I bring to your kind notice that my Order Id:[protected] with Return Id: 9035031 [dated 19/8/2021] and Tracking Id: with Delhivery/AWB:[protected] Dated 25th August 2021 was successfully delivered to Shopclues at 08;41 am, at the address mentioned by Shop clues {through their letter dated 19 August 2021}, to be delivered at Pikndel Pvt Ltd. B-84 Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-2, New Delhi - 110020 {Office Phone No:[protected]}.

I regret to let you know that refund of Rs.4734/- for the above, Vide order Id:[protected] with return Id: 9035031 and Tracking Id : Delhivery/AWB:[protected] has not been done even after 10 days of placing return request and return of product {"Strangar Amplifier"} received at their end on 25 August 2021

i wish to state that the "Strangar Amplifier" sold by "Amrit Enterprises 1" from House Number - 305, Street number-7, Jujhar nagar, Patiala, Punjab - 147001, India (Phone: [protected]) is an imitation of original "Stranger company from Kolkata" . The product sold by AMRIT ENTERPRISES, Patiala, Punjab, through SHOPCLUES E-commerce shopping site is a duplicated and fabricated product.

Selling of a product by imitation and fabrication of the original manufacturer is totally illegal and will attract penal action under the court of law and is a punishable offence.

AMRIT ENTERPRISES is selling "STRANGAR AMPLIFIER 160 Watt" instead of selling "STRANGER" originally manufactured by Stranger company from Kolkata.

The shopclues has failed to verify the quality and authenticity of the product "STRANGAR" Amplifier 160 Watt sold in its E-commerce site which is being marketed by Amrit Enterprises, Patiala, Punjab, using the original manufacturers' name as its own name.. We have been fooled and cheated by selling a duplicate Amplifier claiming that it is a original "Stranger Amplifier" of Stranger Company from Kolkata.

According to the guidelines given by Shopclues, I have returned the Amplifier within 2 days on 20th August 2021 through renowned courier company called DELHIVERY, the invoice uploaded on the Shopclues site on 20/8/21 at 01;25;26 IST. The Amplifier has been delivered to Shopclues on 25th August 2021 at 08;31 am IST.

Shopclues have failed to update the delivery details on the customer's page till date. Further, without any prior intimation my request for refund of Rs.4734/- has been closed, while the process of refund is in process and not completed.

On receipt of an irresponsible reply from Shopclues on 23rd August 2021, I wrote back and claimed that refund of Rs.4734/- should be made to my Bank account through which the payment was made without inordinate delay. Further, Shop Clues is acting as if there is no necessity to make a refund for defective product without realizing the monetary loss suffered by the customer.

The Shopclues' customer care Team is useless and irresponsible that they have been taught to tackle the customers and Shopclues is on the pursuit of swindling customers money and innocent customers are cheated. Shopclues' intention is to give lame excuses to the customers and purposely delaying the refund and keeping customers hard earned money with them for a longer period. None of the grievances are resolved on time nor refund done on time.

I have lost my confidence with Shopclues and have suffered mental agony and pain, loss of money, time, energy due to the delay in refunding my money. The CBO & C0-Founder Ms. Radhika Aggarwal and Founder Mr. Sanjay Sethi of Shopclues E-Commerece Site and their staff are jointly and severally responsible for the mental agony and the damages caused to me through sale of a " Duplicate Strangar Amplifier" which is defective and they are also responsible for the damages caused to me due to the delay caused in making the refund of Rs.4734/- for the damaged/ defective product already returned on 25/8/2021 and the same was received at their end on 25/8/2021.

In view of the above facts and circumstances I would request Shopclues to process the refund of Rs.4378 including reimbursement of shipment charges of Rs.356 a total of Rs.4734 paid into my Indian bank account through internet banking paid to them on 13/08/2021 at 01:03:37 IST Vide Transaction Reference Number: [protected] dated 13/08/2021, without further delay.

I advise Shopclues and its Directors & CBO & C0-Founder Ms. Radhika Aggarwal and Founder Mr. Sanjay Sethi to refrain from displaying, selling, duplicate, fabricated, & worthless products on their Shopclues Website and also it would be better if they refrain from the practice of cheating the customers and swindling their money. If they continue to do so, customers will lose their confidence and trust that they have with Shopclues.

    Oh my god! Please don't but anything from ShopClues. I have been trying to contact them about my complaint but not getting any response. I'm highly disappointed with ShopClues. I ordered a book but not delivered yet and it is showing the status as delivered.

      I received expired product twice time on same product...
      I order mascara on ShopClues on 8-8-21. order id.[protected]. I received expired product. It ok one time it's happen. I applied for return. Ask for refund or replace. ShopClues refund on my clues bucks. That refund can't be transfer account also. Again I order mascara on 20-8-21. I received order on 27-8-21. But it's was expired... I don't know ..
      I can't waste me time ordering the product again ...

      I need mascara in well condition or I need refund on my account...

      If not I will file case against ShopClues on consumer court

        I was order iPhone 6s plus space grey mobile with order ID[protected], but it's come with rose gold color so I request it to replace the model, at that time I was order iPhone 6s plus battery case with order ID[protected], but it's also not as display, so I was place refund request, but when the reverse pick up placed, they took my mobile phone and I get massage of battery case return complete.
        I was talk with reverse pickup boy, he said he mistakenly took mobile phone instead of battery case from my wife in absence of me. but he forwarded images of mobile phone to shop clues when he submit the phone instead of battery case, so you have a image proof with you.

                Today ie 24-Aug-2021 i had received a call specifying that i am from shopclues you had been selected for a 9th anniversary ucky draw contest and won a Mahindra XUV car asked me send 12, 000 cash for tax cuttings and transportation charges i thought it is fraud and ended the call he called me again and told u can exchange the price with money of 12 lakh for that u need to send 12k for cheque deposit

                These are all spam calls trying to loot our money please take proper action on these kind of activities

                      I placed 2 order.
                      Order Not Delivered but status Updated.
                      No Complain window open and No Support Executive.
                      Courier Part is also very smart ASNM Care and Delivery Surface.
                      What a service by Shopclues. Can't TRUST anymore.
                      Personally Advise Everyone NOT place any order with this company in Future.
                      Completely disappointed. Star rating in negative feedback But no option available.

                          I purchased a mic which was damaged Shopclues reject my ticket again and again. Order number is[protected] when i raise a complaint reply comes immediately that ticket rejection is in process without reading my complaint they close ticket. I already mentioned my order number. When i make a return it shown immediately rejected in process. I think there is any lock type system so remove if any this type of lock you added so that no problem comes furture related same.

                                    I have initiated a txn. Of Rs.99.00 on 27.06.21 for purchase of one VISKO Screwdriver, but unfortunately the said transaction failed due to one or other reason after that two messages received by me, which are mentioned below as point 1 and 2.
                                    1. Payment declined for ShopClues Order:[protected] for VISKO Screwdrive... If the money is deducted from bank, it will be auto-reversed within 7-10 business days. To retry payment & confirm your order, click: http://sclu.es/Sh2nj & pay online.
                                    2. A/c XXXX29 Debited with Rs. 99.00(Ref No.[protected] to PAYU by UCO Bank eBanking. Report Dispute-https://bit.ly/2PZk2N5.
                                    I have taken up the matter through my Bank and came to know that the amount has been received by merchant. I have written so many Emails to your customer service ID but SORRY to say no reply received by me nor my amount. I am very much disappointed the this cold attitude.Now it is again requested to please look into the matter and refund my money immediately.

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        I have the honour to inform you that I, Kousik Ghosh, residing at Talpukur Road, Chanditala lane, Naihati, North 24 pgs, West Bengal, have recently started again collecting rare Indian coins and notes for my numismatic hobby, a hobby developed in me since childhood. Sir, while searching such coins through GOOGLE, numerous adds from Shopclues drew my attention and without thinking the pros and cons of it, I placed an order for 8 anna original coin of 1920 (order ID[protected]. But after the product delivered to me, I got a tremendous shock on opening the package. Far from being an original antique 8 anna coin for which I paid shopclues 6 thousand rupees, I was sent a newly manufactured fake steel coin worth Rs, 2 only. I contacted customer care for immediate return and they asked me certain images which I sent them 10 times through emails hoping for a quick resolution. But I got no update for 10 days even after my repeated emails. This is cheating absolutely and they have no right to grasp my hard-earned money. I lost 6k Sir and am in utter helplessness. I faced no such issues in placing return request with Amazon and flipkart. Shopclues is a highly cheating platform for Indian buyers I would say.
                                        Kindly look into this matter with humanitarian point of view and help me to get my hard-earned money refunded at your earliest. Your tenable consideration and kind cooperation would certainly move me towards higher obligations for ever.
