I ordered anna andre, paris treasure perfume deodorant gift set from the shopclues website. I received the parcel on 7th august, 2017. However when i opened the box, the perfume bottle was broken as it was made of glass. So i would request for a refund as the product delivered was a defective piece.
Kindly acknowledge and try to resolve the issue.

Dear Shopclues this is kindly inform to you that i am received printer with missing color ink cartridge and i am registre return request on dated 28-July-2017.But still no proper reply regarding it, It is very disgusting & now i am going to consumer forum regarding it.
It is pathetic every day i make call regarding it & you make me reply that i will resolve today, tomorrow & this working week etc.

I was order 2 no of micro usb otg cables on 27th of july 2017 (Order no[protected]. Today i am receive this courier & after open the parcel, i found just one no of micro usb otg cable. Where us i was order 2 no of micro usb otg cable.
Request you please look in to the matter. If you did not solve my problem i never perches from your concern.

31-07 — 17-the smoke comes out when machine started and dead.
03-08-17 a courier guy came but refused to take return the drill machine. As he said this is packet open and used. I said that how i can know it is working or not without running the drill machine. The smoke comes out when machine started and dead. So as per return policy i am retuning. But he was arrogantly refused to take and went as in hurry.

I had placed an order on-line, with website www.ShopClues.com, for purchase of a copper jug (2 litres size), to be delivered at an address in nainital, uttarakhand, vide order id:[protected] dated 20.07.2017, on 'cash on delivery (Cod)' basis, at a total cost of rs. 844.00 (Product cost rs.815 plus cod fee rs. 29.00). Tracking number was[protected]. Product was delivered on 28.07.17 at the desired (Nainital) address; but it was seen that the item had a manufacturing defect. Water was leaking badly from the joints of the handle. Fact was immediately reported to the said company, on-line, asking for a return of the product and full refund of money (Rs. 844.00 total). Same was approved by the company and reverse pick-up was assured. But, on 02.08.17, an e-mail was suddenly received from the company that the 'return request closed' on a false plea of failure to pick up, with an assurance to contact within 48 hours. Company was again contacted within the given time-frame (48 hours); but no response was received. Thereafter, i've been writing repeatedly to the company; but there is no response, no reverse pick up of the product and no refund of money paid till now it is humbly requested that the product may be reverse-picked-up and the full amount refunded to me, please. Invoice copy is enclosed for ready reference.

My mid is 7224. I'am registered merchant with shopclues. I recently join shoclues as merchant. I purchased shopclues adzone service by paying inr 5900 including gst. I'am not getting the servies as promised. My product is rakhi and i need to sell it on priority basis as it's seasonal. According to the services (Shopclues adzone) which i purchased i was promise for promotion i dont know where my promotion is running i'am not able to se it. I even dont dont know in shopclues website where my products are reflecting. I asked the adzone team to help me out with these issues and while purchasing this service i was promised these services will be provided everthing will be take care by them the person who sold me this package his name is mohit. He was in touch with me for few days even i spoketo him today but now he he is not reachable he has switched off his both phones. I dont know what to do now.
I also contatced to shoclues seller support helpline no. But they were
Useless as usual. I tried to reach higher authorities as well but their is no
Such source to reach them except visiting shoplues office.
It seems that shopclues doesnt aluse their merchant i'am willing to do
Bussiness with shoclues for a long time but shoclues merchant support
Policies doesnt seems quite supportive.

I have brought a 41 in 1 screwdriver set in your shopclues and delivered it today dt 4 august 17 time 10.00 am, when i open my parcel i see the main handle is broken. Sir i am working in govt. Sector and my monthly family income is more than one lakh and you guys told me that i am a cheater.

Amount has been deducted from my bank account (Payed via icici net banking), but order status is transaction failure. It has been more than 40 hrs and still there is no notice of refund of money or order confirmation from shopclues. I even wrote on their customer support but no responsw yet. Please look into this.

I have placed order for 63 led emergency light on 26th june 2017 my order no.[protected] it was not delivered till 5th of july 2017. I logged in to shopeclues and cancel the order. Insted of cancel system has automatically taken as new oreder on 18th of july 2017 vide oreder no.[protected] and it has been delivered on 24th of july 2017 which is initially not delivered after 10 days of oreder.

After receiving the product i have kept for charging about 24 hrs. But after charging the light is not getting on & the thread which is to be used for on & off of is very hard not able use for switch on/off of the light.

I lodged complaint through oder return option of shopclues on 1st of august 2017. I got message that i need to visit service center for repair of the product.

First of all i dind't understand why the shopclues has to sell such defective product to the customer, secandly in shopclues productwise support centre list i am not finding the support center of my product.

I am residing in karnataka, udupi dist. Saligram, this place is away from major cities of karnataka. As i am unable to find /reach the service centers near by place and not available also.

I got bad experience by purchasing through shopeclues, as i am unable to reach service center or return the product.

Being a customer, i request you, please guide me where and how to return the product without monetary loss. If you do this i will be grateful to shopeclues.

Expressbees service is very worst, literly they are harrasing. Today deliver boy called me to guide me, i spent 30 mins to explain him location, he is lair, he don't want to deliver the material.

Same thing happen for order[protected] &[protected] on sunday. He called me & force me to come to place where he was waiting after calling more than 20 times & spending 2 hours got the delivery.

Placed an order for mobile battery, model q413, for my micromax canvas xpress 4g, which was supplied by jssv inc. C-4 botwala building, tardeo,
Mumbai 4000007. The item arrived on monday july 31st afternoon.

When i took it to my mobile vendor to fix it on my mobile set, i found within seconds that it was a faulty battery with reverse contact probes. - ve in place of +ve and vice versa. This resulted in heat which damaged both battery as well as the phone.

I therefore demand reimbursement both for the battery as well as the
Phone.

My order no.[protected] was delivered on 1st july and product was default and i got a mail on 3rd july that your order will be canceled nd it will returned/ exchanged but it's more than 27 days it was not returned /exchanged. I was cheated as lenovo power bank is neither working nor charging starting from v when i open your sealed box. I will complaint further if you will not take any action.

My name is gourav das, i have purchased an samsung galaxy s5 from shopclues on 23 jun 2017, 02:31 pm, order id[protected].

The handset and the battery is original, but the headphone and charger was replaced with duplicate ones and was delivered it to me.

I have asked for the repalcement of the same, but shopclues and their team always denied, instead they have provided 600 cluesbucks. But the original headphone costs rs. 1300.00 and charger comes at the rs. 749.00.

Please guide me in the right direction to get the replacement.

I was facing an automatic restart of samsung tv... As it was under seller warranty the service center and not made in india if refused to repair free and would charge some money.. This information was conveyed to shop clues and they told to share the bill with them and they would initiate a refund... So i shared the bill but then also they are not responding to it.. They are just passing time by saying that we will contact you in 2 days and all... Plzz see to this.. As my warranty is going to expire in august and then after that they would not listen to it.. I am sharing the bill receipt too
