I order the video camera mono pod simplex make on COD basis. i receive it today after open the packing i found that one of its lock is in break condition . due to this i have no use of this mono pod .. please give me the replacement immediately. i paid the amount of this product to delivery boy.Product is simplex VCT 1089 mono pod (black, supports up to 3000 g) merchant

I had ordered biker's long rain coat for ladies mens (X1) and the product which got delivered was a mobile holder. Tried the customer care number too but was kept on hold for 1 hour. Very disappointed with the service given by shopclues.com.

I ordered for micromax canvas nitro 2 e311 black flip cover from shopclues.com but i received a different blue cover. i ordered it on 25.6.17. i received it on 7.4.17. i want to return the product and get the original black cover which i ordered. In the shopclues website, my order shows black cover but they have delivered a different product. the original product which i wanted is sold by CHL INDIA CARE from new delhi.

That product received me. Tomorrow I send mail to shopclues this item not working. I connect charger no light display. I think it's a second hand. Because have many cratches.
Check my account I already brought 20 nos more items from shopclues. But now I think it's a cheating. Because I send many mails this case, No replay.

It's a bad result from shopclues. First I lost my money for purchase of a rain coat. That time I think it's my mistake. But now it's a cheating. Sure. And nobody replay this complient enquiry.

I have purchased a samsung led tv from shopclues 30/06/2016 after 8 months this is automatically gets switch off after 15 minutes and the same product has the warranty of 12 months, i have discussed the same issue with shopclues help line and they gave supplier contact number & supplier suggest to change mother board with local tv repairing shop for that he send the mother board then i have repaired after repairing the problem is still same now i have again discuss with shop clues so they suggested to send led tv by courier so i have send it to his given address now after receiving two days they are saying my led tv is damage so i have asked him why they not checked during receiving from courier and they did not send any pictures of the same. So this show totally fraud thing of shop clues. If they did not refund my whole money with in two days then i will launch a case against shopclues in consumer forum. Please take strict action & rest of the mail conversation has been attached in pdf format in attached document

I have complaint about lazy and fraud company which is running by fraud seller around who do fraud with costumers, i also a victim of this fraud company who have lost refund and satisfaction by purchasing from this e-commerce platform and recommending everyone avoid www.shopclues.com

But here after confirming also no reply about refund refund not credited, This fraud company just sending communication about confirmation not refund,
Always every company not require confirmation from costumer just refund directly but here is totally different,
This learnt me not to shop from this fraud site and aware others also!

I had ordered one touch 25 strips .order number is #[protected] .Its a healthcare product but the expiry date printed was of 2016. I would like to ask, was the expiry date of such sensitive heathcare products not reviewed before delivery? Kindly do the essentials! I have tried to call the customer service of shopclues but no response .I had received my product on 28/06/2017.

I have ordered for HMT Round Dial Gold Leather Analog Watch for Women, but surprisingly i have received the parcel of HMT Round Dial Watch for Men instead. I have noticed the error on the same and day and lodge complainton that day itself.

Took the order and canceled after 15 days, saying delay in processing.
But still, the same item is live and available to place an order for a customer like me. Looks like they paly with customer money and time.

I have ordered artificial rose flowers from shopclues on 21 may and it was expected to be delivered by 26 may but after few days i got a message that due to some reason your parcel is delayed then i thought to track the order on dtdc site status was showing : receiver shifted then i contacted customer care of shopclues, their executive told me wait till 15th june you will surely receive the parcel. Now on 15th june i didn;t received my parcel but i got a message that my parcel is successfully delivered but actually in reality i haven't received that. Then i again customer care of shopclues again the executive told me please wait for 24th june our team is working on your issue and you will get your product or we will produce proof of delivery again when i called them on 25th june i first tracked order on dtdc it was showing status as rto so when i told them that i didn't got my order then they again told me wait for 27th june. Then again when i m calling them today they are telling me to wait till 6th july.

I made an order for the above mentioned product 16-06-17 and the product is delivered to me on 20-06-17 and on[protected] i made a return request as the buff head wear which should be included in the package was missing. And the shopclues team mailed me that they will make the arrangements within 48 hrs. But after the 48 hours while searched the order it was showing that the merchant has rejected the return. I called them and raised my query again they again asked me to wait for 48 hrs as the complaint is taken again. But know response from them again it still shows the order is rejected by the merchant

I like to return the product as it is not a up to the mark product for me.. Which i anticipated through on screen display.. It does not even go through into my palm.. It would not serve my purpose.. And the quality is also not worthy which you have kept the amount of the product... Please make an arrangement to bring back from me and give my money back in cash.. Kindly the necessary action at your earliest

I had order a solar rechargeable torch light/emerg has been delivered in advance. After received the light i charge through electric but it is not working than i charge it direct in solar also but it not hold the charge. Several time i have charge the light but the problem is same so kindly change the same and send a fresh new one for my use. Thanks.
