Every electronic gadgets which I ordered fro Jaw dropping deal were defective and when I make return or aries a ticket for it noting action taken against it from any one. I am a student and I am saving money to buy from you but every electronic gadgets which I bought are damaged

I have made two purchase from shopclues.com

On the day of scheduled delivery date suddenly I received two sms as well as two WhatsApp notifications saying that the products are successfully delivered to me. But reality is that no delivery person arrived at my house or called me. I have made a complain for the same to shopclues but no response. I think I am cheated.....

I ordered a hw22 named smartwatch, which was at a price of 1330 on ShopClues, cheaper than other websites so I decided to buy from there...
But they only sent empty box ...
I initiated a return request with the app and provided supporting images but they didn't consider it...

I called the customer care phone number but no human talks in that...

I waited as they told me that they will resolve the...

Today I got some messages and calls from a man named Vignesh stated he was calling from shop clues and informed that I have rewarded with a MAHENDRA XUV 500 as a part of its 11 th anniversary. I tried to purchase an item from shop clues, with order ID[protected], which got failed, however, the amount was debited from my account. I tried to contact the customer support team of shop clues and unable to reach to any executive. I tried to contact bank and from their end, its showing approved. I mailed shop clues multiple times, but couldn't get a satisfactory answer. Please get my refund of Rs. 31779 soon....
