Ordered 6 deos through shopclues but are totally duplicate and defective, in which three are refunded but not ready to refund rest three deos ...neither customer care is listening nor they are replying to my mail ...
so only remedy is to complain ahead you...please do the needful...

Please dont purchase shopclues, I ordered combo offer 3 shirts Rs.999.
But Product delivered, Amount Rs.1000 settled courier boy, After open the parcel recycle begger poor product shirts, I am very socked, So fraud online purchase shopclues, So, All the People aware and dont Purchase any Product.very very fraud....

Today ie 24-Aug-2021 i had received a call specifying that i am from shopclues you had been selected for a 9th anniversary ucky draw contest and won a Mahindra XUV car asked me send 12, 000 cash for tax cuttings and transportation charges i thought it is fraud and ended the call he called me again and told u can exchange the price with money of 12 lakh for that u need to send 12k for cheque deposit

These are all spam calls...

I purchase 3 dresses on myavara.com..but I received old/dirty products. I want to return these and refund my money rs750....

I placed 2 order.
Order Not Delivered but status Updated.
No Complain window open and No Support Executive.
Courier Part is also very smart ASNM Care and Delivery Surface.
What a service by Shopclues. Can't TRUST anymore.
Personally Advise Everyone NOT place any order with this company in Future.
Completely disappointed. Star rating in negative feedback But no option available.

Very Pathetic support from the Shopclues Support team
Your team has closed the case without resolution and the same is not at all acceptable.
Intresting point is that No one is ready to revert on email, No call back...
They just closing the ticket without justification....

I purchased a mic which was damaged Shopclues reject my ticket again and again. Order number is[protected] when i raise a complaint reply comes immediately that ticket rejection is in process without reading my complaint they close ticket. I already mentioned my order number. Please return the product and refund my amount....

I've made payment for purchase via bhim upi in shopclues qprime the money is deducted but order isn't placed....

I had purchased 1 mobile on shopclues.com on dated on 4th August 2021, after some personal reason i cancelled my order same day. after the cancellation till date (17 August 2021) i have not received my refund of Rs, 6590/- nor taken call by any customer care agent.
I ahve reminder send to company every day, till i have not received any call as well not received amount in my bank account...

My order date 28 july 2021 but my product not delivered. payment already paid this item order no.[protected] delivery boy not call me and not come to my address....

I have initiated a txn. Of Rs.99.00 on 27.06.21 for purchase of one VISKO Screwdriver, but unfortunately the said transaction failed due to one or other reason after that two messages received by me, which are mentioned below as point 1 and 2.
1. Payment declined for ShopClues Order:[protected] for VISKO Screwdrive... If the money is deducted from bank, it will be auto-reversed within 7-10 business days. To retry payment & confirm...

But they are asking. 30000 first payment to frsrt instalment... It's true or fraud???...
