This is regarding the order I have placed on Shop Clues on 17th of July. I have been informed my order has been shipped or dispatched on 18th of July 2015 via blue dart courier Company.
However, I have assigned with wrong tracking id or number as a result I am not able to track my order.
Tried calling them but they were not able to resolve my complain.

I have not heard anything related to my complain. Your customer service is pathetic. This is my last order from shop clues. I will strongly recommend not to order anything from shop clues. Your customer care executives are ill literate. They don'y even spoke in Hindi properly. I asked for the supervisor, they replied either he is busy or they don't have any supervisor. or in worst scenarios they disconnected my call. In one mail you agreed you provided me wrong tracking id and in another mail you asked me to track my order on courier website. Stop running this company or stop fooling around people. My request.
