I had a call from a person from ShopClues says about that "I had won the lucky draw 2nd prize of car and rather than car they will pay money of 8L and said I had to deposit 10k to company account.
Plz solve this problem to this it's fake or real.

Sir i have ordered a phone on shopclues and return and refund has not comed till date 1 month has over No response is coming no one is answering the call no response coming

My refund not received yet. ShopClues refunded money. ShopClues provide transaction I'd 1760f01cf3f9392T90b982c8 but refund not received. Refund amount is 160rs.

I have received a message and a call saying that i have won a mahindra suv and the site says to pay 6500/- to claim my prize. I want to know whether this is genuine prize from your company or fake
kindly response to the complain

I got sms from someone about ShopClues. U can see as in attachment. Please don’t send such fraud calls.

The company defaults the parcel, retuning it for this reason, but the company is not retiring it, retuning the parcel and returning the money

I got a letter.in that is was written like that i had won scratch card coupon and one lakh prize money on ocassion of celebrating shopclues anniversary in which they selceted me in random lucky draw contest.
They were knowing my phone number
But no messeges came to my phone number
I checked in my shopeclues app also i didnt get any notification regarding to this
So i want to confirm this and they are asking for bank account details
Is this really from shopclues or fake
What should i do now ????

Price shows lower but when I am going to pay that time its show more than which they displayed. So I tried them from WhatsApp Messenger on their number but they are not responding. I also tried to call them on [protected] but there is no option to talk with their representative.

My phone battry is not good work. It alredy discharge

As a result My CB clubucks showing zero balance how

This will result shopclues cheated me not refunding my CB balances pls put up case and fine to shopclues customer care

I suggest every customer pls don't purchase anything in shopclues site this is a fraud site...

I recieved a letter from shopclues, telling that you have won 1 lakh with a scratch card, scratch card was containing 10lakhs in it, they had a code in that too send for some # helpline number, after i send that called me and they told we will transfer your money but you need to pay 6000 before we send as service tax, service tax should automatically detect from the prize money if it was true, shopclues is cheating customers it is a big fraud company. If i get the money i'll stop it here itself, orelse the next complaint will be in cyber crime

I received a sms u won 1 st prize in lucky draw contest nd plz call our helpline no i call him nd he said u r lucky person u won a car . Y do u do so y u send this type of msgs its totally fraud . I do complaint bcoz they have my phone no so plz erase my no from that fraud comp.thank u so much

I ordered 2 pairs of Nike slippers and I received only 1 pair of Nike slippers. I have paid for it online now I am trying to contact them with the contact number given on the bill but it is showing that the contact number does not exist. Lucky Draw pe first prize win kia he apko2500 Registered fee Denahoga

I ordered hsj inpods 12 wireless (2 products) 1401Rs cash on delivery
Order ID[protected] Delivered at 8th December, 2 products are not working so please take my products (by mistake cancelled my return request so, return option is not been shown in the Shopclues app) please consider my order and take my products

I ordered the book "Life Amazing Secrets by Gopal Das". I paid the money online. The first time I placed an order at 11/11/2020 and it shows that the order Estimated Delivery Date: Tue 17 Nov 2020. So, I waited and then I check the order status on their website, it is shown that order is already delivered but in reality, I haven't received the order. I report the issue, ask for a refund, file a complaint on their website but no response from their side. I tried to call on their customer care number, no support team picked up my call and answered the problem. I asked for a refund I didn't get the refund.

ShopClues.com is so smart that they falsely made a shop clues cashback under my name and refunded my money in that cashback. And that cashback I am not able to transfer to my account. At last, my money is stuck and my book is not delivered yet

Again I order the same order with their cashback and again they are showing that the book is delivered.

Ko return kiya tha.lakin is ka refund mujhe abhi tk nhi mila h.customer care no.pr koi call attend nhi krta.bs jb b msg karo to hr baar 2-3 days m call arrange krane ka msg bhej diya jata h.lakin abhi tk koi solutions nhi mila h.
