directed to repair at service center, it is injustice, if part received in working condition unfortunately gone out of order during warranty period in my hand only approach service center. Here is that the article completely defective product delivered to me without verification of quality check before delivery. Moreover, there is no service center in hyderabad or warangal in telangana. (Service center list verified) nrm manufacturing company not in list. Hence my return may please be accepted or replaced with same another peace or refund in clues buck. Online business is preferred for maximum benefit to the customer compare to the market value. Approaching to the service center is more expensive and it comes to local value of product. This type of goods no service guarantee repairs at service center. This type of business shows that the customer put into the loss and stressing, harassment. Moreover, it is not the platform of defective parts and old goods clearance sale platform. You will called for explanation. Sofar, made many requests for accept return policy. But no response from shopclues or supplier.

                                  I received only one product instead of TWO. The sender cheated me.Send the unsend product immediately. I trust SHOPCLUES and this is my 20 th order though your concern.Resolve this problem soon.The company promised me to give two products at the rate of one. But the company sent me only one product instead of one. This is against the companys promise.How can i trust to purchase in future from the same company? Kindly resolve the matter immediately and make necessary arrsngement to get the unsend product soon.

                                  Sir iam purchase nighty in shopclues.order no #[protected]. But iam not like this coller and not cotton meterils .so i return booking .anyone not collecting .ples slove this compliant.
                                  First it was very late for delivery. Secondly I had ordered 2 Derry men's oval style glasses from Dave solutions, Jaipur, but I got only one piece of them. I had called them, but they didn't accept my call.plz.make a chat with them. I want my glasses.plz.send my things otherwise refund me

                                    I did the online shoping in shop clues web site. For sumsung ta20 mobile charger and its rate in this site was 1149. But when i got the product on 18/08/2017. It was ta13 model and the rate of t13 model mention 999 in its box. So it is simple a cheating. Please do check it. And in invoice showing samsung ep - ta20 of amount 1149

                                      Dear sir on 11 august 2017 i have a call from your shopclues centre they said for starter pack for my business just for rs 1200 they also told me the starter pack was deliverd to your address within two days and you also get the call for shopeclue center for information and they will give you traning about it they also lied that the product was uploaded by shopeclues i will buy this and pay the money but my order was not deliverd when i was check on tracking they said order was deliverd

                                      And even i didn't get any call from from shopcluse and when i am trying to call them they said sir can i put your call on hold then they end the call and i also send the mail on this id [protected]@shopclues.com they also not responding so please take any action i don't want work with you more even i try my best to reach this msg more to more people they quit with you and i will also take legal step aginst you which you waste my time

                                        I ordered fidget spinner and when it arrived tjere is nothing inside the box...and now merchant declined the return what is this..please return my bucks.. Juat atleast return it and give me back my rupees and what the #### is that given the order shopclues should take care of it.. Such a unworthy and careless work and thise who sell it should die.. #### him offf
