First of all i am return the products because it has been damaged and not cooling. I am remove it plastic the name show (llyond ) it has been remove with plastic wrap.

And it box were totally damaged how can it take it back I want new iteam or refund.

Same products I can't can't can't take it only gave me new products with beautiful box NO damaged anything or gave my (REFUND) I am buy new products

I think you are understand why I am refund products. So plz provide my refund back

I ordered an item from shopclues and during payment I paid from upi. My payment was successful in upi application but when i went to the shopclues app the order was converted for cash on delivery. They are not even showing that my money will be refunded. It shows that only Rs1 has been refunded to cluebucks. MY MONEY HAS GONE.I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I ALSO RAISED A TICKET BUT IT SHOWS ONLY RS 1 BEEN REFUNDED.😡😡😡

We were suspended from this selling on this website and they demanded 20, 000 to reinstate us, which we paid.
they reinstated us 15 days later and for the last 1 month, have not released our dues .we are totally helpless as all payments are stuck and we are not in a position to restart production till previous debtors are cleared.
opened a ticket on their website and it has largely been unanswered.the customer care department also just asks us to wait 48 hours each and every time we call.
please help

On the day of scheduled delivery date suddenly I received two sms as well as two WhatsApp notifications saying that the products are successfully delivered to me. But reality is that no delivery person arrived at my house or called me. I have made a complain for the same to shopclues but no response. I think I am cheated..

I ordered a hw22 named smartwatch, which was at a price of 1330 on ShopClues, cheaper than other websites so I decided to buy from there...
But they only sent empty box ...
I initiated a return request with the app and provided supporting images but they didn't consider it...

I called the customer care phone number but no human talks in that...

I waited as they told me that they will resolve the issue latest by 21st June...

But again no reply...
At last they said they can't do anything, All the money is paid by me in advance (UPI) and they didn't provide any refund...

Hi team recently recieved some online lucky draw contest announcement regarding12.8 lakh worth cash prize. Today I got some messages and calls from a man named Vignesh stated he was calling from shop clues and informed that I have rewarded with a MAHENDRA XUV 500 as a part of its 11 th anniversary. Can you please tell me whether this is true or a fake one ASAP!

Because looks like in additional note asked to pay advance tax amount from our end. Kindly check and confirm.
This will help me lot to further move if it's fraud.
I have also attached the screenshots of following messages . Please do check it out.
