I have purchased a laptop charger in shopclues.com, they had no cod, so i had to pay in card only. I recieved a damaged product which was stopped working within 4 days.
I demanded for refund, it has been 3 months, they have been giving silly reasons and postponing till now. Their customer service is worst. Guy please avoid this site as much as possible....

This complaint in regarding shopclues order no. 56007085 where a wrong product was delivered to me. The company ( shopclues.com) is refusing to refund or exchange it with the correct product. I have ordered 3 Dell mouse and got delivery yesterday.
