The person in the name of employee of shopclues company had taken my money fraudulently by providing assurance in the name of company. After loosing such a huge amount I had no hopes against them then I refuge to transfer any money. Even afer such a huge scam he is asking me to transfer Rs. 15000 in order to refund the money back saying that it is the policy of company that they refund only after charging the refund charging. I am suffering...

Received a call that I am choosen as a lucky draw winner against whch they asked for 6500 then transaction money of rs16960 and then gst cgarge of rs 25400 then 49900 and then 71960 as security deposit even then he was asking for 93327 as intercity charge. He has also given his id proofs including job card, pan, aadhar, bank account details etc .
kindly refund my money back ASAP....

Order[protected], delivered wrong product on 6th May. Shopclues says it was delivered on 29th April and cannot return now. 720 garbage bags ordered and what I get is 1 inch useless statue. Fraud seller on shopclues and useless customer care. Never use shopclues to buy anything, if you care for your money....

I bought e product, a jackect from shopclues, after some days from delivery there is a call for me that i win a car named suzuki swift dezire or 14 lakh in lucky draw. They told me to pay registration fees then many other amount to get my prize.its totally fraud.. They didn't pay me anything.may i get my money back its very important...

I repeatedly warned them to deliver it on time and now they have jumped a week from the given delivery date. I mean why do you commit people when you can't fulfill. I can't cancel I order. I am disappointed with shop clues services. My order id is[protected]....

I had purchased finger pulse oximeter through shopclues online shopping (order no.[protected], product id.[protected] and items delivered on 04th may and just after 10 minutes of product delivery we were checked the items, it's not working we were surprised and many times tried but no sucess than we understand they sent defective piece to customer. After we had tried to complaint online and through customer care and dealer direct number for refund...

I had ordered a fan with order id[protected] on 25th March 2021, I have received defective blads and I have returned for a refund with return id 8755369. Have also sent photos of the product and damaged parts with the return request and product pick up the next day after inspection by the pickup guy.

I got a call from shopclue Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, that i am the winner of lucky draw and i win an XUV 500 car and i have to pay the registration fee ₹6500, tgen they asked whether i want the car or prize money ₹14, 80, 000.then if i need money as prize, i have to pay 18, 200.i paid ₹6500 as registration fees through google pay. They told after 5 minutes i will receive the prize money in my account. But they didn't do it, they again asked...

I have 1334 rupees in my shopclues account which i am unable to transfer into my bank account. neither site or customer care provides any assistance towards this problem....
