I had ordered a saree through shopclues and the payment was done online..on checking status...it's written that the product was already delivered. But haven't received it yet. Please help me to find a solution for it!
I am enclosing with pictures for your kind perusal.

    Address: Anjanadri residency, radha nagar road 3, Suncity hyderabad 500086, Telangana

    I ordered 2 product together that is westchic black and green pajama, out of which they send me a wrong product, that is a black t shirt which I haven’t ordered and they haven’t send my black pajama. I returned all the product but now shopclues is not accepting the t shirt and not returning my money as well.
    The refund has been processed for only one product. And not for both the product which I ordered.

    And the refund is taking very long to het credit to my bank account.

    There is no option to speak to their customer support as well.

    This company is fraud and also the product they sent is completely different from what I have ordered.

    A complete false of the quality as well
    Please help me in getting back my money

        Recieved a letter by mail. The letter claimed to be from shopclues informing me that I have won a prize of amount 1 lakh and would have to call the supposed "helpline." A alpha numeric code is at the top of the letter. Pretty sure this is a scam. Request the company to look into the matter to prevent potential frauds.

          I am not using my shopclues account but received OTP request yesterday so thought to delete my account. There is no option after login to delete/deactivate the account. Sent an e-mail to customer support to delete my account, received below auto-reply.

          "Dear Customer,
          This is a Resource mailbox & complaints are not registered through this Email ID.
          For faster resolution, please login to your Shopclues account & raise a ticket based on your query"

          This is not acceptable.

            Bought a smartphone Moto e7 plus (new) from their website on 1st Feb, 21 and got it delivered on 4th Feb, 21. The box had marks and scratches on it, and 1 of the seal was already broken. The phone itself also has marks and spots on the backside and near the charging port as well. Raised a return request within 2 hours of delivery, and merchant rejected my return request. This is really absurd, I paid for a new device, not a used one. This phone is of no use to me. please initiate a return and take it back. This was my first purchase from ShopClues and I had a really unpleasant experience.

              Bought a smartphone Moto e7 plus (new) from their website on 1st Feb, 2021 but the product that I received on 4th Feb, 2021 had marks and scratches on it. Box was repacked and had 1 seal broken out of 3. Raised a return request within 2 hours of delivery but merchant rejected my return request. This phone is useless for me.               There are many small marks on the backside and even near the charging port as well that are hard to capture from phone. I request this to be investigated.

                I ordered a windows 10 for 350Rs, I received it no problem.
                But a month after that I got a call from someone saying I won a car from shopclues.com for that order, I know that's a fake. so I ignored.

                Now I got a letter from the same ###, with my address that I gave for the Shopclues.com order. He claimed that I won a swift car + 1, 20, 000Rs.

                I know it's a 100% fake, but I'm pissed that how my phone number and the address (the address i only used in Shopclues.com) to be leaked to these frauds.

                what kind of security you run, how does he know I made the purchase for 350 at the correct date.

                Is this is security measure you take to protect CUSTOMER data? I want to know how these data got leaked.

                Never going to order anything from you and I will also advise people never to share any info with Shopclues.com since they don't take user data security seriously.

                If somebody know hot to lodge a proper law complaint for the www.onlineshoppingcontestpvtltd.com who claimed that I won also one for Shopclues.com for data leaking and mishandling user data.

                What kind of Engineers Shopclues.com has, a third rated scammer could steal the data so easily.

                I'm seriously lodging complaint's unless a proper explanation about how the data got leaked is provided.

                Please do not mark it resolved until an explanation is done otherwise I will be taking it to the next level

                            This is to complaint about the scam calls and letter i have been receiving in the name of shopclues.com.

                            I once placed an order on shopclues.com, and since then I received 1 call that you won a car/ prize money and asked me to first deposit money then your prize will be given to you.

                            I ignored it in first time, now I again received a letter that you won 1lkh plz share the prize code and details.

                            My point is, even is someone is scamming or doing fraud in name of company, then why our details or personal details phone number, house address the scammers know?? why our info is not safe with shopclues?? why their cyber security is so week and fragile that i accessible to everyone and anyone. This means my account details are also very easily accessible to the hacker or scammers.

                                Team ShopClues, I placed an order on ShopClues a few weeks back. And today I got the call from a person claiming to be ShopClues manager calling from head office and that I have won XUV 500 or cash of 15 Lakhs or something. Asking my ID, photos, etc.

                                It this so strange to know that He has all my ShopClues Order Details, with my phone, address, amount of product, etc and that's how he is trying to validate himself. I am suspecting that its a scam even they have shared all the shopclues ID card, adhar, and pan card of that person. His unprofessional communication made me skeptical. However, I am so surprised to know my personal data has been leacked and its in the wrong hands!

                                This is the direct data security challenge to consumers and it's not expected from brands like ShopClues. Please take note of this request as there is a question on data breaching and unethical practices, losing trust, or brand loyalty.
