I have not received my order yet. the order was placed nearly about one month before this is such a big delay. disappointed with shopclues plz revert back or call me i need clarification on this .i request you to dispatch my shipment by any pvt couriers rathar then indian post .. i am waiting every single day
i call customer care every other day they are unable to send me proof of delivery plz help me...

That product received me. Tomorrow I send mail to shopclues this item not working. I connect charger no light display. I think it's a second hand. Because have many cratches.

I have purchased a samsung led tv from shopclues 30/06/2016 after 8 months this is automatically gets switch off after 15 minutes and the same product has the warranty of 12 months, i have discussed the same issue with shopclues help line and they gave supplier contact number & supplier suggest to change mother board with local tv repairing shop for that he send the mother board then i have repaired after repairing the problem is still same...

I have complaint about lazy and fraud company which is running by fraud seller around who do fraud with costumers, i also a victim of this fraud company who have lost refund and satisfaction by purchasing from this e-commerce platform and recommending everyone avoid www.shopclues.com

I would like to ask, was the expiry date of such sensitive heathcare products not reviewed before delivery? Kindly do the essentials! Took the order and canceled after 15 days, saying delay in processing.
But still, the same item is live and available to place an order for a customer like me. Looks like they paly with customer money and time.

Again pickup on 12 jun 17 for repair. As it is very very heating device and blinking.
Till date i was not given any solution of it. I want refund of it. I was told that now you will get it...

I have ordered artificial rose flowers from shopclues on 21 may and it was expected to be delivered by 26 may but after few days i got a message that due to some reason your parcel is delayed then i thought to track the order on dtdc site status was showing : receiver shifted then i contacted customer care of shopclues, their executive told me wait till 15th june you will surely receive the parcel. Now on 15th june i didn;t received my parcel...

I made an order for the above mentioned product 16-06-17 and the product is delivered to me on 20-06-17 and on[protected] i made a return request as the buff head wear which should be included in the package was missing. And the shopclues team mailed me that they will make the arrangements within 48 hrs. But after the 48 hours while searched the order it was showing that the merchant has rejected the return. I called them and raised my query...

I like to return the product as it is not a up to the mark product for me.. Which i anticipated through on screen display.. It does not even go through into my palm.. It would not serve my purpose.. And the quality is also not worthy which you have kept the amount of the product... Please make an arrangement to bring back from me and give my money back in cash.. I had order a solar rechargeable torch light/emerg has been delivered in advance. After received the light i charge through electric but it is not working than i charge it direct in solar also but it not hold the charge. Several time i have charge the light but the problem is same so kindly change the same and send a fresh new one for my use. Thanks....

I have placed the order to purchase pant for rs.983 and made the payment online also. I have placed the order on 12th june but still not received the product and also my money back.
They courier tried to contact me but no one contracted yet also they are not paying my money back. No from customer care responding properly.

I have bought recently i kall n9 from shopclues. It's i kall n9 calling tablet with keyboard 8 gb 7 inch with wi-fi+3g. And i found it's otg cable defective in it and it is not working. Please do replacement for the same. My order i'd :[protected]. Sir the charger too is local and is getting heated excessively even for small ti! Me of charging. Sir also please do provide replacement of it as soon as possible....

Worst phone and services by shopclues ever. I have received product defective which is heating so much even after replacement. All ivoomi products are defective. Do not think to buy it. Not any satisfactory response from shopclues as well as ivoomi customer care rep. Now i am totally irritated and wants only refund. Shopclues customer care rep. Says for replace or repair. I have already visited service center and also replacement is done....
