Is 1708399.. the shopclues boy has taken the parcel back but didnot replace my order . There is no sufficient details on how and when will my order will be full filled.. i would like to recieve my order as soon as possible.           I had ordered a WhiteBoard (2' * 1.5') from ShopClues website on 23rd July 2015. When the board got delivered to me on 28th July 2015 it was damaged. I had asked for return on 28th July through Shopclues website (Return Number: 1836363). However, it got rejected from Shopclues stating only damaged product can be returned. I call their customer care and told them that I have received a damaged product and want to return. He again raised the return request and it got rejected again stating the same reason. I again called their customer care he again raised the request and it again got rejected. Finally, I called their customer care on 30th July and asked the guy to bring his manager on line. I spoke with the manager and he said item will be returned, however I haven't received any communication from Shopclues about return.

              I ordered a white board (2' * 1.5') [order 62465741] from Shopclues website. When I received the order I found that the edge of the board was broken. I have raised return request first on their website and then by personally calling their customer care number, but they are not taking return the item. But they are not accepting the return request.

                Hi, I have ordered Wellon water purifier on 11 Jul 2015 and the order number : 60493307. Return ID: 1749175 The product took more than a week to deliver, the outer pack was good and had to take delivery. Once I open I see, the purifier body is cracked and all the parts inside are mispositioned and not in working condition. This is all happened because the packing was very poor. They just put one box and a brown paper wrapped over it to look good. No stuffing to keep the product safe. I have raised a request for return, next day I get a email for them that they don't need the product and can be disposed the refund will happen to me. But I was waiting for them to come and pick the product. After a day they send email that they will pick up the product, but they never came. After a day they are saying I need to send the product, which I am not agreeing. I need the refund then I will send the product back. Or you come and pick and give a conformation receipt. They are not responding to my emails. the product worth of 6300 and just lying down. They have decided to cheat me. the website still says they will come and pick up, but when I phone them they say send it to there address. They are not ready to send email about this. I want to fight for my money, Please help me. I don't want others to be cheated like this.

                  My return request order number is 57847113 My name is Santosh Kumar Singh, mobile [protected] I several times called Shop Clues and several times mailed them to take return of the duplicate sony powerbank which they provided whichh they didn't. I purchased this power bank when I was in bangalore and I then after getting the delivery I came to Lucknow. Several times I called and mailed customer support of shopclues to take back my order from my lucknow address but they went to my bangalore address and now this duplicate product is with me only. The main problem is that why they delivered me a duplicate product? I want to sue them.

                    Hi,
                    I purchased a battery for lg optimus from shopclues with order details :
                    order number : 60956411
                    Order Date : 13 Jul 2015, 12:22 PM
                    I received a defective product, it doesn't work at all, it shows fully charged when charger is connected, but as soon as i disconnect the charger my phone gets switched off. Although my phone is working fine with older battery so there is no issue with the handset.
                    I requested for return and refund of my money through return request: with folowing details :
                    Order Number: 60956411
                    Order date: 13 Jul 2015, 12:22 PM
                    Return: 1825567
                    Return Request Date: 27 Jul 2015, 12:33 PM
                    Action: Refund
                    Status: Return Requested
                    But no communication have been made from their side so far. I tried to contact them again and again by messaging them, even tried to raise different return requests but all in vain.

                    I am attaching order invoice as proof. Please take possible actions, this is worst experience ever!!

                      I order a samsung micro sdhc card 32gb on 21 july they said we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. I waited till 26 and i registered a complaint that the order has not neing shipped then they said that wait till 30 july. But on 28 it was showing that cancellation request by merchant. And now yesterday it was cancelled without notifying me

                        i ordered a track suit from shop clues on 4-5-2015 after confirming the order it was cancelled by the company in the name of non-availability, as i made the payment by my gift card issued by SBI, and which cannot accept deposits from outside, despite of many complaints and request i haven't received my money neither they are compensating me shop clue bucks. in the name of online shopping fraudster have open shops by selling cheap quality stuff.

                          I ordered Micromax Canvas Doodle 4 Q391 White (ORDER no.[protected] item on 2nd july 2015 and I got the "DEAD Phone" on 7th July 2015. When I ask for the return Shopclues told us to show to the Micromax Service Center. And when I took the phone to Service centre they gave us in writing that its a dead phone. Now ShopClues.com Customer Support executive telling us to talk to MICROMAX and return it to the company. Ridiculous!!! Now its almost 20 days after first Complaints and talking to some 6 or more customer support people (Rahul, Monica, Manish, Kaushal, Durgesh Anand, akansha) still they are not responding properly. Don't buy this/or any item worst customer support @ShopClues.com.

                            On 11 July 2015, I had placed an order for Samsung Galaxy A7 mobile phone on Shopclues.com - order number 60461031. I received a package on 16 Jul 2015. However, the product inside the package was an incorrect product - it was a Micromax Fire 4 mobile phone. The same day, I raised a complaint with the customer support asking for a cancellation of the order and refund my money. It has been two weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I had received e-mails stating that shopclues is working with the merchant to process the return of the incorrect product. Every time I call the customer support, they just say they will get back to me in 48 hours, but I haven't received any update yet. Then on 27 July 2015, I received an sms from shopclues that the return request for the order 60461031 has been disapproved! This unacceptable. I just need my money back!! Sithal Surendran.

                              I have ordered a windcheater in offer price of Rs. 150 on 18th july, 2015. I received the product on 28th july, 2015. THe product i received was completely different from what i have been shown at the buying page. I was shown a black windcheater with a logo o[censored]CB ( United Colours of Benetton) a branded company. The description page only says black windcheater of good quality and protects from dust. So i buyed tha product by looking at the picture. I received a local quality single layer regzine material raincoat without any logo. I complaint this to Shopclues and i said them to refund my money but they denied by saying that products bought in offer are not eligible for refund or replacement. This is a pure cheating case. Offer products cannot be changed so they send me local jacket. PLz help me in getting my money back.

                                I ordered a Samsung A7 mobile through shopclues after paying Rs23, 699 online on 11th July 2015 (Order #[protected]. However Shopclues delivered Micromax Fire phone worth Rs 6000 to me on 16th July 2015 instead of Samsung A7 mobile phone. I immediately filed a return order request and asked for refund. I uploaded pictures of wrong item delivered and mailed them the pictures as well on request. To my utter surprise till date no one has come for courier pick and my refund is not yet processed and to top it all, it says Refund request declined without giving any reasons. All these days I have been contacting Shopclues customer care (called 10 times in total) through phone, emails and online but no response from them. Even after committing a serious mistake of delivering a completely different product they are not bothered to give me my refund. How to file a case in consumer court and get my refund ASAP? Kindly help me with this request. I have a wrong product with me now and my money is with Shopclues for more than 12 days

                                    Hi, I have bought one Lenovo Laptop from Shopclues Order # 61108416 on 12th July 2015 and made the payment through my Credit Card, everything was going well and I got message on 14th July that this order shifted to any other merchant due to non availability of stock in current merchant, anyhow packet was dispatched on 17th July and till today it is showing under transit, I have called and mailed many tome to Shopclues but they can't even track the packet, this is very shameful that after 11 days of dispatch the packet they can't track the packet and I don't know when they will deliver it, also they are unable to cancel this order and not refunding my money, please help to resolve this either arrange to deliver the packet or refund my money.

                                      Sir when i buy a ddr2ram from shopclues my amount is debited my mobikwik wallet (Mobikwik transaction id[protected] date - 16 / 07 / 2015 time - 3:32:08hrs) but shopclues say that the amount is not credited to his account. So request you to pls help me for this and say either shopclues or mobikwik to refund my amount.
