      I ordered 1 pendrive worth rs 2678rs with order ID[protected] but I got totally missing item I raised so many time return request but not responding good they says product delievered but I got only thermocol my money is hard earned plz note down my complaint and give my money as soon as possible

        I received a call telling that I had won tata safari with of 13.8000 or cash prize and they told me to send my adhaar, photo, bank statement and I searched it website and confirm that it was fraud and block them. And I tell them that I dont want offer immediately they hang up. And I want shopclues to be aware and avoid their reputation being damaged. And the normal people to cautious.. E

                    Regarding ny order id[protected] from shopclues i havent recieved my refund yet in my bank even after the deadline from shopclues that was 17/7/2021. I contacted them multiple times but they havent provided me a resolution for the same. They transfered the refund as cluebucks and i transfered the cluebucks to my original bank account but havent got it in my bank yet. They are not even providing me a reference number for the refund to check with bank. Toomuch disappointed with shopclues service.

                    As per the shopcluea they have told me that my refund will be credited in my bank account by 17/7/2021 but till now i havent got it credited in my bank accoount i contacted thwm multiple times but till now they havent provided me a resolution. They didnt even given me a refund reference number to check with my bank. Iam totally disappointed with shopclues service. Till now the refund has not been reflected in my bank through which i made my payment.

                          On the shopclues.com website i ordered a book on 28th June, and as per the website I should've received it latest by 3rd July. But when i tracked my order back on the website, it was showing that my product had already been delivered. Also, when i further tried to register the complain for the same, sorry to say website is so poorly made, i was unable to submit that request even after selecting the right options (from some drop down options) as per my complaint. I searched on google for their customer helpline number, at the other end had to deal with the non sensical bot operated customer care service, nothing but a disappointment. I got absolutely no reassurance there as well, as to when my product will be delivered, will it be delivered or not, no sms no other details whatsoever. PLEASE NOTE NO REASSURANCE AT ALL. If you can't deliver a product properly, why are you showing options for it in the first place? I just can't believe this fraud at such levels, I didn't even find a single mail id for customer service. This type of service really hits bad a customer's trust in online services. Still, I believe somewhere this situation shall be dealt with; I am looking forward to a satisfactory response.

                          I got a text message saying that my order has been delivered, but I still haven't actually received it yet. I have never been more frustrated in my life with any other online shopping platform. I am really tired, have been waiting for my order for 15 days now. Such carelessness regarding customer care should be seriously looked into as soon as possible. @shopclues.com, please look into the matter and fix the issues, they are from your end. I am yet not assured in any sense as to how and when i will be receiving my order. Thanks to this portal, I have something to place my complaints at.

                                You are take loots of time to gave my refund every your company transfer my issue with billing department. It's 4 time you are share my issue every time can't solve my issue.

                                In 2 month you are doing that only when you gave my refund amount. I think (30jun ) my money has been refund but no it take 9 july why you take that much time.

                                In two month one time also my issue gave to billing department and say my refund amount reflect with in 10 day in my account but "no”

                                      I've received a duplicate order with ID[protected] for that I've paid to the delivery partner amount of Rs. 761. He has delivered a wrong item for that had returned. I didn't
                                      got refund. The delivery partner picked up the order next day. Till date i haven't received my refund of the product. I need resolution as soon as possible.

                                      After complaining issue, they are saying that they have refunded for the order. How can refund be issued on 14th if I've ordered it on 15th June with order id[protected]? I've earlier told the issue that the fake product was recieved with order ID[protected] for that I've paid to the delivery partner amount of Rs. 761. He has delivered a wrong item for that I need to return an item and need refund. For this, I've complained earlier too. The customer executive called me next day and promised me to refund in turn of refund of the product. He have clubbed my recent order[protected] with order order id[protected]. He need to refund for id[protected] but he merged it with earlier order id[protected] which was already refunded. The main issue is with id[protected] for which I didn't got the refund of 761. The delivery partner picked up the order next day. I need resolution as soon as possible.

                                        First of all i am return the products because it has been damaged and not cooling. I am remove it plastic the name show (llyond ) it has been remove with plastic wrap.

                                        And it box were totally damaged how can it take it back I want new iteam or refund.

                                        Same products I can't can't can't take it only gave me new products with beautiful box NO damaged anything or gave my (REFUND) I am buy new products
