I have received a speed post about the lucky draw.. as they mentioned it was the 10th anniversary of shopclues.. on this occasion they have randomly selected few customers.. They asked us to redeem by scratching the coupon.
I want to file a complaint against this fraud notices.

On February 22, on the ShopClues shopping site, I was looking for mobile __, but accidentally transferred Rs 565 from Paytm to ShopClues ___ Please send me my money back refund

I have ordered a nokia phone with order id[protected] from shopclues. The product which i received was not the same as was ordered. Also, the delivered product was of poor quality. I requested for refund for the same to shopclues. They initiated a return for the same. I handed over the product to their agent on 22nd feb as per their instruction. The agent did not gave any receipt for the same. I took a snap of number plate of motorcycle of the agent for record. Later i got the message that return failed due to quality check issue. Now they have closed the return request and refund too.

I want my money back. Also, i want acknowledgement from shopclues that i have handed over the product to them.

I tried to order a mobile from shopclues and My [protected] mobile nmbr and [protected]@gmail.com is registered on ShopClues__My number is not registered with the bank__so I paid from another paytm upi number

Due to which my payment was not successful ___ and my Rs 565 was transferred to ShopClues. Private Limited__

After that neither the mobile order nor the money was returned

I was order android cable but i received wrong products.. which is apple cable ... nobody solve my issue ... and they send me a mail that we investigate your complaint and we found your got se
al pack and quality check product... but i got wrong product so i was contacted with merchant and they said no body will call me from ShopClues and i am not receiving any mail .. they told me i am ready for replacement after ShopClues approval.. that means .. ShopClues making us fools.. they have disgusting service...

Few days back my friend bought power Bank in shopclues.com, Today he got a message in whats app claiming he won Tata Safari car on 9 th anniversary luck draw which is values more than 13 lacks and if he pays 1 % of the total value towards TDS ie 13k Appox they can proceed the Registration. These Scam ### are not new, We can ignore them or report them. But I am concerned how ShopClues are running their business. Scammer got My Friends
Name, Number, Address, Region, Previous purchase product, Previous purchase transaction value etc. Which are highly sensitive data in nature. How come scammer got hands in to that, I doubt May be Shop clues is running this scam business. When i search about this scam there are various people complained this from May 2020 still there is no necessary steps to taken to prevent this from shopclues end. People need to think before buying anything from shopclues and becoming the prawn to the scammers.

On 22 February 2021, I tried to order a gfive keypad mobile for which I transferred Rs.565 to ShopClues Network Private Limited from Paytm UPI [protected]@paytm ___But my product was neither ordered nor refunded.

I received a post today from ShopClues saying that I was one of the winner in their lucky draw contest
I also received a scratch card .
Is this real or fake?

I had received a call from ShopClues team about a lucky draw contest on the eve of 10 th anniversary.she told that I had won a Hyundai creta car worth 9, 50, 000INR.And she told me to credit 1 percent of gift amount i.e.9500 to their account named ShopClues pvt.ltd .a/c no. [protected] IFSC.SBIN000132. I received a call from [protected].I want to know this is real or fake🤥.if it's fake, request you to take necessary action

I need to delete my Shopclues account and my information from their database. But there seems to be no way to do this.

I order a dress and its delivered in 15 January now its really disappointed that when i contact or complaint any thing shopclues doesnt call me back or send me any message i want my money back i was complainting too much please return my product and give my money, ur complaint number not connected so its really bad to contact you.

I had ordered iPhone X 3GB and 64GB priced at Rs.29, 449/- + Rs. 49 shipping charges and I got Rs.1650 discount on it. I paid Rs. 27, 848/- for the order.
Seller marked product quality as excellent but I received the defective product as there was a problem in display, backglass and battery, battery was depleting in 2 hrs. only and backglass has many scratches and white dots as shown in images, also one speaker was not working so I returned the product to them. The return was approved by them and pickup was completed on[protected].
They are now showing on site as return is completed and refund status reject - customer confirmation and they are not giving the refund money. They are also not replying to my mails.
They have also picked up the order and now they are also rejecting the refund. As the refund amount is very so high and I returned the roduct kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Since yesterday I'm receiving a calls from Mr. Sanjay and he have shared me his Employee ID, Aadhar card copy, DL. And he wants me to pay 7, 400/- and they will deliver the car worth 14 lakhs within 48hours, they forced me to make the payment while I was on call, and I have made for 1, 000/-

I received one contact number in Shopclues lucky draw contest where that person wants me to transfer 6, 500/- so that he can transfer the amount to my account.

I've been trying to reach the customer care but the announcement is only about the products and there is no option to speak with customer care, if that's the case we can track through website only na.

Kindly help me out with this.

I wanted to delete my shopclues account as its a very useless unethical ecom site, but to my surprise they have-not helped me to delete my account. while in their website they haven't giving me option a delete my account. very poor service quality.

My product has not delivered at our place

I ordered a Portronics product(Order Number:[protected] via Shopclues. But firstly they delivered a wrong product with late delivered and when I applied for return(product in 10 days return policy) they denied. After so many requests they accepted and accept the return. Same day the product returned (delivered) to the merchant. And now its 15 days around but I did not get the refund in account. So I again raised some requests but every time they showed processed or processing your request. Finally they gave me a date 08/01/2021 for refund but today is 10/01/2021 and I didn't get refund yet.

I have call from ur shopclues agent dayashankar mishra he was telling that u are the winner of our lucky draw and etc ...so i want to confirm is these true or fraud
