On the shopclues.com website i ordered a book on 28th June, and as per the website I should've received it latest by 3rd July. But when i tracked my order back on the website, it was showing that my product had already been delivered. Also, when i further tried to register the complain for the same, sorry to say website is so poorly made, i was unable to submit that request even after selecting the right options (from some drop down options) as per my complaint. I searched on google for their customer helpline number, at the other end had to deal with the non sensical bot operated customer care service, nothing but a disappointment. I got absolutely no reassurance there as well, as to when my product will be delivered, will it be delivered or not, no sms no other details whatsoever. PLEASE NOTE NO REASSURANCE AT ALL. If you can't deliver a product properly, why are you showing options for it in the first place? I just can't believe this fraud at such levels, I didn't even find a single mail id for customer service. This type of service really hits bad a customer's trust in online services. Still, I believe somewhere this situation shall be dealt with; I am looking forward to a satisfactory response.

Updated by SunidhiJain I got a text message saying that my order has been delivered, but I still haven't actually received it yet. I have never been more frustrated in my life with any other online shopping platform. I am really tired, have been waiting for my order for 15 days now. Such carelessness regarding customer care should be seriously looked into as soon as possible. @shopclues.com, please look into the matter and fix the issues, they are from your end. I am yet not assured in any sense as to how and when i will be receiving my order. Thanks to this portal, I have something to place my complaints at.
