But a month after that I got a call from someone saying I won a car from shopclues.com for that order, I know that's a fake. so I ignored.

Now I got a letter from the same ###, with my address that I gave for the Shopclues.com order. He claimed that I won a swift car + 1, 20, 000Rs.

My refund has been processed on 27/01/21 and reference number 1770b46b0647142T90b982c8 has been allotted but we have not received any refund....

I need natural justice. Otherwise I will take it before police....

I just received a pot without plant. I need my money back.

When I return my defective parcel.The Delivery agent not coming to accept my defective parcel...He called my 12 km far that we r not able to come there in your location, So u come here...Such a wrong thing....

This is to complaint about the scam calls and letter i have been receiving in the name of shopclues.com.

I once placed an order on shopclues.com, and since then I received 1 call that you won a car/ prize money and asked me to first deposit money then your prize will be given to you.

I ignored it in first time, now I again received a letter that you won 1lkh plz share the prize code and details.br...

I have received damage/old fake product
my received product is not genuine
I want to replacement my 4 products with the genuine product immediately replace it now...

Team ShopClues, I placed an order on ShopClues a few weeks back. And today I got the call from a person claiming to be ShopClues manager calling from head office and that I have won XUV 500 or cash of 15 Lakhs or something. Asking my ID, photos, etc.

It this so strange to know that He has all my ShopClues Order Details, with my phone, address, amount of product, etc and that's how he is trying to validate himself. I am suspecting...

I have raised a return and it was approved with in 1 hr it was cancelled I don't know it was in open state now is was unable to place return the product what should I do...

It is seems to be fraud activity. I have ordered two book cost of 403, paid at the time of placing order. But, without any update of SMS/call they are trying to show that they delivered the item. I am requested to take necessary actions for these kind of fake services

I order a dress top and pant on cod but when it delivered I found it was differed with poor quality then I processed return refund but till now no action is taken by Shopclues, I tried to contact there customer care but they don't have system they only have computerized voice which has very insufficient information. I got a post from shopclues in that I have received a gift card. In that gift card I had a scratch option and I scratched it . It showed you won 15 lakh rupees and I call to customer care which is given in that post. They said you won 15 lakh. Now I asked how to redeem those. They said first you have to pay 15000 for taxes to deposit that money. All these were conversations are happen through phone calls and WhatsApp messages that number...
