22 February 2021 Shoplcues pvt ltd deducted 565 rupees from my account ___
I tried to order a mobile from shopclues and My [protected] mobile nmbr and [protected]@gmail.com is registered on ShopClues__My number is not registered with the bank__so I paid from another paytm upi number

[protected]@paytm

Due to which my payment was not successful ___ and my Rs 565 was transferred to ShopClues. Private Limited__

After that neither the mobile order nor the money was returned

    I was order android cable but i received wrong products.. which is apple cable ... nobody solve my issue ... and they send me a mail that we investigate your complaint and we found your got se
    al pack and quality check product... but i got wrong product so i was contacted with merchant and they said no body will call me from ShopClues and i am not receiving any mail .. they told me i am ready for replacement after ShopClues approval.. that means .. ShopClues making us fools.. they have disgusting service...

      ShopClues.com 9th anniversary lucky draw scam

      Incident Date: 25/02/2021
      Scam people contact Number: [protected], [protected]

      Few days back my friend bought power Bank in shopclues.com, Today he got a message in whats app claiming he won Tata Safari car on 9 th anniversary luck draw which is values more than 13 lacks and if he pays 1 % of the total value towards TDS ie 13k Appox they can proceed the Registration. These Scam ### are not new, We can ignore them or report...

                    I had ordered iPhone X 3GB and 64GB priced at Rs.29, 449/- + Rs. 49 shipping charges and I got Rs.1650 discount on it. I paid Rs. 27, 848/- for the order.
                    Seller marked product quality as excellent but I received the defective product as there was a problem in display, backglass and battery, battery was depleting in 2 hrs. only and backglass has many scratches and white dots as shown in images, also one speaker was not working so I returned the product to them. The return was approved by them and pickup was completed on[protected].
                    They are now showing on site as return is completed and refund status reject - customer confirmation and they are not giving the refund money. They are also not replying to my mails.
                    They have also picked up the order and now they are also rejecting the refund. As the refund amount is very so high and I returned the roduct kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                      Hi Team,

                      Since yesterday I'm receiving a calls from Mr. Sanjay and he have shared me his Employee ID, Aadhar card copy, DL. And he wants me to pay 7, 400/- and they will deliver the car worth 14 lakhs within 48hours, they forced me to make the payment while I was on call, and I have made for 1, 000/-

                      I received one contact number in Shopclues lucky draw contest where that person wants me to transfer 6, 500/- so that he can transfer the amount to my account.

                      I've been trying to reach the customer care but the announcement is only about the products and there is no option to speak with customer care, if that's the case we can track through website only na.

                      Kindly help me out with this.

                              I ordered a Portronics product(Order Number:[protected] via Shopclues. But firstly they delivered a wrong product with late delivered and when I applied for return(product in 10 days return policy) they denied. After so many requests they accepted and accept the return. Same day the product returned (delivered) to the merchant. And now its 15 days around but I did not get the refund in account. So I again raised some requests but every time they showed processed or processing your request. Finally they gave me a date 08/01/2021 for refund but today is 10/01/2021 and I didn't get refund yet.

                                    I ordered 2 product together that is westchic black and green pajama, out of which they send me a wrong product, that is a black t shirt which I haven’t ordered and they haven’t send my black pajama. I returned all the product but now shopclues is not accepting the t shirt and not returning my money as well.
                                    The refund has been processed for only one product. And not for both the product which I ordered.

                                    And the refund is taking very long to het credit to my bank account.

                                    There is no option to speak to their customer support as well.

                                    This company is fraud and also the product they sent is completely different from what I have ordered.

                                    A complete false of the quality as well
