I have ordered Windows 10 pro online activation 1 pcs key on[protected], then on[protected] message come that your item is delivered and it is supposed to delivered to me by email but till now I haven't received my item. But they sent me a message that to give rating that how was the item...it is totally fraud and scam...I request all the citizens of India not to shop on ShopClues because they show very cheap price of their item to attract...

I have seen ShopClues there are 179rs.clursbucks u cutted from my account that shows they expired because of dormant account first of all it is always open account it's not dormant I always check product but I am not shopping because I don't need to buy. Right not that doesn't mean u shows my cluesbucks expired on such database, I want my cluesbucks back, please refund my cluesbucks as soon as possible...

I got a call from ShopClues Won 2nd prize Maruti Suzuki Swift drize car pay 15600 for delivery is it fake or real...

Actually I wanted the replacement of the product but they initiated refund but they had refunded only 40% of the amount the other 60% they are showing in their app and saying only 15% of the amount can be
used I want my I complete refund or the original product which I ordered....

I bring to your kind notice that my Order Id:[protected] with Return Id: 9035031 [dated 19/8/2021] and Tracking Id: with Delhivery/AWB:[protected] Dated 25th August 2021 was successfully delivered to Shopclues at 08;41 am, at the address mentioned by Shop clues...

Oh my god! Please don't but anything from ShopClues. I have been trying to contact them about my complaint but not getting any response. I'm highly disappointed with ShopClues. I ordered a book but not delivered yet and it is showing the status as delivered....

I received expired product twice time on same product...
I order mascara on ShopClues on 8-8-21. order id.[protected]. I received expired product. It ok one time it's happen. I applied for return. Ask for refund or replace. ShopClues refund on my clues bucks. That refund can't be transfer account also. Again I order mascara on 20-8-21. I received order on 27-8-21. But it's was expired... I don't know ..

I like to inform you that I have Order for wireless earphone on 15.08.2021 but till date It has not been delivered till date and from 22.08.2021 on wards it is lying at destination hub, Kolkata. No phone calls has from your end.
Its very poor service and delivery system
