I Received a call from ShopClues contest.in that call they mentioned that I won the 1 prize of Tata Safari car(₹1352000).they offer me two options receiving a cash or car.they said I need to pay the amount ₹13520.i know it's scam call.please take action on this complaint.

I have photo proof and audio proof(in tamil)

We got a call on September 07 that we got 15 lakhs and MAHANDIRA xuv 500 and this name Ashok Kumar das he took 10lakhs and another person call name Jag Mohan singh and m.vanitha and they said we will refund your money back and they took 30lakhs and another person call and he said same name Munnu Agarwal and he took 10lakhs till now we didn't got our money back

It seems many people has been cheated similar message and till now not sure what type of action taken from shopclues

I don't know how he got my mobile number. He called and said I won lucky draw I need to pay money for registration..Recieved call from M: [protected].. Whatsapp message also recieved from mobile number [protected]...Pleas take the immediate action. Attached the screenshots of messages sent by fake person.

Shopclues person talked with me and told about the lucky draw and says that i won a mahindra kuv500 i don't believe in this so please let me know is there anything like this in shopclues because there are most of frauds.. And i also don't believe like such lottery's so if is there any type of lottery in shopclues some brosher or some pemplat like should come on my email or any cell so that i can understand. Otherwise i just want to ask that is there any such lottery's in shopclues or it is a fraud.

We got a call from shopclues company manger Ashok Kumar das he took 2lakhs from us mr ashoke Kumar das A/c [protected](SBI)IFSC CODE SBIN0001276 AND AFTER TWO DAYS AGAIN ANOTHER PERSON CALLED AND HE SAID WE WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY HIS NAME Jag Mohan singh job title customer service and m.vanitha job title senior executive and they took 28lakhs there a/c number (SBI) [protected] IFSCCODE:SBIN0000300 ACCOUNT HOLDER Abdul sahib shaikh and after he switched off his phone and another per son called from shopclues head office name Munna Agarwal job title charted accountant from Mumbai and he took 10lakhs from us account details shopclues company Head office a/c[protected] IFSCCODE SBIN0004380 PLEASE RE FUND OUR AMOUNT

Fraud call received saying that I won the 4 wheeler shop clues lucky draw today in the below number, but I do not trust. please take action against the fraudsters

I have complained many times but still they are not responding. When i have seen online it is showing in their record the product has been delivered on 18th September with Order ID[protected] for TATA SKY HD CONNECTION WITHOUT OUT DOOR UNIT (Box, Remote, Power Adatper, HDMi Cable) + FREE INSTALLATION DELIVERY whereas i have not received any product. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue please

I ordered trackpaint online through shopclues shopping. The first order was placed on 30June 2021 and the second order was placed on 14 September 2021. Order placed, estimated delivery time also given. But after 4 days the mail and message comes. Your parcel will not be delivered. Your paid price will be refunded. Customers are being misled by ShopClues online shopping. We placed the order and the payment was made. Why is the parcel not being sent after the order? If you don't want to send the parcel, don't confirm the order. I had to gift a trackpaint to friend. But to maintain the confidence of ShopClues online shopping. I placed order. But ShopClues has troubled me.

I'm really fed up with a online shopping website named ShopClues. Actually I placed an order on 18th September 2021 which is delivered today 24th September 2021 (Friday) but need to mention that the wrong cum damaged product delivered to me which is different in Color means I ordered white color but received in black colorand it is not working properly. It's left earpiece is also not working. I want that my issue should be resolved soon.

On sep 7 th the product was requested for return on sep 8th the product was picked up by 2 agents after 1 hr an other person comes along claiming that he was the actual pickup agent the mistake made by me was that i did not collect the recipt .the first person who came did have the product image name my name and even the amount since it was a high value product we confirmed with the imaje shown and were convinced .it was later we came to know thet we have been scamed .repeated complants made have been on deaf ears .the company lacks proffesionals and good delivery agents as its seems a scam being orcastrated by the delivery company keeping the entities in loop as they kew all my information before hand . havee attached the screen ahot of the product with order and return id i request u to kindly help me with this as i am sttudent and getting suicidal thoughts due to the issue

Shopclues have sent a lucky draw contest and cheat me

Dear sir,

i am a register seller on this portal my store mid is 607720. In june, 2021 I had received a call from their manager Sabeeka Zaidi. she had offered me JDD (Jaw Dropping Deal) scheme. She told me that under this scheme there is no RTO & RMA Charges and this scheme is also free of cost. i started to sell my products under this scheme. approx. 1 month i didn't receive payment and when they disbursed then they had charged RTO, RMA & Slot charges for this scheme. i was totally shocked and disturbed with this type of deduction. when i called her and asked about this she had no answer even she didn't pick my phone later. Her seniors also don't reply even their one email i.d. [protected]@shopclues.com is useless. nobody is there who can answer me.Many times i have mailed on this mail i.d. [protected]@shopclues.com but all in vain. nobody is giving me official's contact no.

these people are only playing with customers and merchants money.
I am helpless and cheated by this company. i request you people kindly help me regarding this matter.

I got false whatsapp lottery message from shopclues name i purchase recently some product from shopclues they sold my privacy details to fraudsters please take action for this kind of fraud messages

Had a call from this number [protected] . Caller knew my name and postcode - told me I had won first prize either car MAHINDRA XUV or cash amount Rs 1480000/-.
Wanted ‘a small amount for Registration charge and bank account details to transfer the prize amount’
I told him to send SMS and he suggested WhatsApp- he messaged same info with WhatsApp no. [protected]/-, Helpline no. shopclusluckydraw.co.in

I had ordered this product which was cancelled by shopclues saying the cause was some delay from the seller. I was said the money would be refunded to my bank account from which the pyment was made by expected date 21st August 2021. Today it is, 12th September 2021 bt I haven't yet received any money from shopclues.
