    I got a call from shopclue Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, that i am the winner of lucky draw and i win an XUV 500 car and i have to pay the registration fee ₹6500, tgen they asked whether i want the car or prize money ₹14, 80, 000.then if i need money as prize, i have to pay 18, 200.i paid ₹6500 as registration fees through google pay. They told after 5 minutes i will receive the prize money in my account. But they didn't do it, they again asked to pay ₹18, 200, then after one day, i got a call from one Mr. Pankaj Singh badauria and he told that he is the vice chairman of shopclue.And Mr Sanjeev Kumar doesnt work in his company, that he is a fraud. Then he told that i have the prize, original price is tata safari car and he asked me to pay ₹12, 500 as GST.then i told i don't have that much money, he told to pay 6500 and he would credit ₹14, 80, 000.But he didn't credited it or refund my money. I losted my ₹13, 000 and iam cheated.

                Dear ShopClues,
                Hi all, iam PARTHIBAN T, I Purchased few products from SHOPCLUES on 2020(july---October) through online and by November i got a call from priyanka that i have won prize 12, 80, 000 from SHOPCLUES. Also she mentioned my Home address and products that i purchased with bill amount. Further to release the prize money she asked me to pay tds, gst, commission. After paying
                (SURAJ-12800-TDS, PRACHI ARORA-38600, SUMIT-85000, SUMAN KUMARI-20000) additionally she asked me to pay 1, 45, 000 to as their Manager by name Karthikeyan will clear/ release my shopclues prize money which i can't afford. Priyanka also add karthikeyan(Manager) in a conference call and manager asked me to transfer 1, 45, 000 to him and my prize money is with them @ Indian Overseas bank . I was asked to 1, 45, 000 to get release the Shop clues prize amount. i dont want prize money from shopclues.kindly return my money rs.1, 50, 000 which i have transferred to these people to clear / release my Shopclues prize .
                All these payments was done by me as instructed by (Priyanka-shopclues- [protected] / [protected]) . Kindly return all my money immediately which i have transferred so far to release my prize money. I DONT WANT PRIZE MONEY PLEASE. I have all bank details to whom I transferred the money, if you want I will share in next mail. Please take action immediately

                      I would like to inform you after registration and purchase items by your app. All my personal data like contact number, address and what I was purchased last items by your app all things know unknown person. He fake call me for reward. Your security is really very poor. According to personal security this is not good for customer. This is really very big mistake by your company.How leak all my personal data. If you can't provide safety on app. Then why we download the app and purchase any items on your app.

                          I ordered 2 sarees through ShopClues. Com. Order I'd:[protected]. And total amount I paid 2518/- rupees.

                          I received 1 product that is 1 kurti. That means I received wrong product.

                          So, once my mother received this product. I got to know that is kurti. So I asked my mother to check the details once again that the delivered product is ours or not!! My mother checked and said everything is correct my name and address. But the product is 1 kurti that she received. But we ordered 2 sarees.

                          Then I raise for return, and I applied for return. I received it on 18 March 2021. And since last 2 days ( today is 20 march 2021) my return request is rejected by ShopClues. I do not know why.. ShopClues is saying they delivered packet that is their responsibility. And what is inside the packet that investigation is not there responsibility. That is customers fault why they ordered through a fraud site ShopClues..

                          That is why I am requesting please look into this matter, investigate proper and please help me for refund.

                            I order one product from ShopClues.com on 10 March 2021 whose payment is fully done through online mode.
                            On 14 March, I received a message from the website that my product has been delivered to me, while no one in my house or neighbor doesn't receive that product.

                            On Contacting ShopClues they provide me with product receiving details with the sign which was attached below:

                            The delivery person doesn't call me before handing over my product to anyone.
                            The delivery person doesn't ask the name of the receiver.
                            The receiver doesn't sign on receiving a note, just look at it.

                                        I have received a speed post about the lucky draw.. as they mentioned it was the 10th anniversary of shopclues.. on this occasion they have randomly selected few customers.. They asked us to redeem by scratching the coupon.
