When my order delivery in my places

I want ask you to give my solution i want order 2 time for bed sheet but order not delivered and the status is delivered

I want money in only my bank account other wise i compliant in police station and shopclues is fraud company

all time shopclues tell order delivered but order is not delivered to my home and also my money is not refund to my account so i requested you please give my money in my bank account other wise i case you in shopclues

Size was too small. Till today no.Refund is made.

I ordered 1 pendrive worth rs 2678rs with order ID[protected] but I got totally missing item I raised so many time return request but not responding good they says product delievered but I got only thermocol my money is hard earned plz note down my complaint and give my money as soon as possible
Firstly my return request is approved but then they rejected plz help me

I received a call telling that I had won tata safari with of 13.8000 or cash prize and they told me to send my adhaar, photo, bank statement and I searched it website and confirm that it was fraud and block them. And I tell them that I dont want offer immediately they hang up. And I want shopclues to be aware and avoid their reputation being damaged. And the normal people to cautious.. E

Shopclues is paying seller less than 50% of the totasl amount.even after we opened a ticket, no response

I have receive a call shop clues lucky draw. he said you are in K10 car or price of Rs 4.60 lac. choose your price if you want a car or cash. i have choose a case. he said to transfer a money in his own account. i have transfer appx. 58 k amount. so what can i do for refund my money

Hii I have been received amessage I won a swift dzire 2prize on 10anniversary contest
And he calling and asking my bank adhaar pan details so could please respond it is true or fraud

I had ordered four plants out of which only one survived as rest were in bad shape at the time of delivery itself. i had received call from your feed back department, however, when i started giving the feed back, the phone call was disconnected as i had a negative feedback.

I paid Rupees 380 and i asked for a refund but havent received any response yet. The site is not at all trustworthy at all. Providing fake links which doesnt work. I need my refund

I have submit my return order to delivery boy on 05- 06-21 but not received my refund money. how many days you required for refund????

This is very bad customer service you're providing. it's not easy to earn 800 RS
It's my 2 days Salary I will be lost I have to work for 18 hrs for this money. I was saving my money to purchase thi bag. You have provided my wrong product. This is very Bad experience for me.

Please refund my money as soon as possible.

This person told my friend that she won a suv car and then started telling pay 7000, as she said this is all fake she was been abused and they talked very dirty talks on her. This man does not know to respect girl. I request you to take a legal action as he have abused other girls as well. His contact num is [protected]

On the shopclues.com website i ordered a book on 28th June, and as per the website I should've received it latest by 3rd July. But when i tracked my order back on the website, it was showing that my product had already been delivered. Also, when i further tried to register the complain for the same, sorry to say website is so poorly made, i was unable to submit that request even after selecting the right options (from some drop down options) as per my complaint. I searched on google for their customer helpline number, at the other end had to deal with the non sensical bot operated customer care service, nothing but a disappointment. I got absolutely no reassurance there as well, as to when my product will be delivered, will it be delivered or not, no sms no other details whatsoever. PLEASE NOTE NO REASSURANCE AT ALL. If you can't deliver a product properly, why are you showing options for it in the first place? I just can't believe this fraud at such levels, I didn't even find a single mail id for customer service. This type of service really hits bad a customer's trust in online services. Still, I believe somewhere this situation shall be dealt with; I am looking forward to a satisfactory response.

I had ordered a product from shopclues.com on 29th June and paid for it online. It was supposed to be delivered by 5th July but I got a text on 3rd July saying the product is delivered. I didn’t receive anything. I contacted their customer support thrice yet didn’t receive any response.

You are take loots of time to gave my refund every your company transfer my issue with billing department. It's 4 time you are share my issue every time can't solve my issue.

In 2 month you are doing that only when you gave my refund amount. I think (30jun ) my money has been refund but no it take 9 july why you take that much time.

In two month one time also my issue gave to billing department and say my refund amount reflect with in 10 day in my account but "no”
money come.

I want my money back with in week. Ok i think your company service too poor plz fix it better and refund amount

A person from ShopClues called and said that I have won 2nd prize in lucky draw of 6lakhs and asked to send the aadhar card, pan card and bank account details through whatsapp.

I have a product on ShopClues which is shipped through Blue dart. The product is not delivered to me but it is showing delivered. And there is no proper response from the ShopClues.

I've received a duplicate order with ID[protected] for that I've paid to the delivery partner amount of Rs. 761. He has delivered a wrong item for that had returned. I didn't
got refund. The delivery partner picked up the order next day. Till date i haven't received my refund of the product. I need resolution as soon as possible.

After complaining issue, they are saying that they have refunded for the order. How can refund be issued on 14th if I've ordered it on 15th June with order id[protected]? I've earlier told the issue that the fake product was recieved with order ID[protected] for that I've paid to the delivery partner amount of Rs. 761. He has delivered a wrong item for that I need to return an item and need refund. For this, I've complained earlier too. The customer executive called me next day and promised me to refund in turn of refund of the product. He have clubbed my recent order[protected] with order order id[protected]. He need to refund for id[protected] but he merged it with earlier order id[protected] which was already refunded. The main issue is with id[protected] for which I didn't got the refund of 761. The delivery partner picked up the order next day. I need resolution as soon as possible.
