    Wanted ‘a small amount for Registration charge and bank account details to transfer the prize amount’
    I told him to send SMS and he suggested WhatsApp- he messaged same info with WhatsApp no. [protected]/-, Helpline no. shopclusluckydraw.co.in

      I had ordered this product which was cancelled by shopclues saying the cause was some delay from the seller. I was said the money would be refunded to my bank account from which the pyment was made by expected date 21st August 2021. Today it is, 12th September 2021 bt I haven't yet received any money from shopclues.

        I placed a Prepaid Order on ShopClues for KSJ USB Cables pack of three but when My Order delivered to me I didn't checked instantly because I believed on ShopClues. But 2 Days before Yesterday My Mi USB Cable was stolen by somebody and then I opened the ShopClues delivered Package of 3 Data Cables but I found one of the Data Cable was broken and other two were not working even after connected via Adapters, PC and Laptop too but both the Data Cables didn't work that's why I needed to too many Calls to Shopclues but IVR didn't connected My Call to so-called Customer Care Representative. If somebody has any kind of doubt about me then He/She can check out My Calls' History. REALLY A WORST EXPERIENCE WITH SHOPCLUES!

            I have ordered Windows 10 pro online activation 1 pcs key on[protected], then on[protected] message come that your item is delivered and it is supposed to delivered to me by email but till now I haven't received my item. But they sent me a message that to give rating that how was the item...it is totally fraud and scam...I request all the citizens of India not to shop on ShopClues because they show very cheap price of their item to attract customers...go for other genuine shopping site like Amazon, flipkart etc..

                          I have seen ShopClues there are 179rs.clursbucks u cutted from my account that shows they expired because of dormant account first of all it is always open account it's not dormant I always check product but I am not shopping because I don't need to buy. Right not that doesn't mean u shows my cluesbucks expired on such database, I want my cluesbucks back, please refund my cluesbucks as soon as possible

                              Actually I wanted the replacement of the product but they initiated refund but they had refunded only 40% of the amount the other 60% they are showing in their app and saying only 15% of the amount can be
                              used I want my I complete refund or the original product which I ordered.

                                    Expected Delivery Date : 24July2021
                                    Order Cancelled on 28July2021 by ShopClues because product is not shipped by seller.
                                    Initiated Refund on 28July2021 but still I didn't received any refund for that order from ShopClues.
