            Under order no.[protected] a pair of jeans were purchased but i got altered and pockets torn and under size as well as over size after almost 20 days. Ticket was raised same day. Only confirmation for ticket raising received till date no action now it shows ticket closed

                  I ordered 2 perfume @Rs.109 in ShopClues on 21July. They cancelled that order on 28July2021. Reason that they sent in the mail is Product is not available with the seller. But I never seen that product is in out of stock or unavailable. The product is still available in ShopClues. I raised the ticket but they didn't contact me and they closed those tickets. Customer service is worst. Overall service is worst. ShopClues has worst business ethics.

                      I am an online seller in shopclues platform.. We had received an order through shopclues site and dispatched the consignment to buyer. Now we had requested to update the tracking details as below

                        Order Number:[protected]
                        Ordered Galway Natural Twist Green Tea from ShopClues. Delivery agent didn't deliver on time due to lockdown measures however updated delivered. Went to the courier office to pick it up.
                        I ordered for a pack of 2 and recived only one pack, paid 665 for 2 however recieved only 1 of rs 360 and top of that the product has expired in March of 2021 and I ordered in July only. Also the order is non returnable. ShopClues doesn't have proper redressal forum. Need to wait for a day or 2 get a reply on mail from them .
                        The seller is cheating it's customers taking advantage of non returnable policy. If the product is okay why would I return ? And if product is not okay why should I pay and not be able to return?
