On the shopclues.com website i ordered a book on 28th June, and as per the website I should've received it latest by 3rd July. But when i tracked my order back on the website, it was showing that my product had already been delivered. Also, when i further tried to register the complain for the same, sorry to say website is so poorly made, i was unable to submit that request even after selecting the right options (from some drop down options)...

I had ordered a product from shopclues.com on 29th June and paid for it online. It was supposed to be delivered by 5th July but I got a text on 3rd July saying the product is delivered. I didn’t receive anything. I contacted their customer support thrice yet didn’t receive any response....

You are take loots of time to gave my refund every your company transfer my issue with billing department. It's 4 time you are share my issue every time can't solve my issue.

In 2 month you are doing that only when you gave my refund amount. I think (30jun ) my money has been refund but no it take 9 july why you take that much time.

I have a product on ShopClues which is shipped through Blue dart. The product is not delivered to me but it is showing delivered. And there is no proper response from the ShopClues....

I've received a duplicate order with ID[protected] for that I've paid to the delivery partner amount of Rs. 761. He has delivered a wrong item for that had returned. I didn't
got refund. The delivery partner picked up the order next day. Till date i haven't received my refund of the product. I need resolution as soon as possible.

First of all i am return the products because it has been damaged and not cooling. I am remove it plastic the name show (llyond ) it has been remove with plastic wrap.

And it box were totally damaged how can it take it back I want new iteam or refund.

I ordered an item from shopclues and during payment I paid from upi. My payment was successful in upi application but when i went to the shopclues app the order was converted for cash on delivery. They are not even showing that my money will be refunded. It shows that only Rs1 has been refunded to cluebucks. MY MONEY HAS GONE.I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. We were suspended from this selling on this website and they demanded 20, 000 to reinstate us, which we paid.
they reinstated us 15 days later and for the last 1 month, have not released our dues .we are totally helpless as all payments are stuck and we are not in a position to restart production till previous debtors are cleared.
opened a ticket on their website and it has largely been unanswered.the customer care department...
