      I ordered for micromax canvas nitro 2 e311 black flip cover from shopclues.com but i received a different blue cover. i ordered it on 25.6.17. i received it on 7.4.17. i want to return the product and get the original black cover which i ordered. In the shopclues website, my order shows black cover but they have delivered a different product. the original product which i wanted is sold by CHL INDIA CARE from new delhi.

          I have ordered kitchen foster with napkin combo.In photograph 3 duster and 6 napkins were shown but when I recieved the delivery it was only 1 duster and 1 napkin whose cost will be hardly 40 Rs whereas they have collected Rs 133 which is very high for such a poor quality of Item .I want to return the same and refund of my money.
          Duster quality is very poor and cost is 3 times I am not satisfied at all.kindly collect the item and refund the money.

                That product received me. Tomorrow I send mail to shopclues this item not working. I connect charger no light display. I think it's a second hand. Because have many cratches.
                Check my account I already brought 20 nos more items from shopclues. But now I think it's a cheating. Because I send many mails this case, No replay.

                It's a bad result from shopclues. First I lost my money for purchase of a rain coat. That time I think it's my mistake. But now it's a cheating. Sure. And nobody replay this complient enquiry.
                Ok. No problum wireless Bluetooth I pay Rs.639/ - . I remember this case and inform my friends to this cheating.

                  I have purchased a samsung led tv from shopclues 30/06/2016 after 8 months this is automatically gets switch off after 15 minutes and the same product has the warranty of 12 months, i have discussed the same issue with shopclues help line and they gave supplier contact number & supplier suggest to change mother board with local tv repairing shop for that he send the mother board then i have repaired after repairing the problem is still same now i have again discuss with shop clues so they suggested to send led tv by courier so i have send it to his given address now after receiving two days they are saying my led tv is damage so i have asked him why they not checked during receiving from courier and they did not send any pictures of the same. So this show totally fraud thing of shop clues. If they did not refund my whole money with in two days then i will launch a case against shopclues in consumer forum.                     Always every company not require confirmation from costumer just refund directly but here is totally different,

                                I bought ivoomi mob from your site, but it has provided me heating device and i was told to go to mi sevice center. Is it right?

                                  I have ordered artificial rose flowers from shopclues on 21 may and it was expected to be delivered by 26 may but after few days i got a message that due to some reason your parcel is delayed then i thought to track the order on dtdc site status was showing : receiver shifted then i contacted customer care of shopclues, their executive told me wait till 15th june you will surely receive the parcel. Now on 15th june i didn;t received my parcel but i got a message that my parcel is successfully delivered but actually in reality i haven't received that. Then i again customer care of shopclues again the executive told me please wait for 24th june our team is working on your issue and you will get your product or we will produce proof of delivery again when i called them on 25th june i first tracked order on dtdc it was showing status as rto so when i told them that i didn't got my order then they again told me wait for 27th june. Then again when i m calling them today they are telling me to wait till 6th july.

                                    I made an order for the above mentioned product 16-06-17 and the product is delivered to me on 20-06-17 and on[protected] i made a return request as the buff head wear which should be included in the package was missing. And the shopclues team mailed me that they will make the arrangements within 48 hrs. But after the 48 hours while searched the order it was showing that the merchant has rejected the return. I called them and raised my query again they again asked me to wait for 48 hrs as the complaint is taken again. But know response from them again it still shows the order is rejected by the merchant
