        on line shopping was done though shopclues on line shopping and payment was done. even after two months shopclues asking me to contact bank, give detials and all. bank was contacted and was informed that transaction was successful. but shopclues denied it. still it was in process. please don't buy anything from shopclues site. quality of products are very poor than that of what we are paying. road side same thing you will get at cheaper. so please don't be cheated. buy from roadside if you want to buy anything cheap rate where you can touch the quality of products. i will never ever purchase anything from this site. customer support is worst.

          I think ShopClues's CCE Staff is quite bzi now they have't reply for my support mail past 2 days, it seems they guys does't care about customer's time and money. i have ordered = 59749747 a rain suite on 05 Jul 2015, 06:49 PM and it has not been delivered past 15 days, then i have created a support ticket for status they said "" We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your concern, we have coordinated with courier partner and confirmed that the order has been delivered at your shipping address SAID Mr. Amit. After that i have received Order Delivered Confirmation on 20th July and My Product has not been delivered yet and non of reply has been received of my complaint.

              I buyed this product from shopclues.com.Firstly when i star using the product on 22nd July the product which is A portable car vaccum cleaner starts for only 1-2 min after that its stop working.I had used it after a long time because my car was on service and when it came from the service centre i had just plug in this product but it does'nt starts.

                    I ordered a max company helmet on 3rd july with order no 59349725 but i received a hero honda helmet on 12 th july which was damaged too... i asked the delivery boy about the wrong delivery and damaged product, he ask us to mail the details to the concern organisation(shop clue) so we attached the snapshot of damaged helmet, delivery cover, and the orderd product to on jul 13 and also i talked to the customer care people on jul 16 about the issue, they ask me to mail the details, , they told complaint wil be resolved within two to three workings days, ,

The carrier is Aramex and they boasted to ship the order on July 15th but I still didn't received any call up to now.                           Dear Consumer Consumer Complaint Board Team, Greetings from Sonu Agal / Amar Agal! I have placed order of curtains on www.shopclues.com (Order No.[protected] & paid money through Debit Card on 17.06.2015. On 01.07.2015 - I received mail from Shopclues that curtains delivered to me while in real fact curtains still not delivered therefore I have lodged complaints with their customer support team. On Constantly follow-up with Shopclues, I have received mail on 06.07.2015 (Correspondence attached) from their customer care that curtains lost-in transit by courier partner therefore they will refund within 7-9 days i.e. 16.07.2015 but payment still not refunded by them. I contacted many times with Shopclues Customer Care but they are not giving response now. Shopclues Forfeit my money. I request everybody to not purchase any product on shopclues. They give good offer but after getting money shopclues will not deliver goods. I called shopclues on their No.[protected] yesterday but no response received for refund. Now Shopclues again saying that Curtains delivered while I have not received & Shopclues also said on 06.07.2015 that Curtains misplaced by courier company. I want my Refund.                                 Sir/Madam I ordered I Grasp 42S73 UHD 42 inch 4K LED smart TV from Shopclues.com with order number 56081739 on 10th June 2015. It was sent through their courier service GatiSurface and was supposed to be delivered by 17th June 2015. After one week of delay, I enquired about the same and came to know that my ordered item cannot be delivered to my address. After 22 days of regular calls to Shopclues and Gatisurface, I was informed through email that the item got returned to the origin and the refund process will shortly be initiated. Till now I didn't get my refund of Rs. 34, 990/- which I had already paid at the time of placing the order. Their customer care service is pathetic. They keep on saying that within 48 hours, they will resolve the problem. My concerns: 1) If Shopclues' courier service is unable to deliver the items to certain pin codes, why the hell they keep on displaying delivery dates while placing the order? The can simply show 'non deliverable'. 2) Why they haven't refunded the money after more than one month since the ordered date and why the customer care service always make excuse of 48 hours if they don't care at all? It's my sincere request to take necessary action against them. At the same time I claim my refund of Rs. 34, 990/- from Shopclues.com Thanks in advance

                                  I ordered and received HM1100 Bluetooth headset through the order number 58820939 through shopclues.com on 7/7/2008. which is defective one and not being connected to any mobile phones. I complained about this to shopclues on 8/7/2015, they grant me to refund the money and told me to courier the product to the office and they will provide upto 300 cluesbucks to me which I don't want. I don't want the clues bucks so the customer care employee told me to provide token number within 48 hours so that I can send the product back to the company with it and don't need to pay courier charges. I waited for more than 48 hours and then inquired when will I get the token. Again they told me to wait for 48 hours. Again I waited 72 hours. Still I haven't got the token number. So can I know the status of the complaint? As it is not being resolved as I waited up to the required time. I need the solution of the problem at the earliest.

                                    i ordered euroline iron on 17th oct 2014, order no 23582349 by payments through PAYU and on 3rd November 2015 got message that due to unavailability it was transfer to another merchant and again on 18th Nov. After that no information(Email) is given to me about my order and no refund is made. On 20 Jul 2015 from inquiring shopclues i found that shopclues had wrongly claimed that they had refunded me. Please help me. I can provide details of my banking transactions on the day or days they claimed they had refunded me so that they 'll be double sure that they had not refunded me. I request shopclues to act responsibly. Please help.

                                      I have ordered Bike helmet Stylish Medium Size(58") Shopclues order Number: 59343953, but i got local make j.bhumika helment from Merchant.When put return request to replace Item.Shopclues told, there is no Pickup service available and asking to send the same to shopclues address.I had already paid my Money Rs.828/= including shipping charge. Please find return Request Number :1696697 I am not getting proper response from Customer care.Please help me. Here i had attached snap shot of received helmet photo.

                                      No response from shopclues, they delivered wrong item and asking to send back to replace.They didn't pickup wrong Item from my location.

                                      Today i have received mail from shopclues regarding return request, they were asking to provide different location pin code for reverse pickup.Shopclues contact toll free Number:[protected].On emergency purpose i was ordered this helmet, after 10 day delivered wrong item.Now they were asking to return wrong item to shopclues address from my location.They are saying reverse pickup service not available for this location.
                                      I have purchse airmax2015 but its look different with the one in the showroom...is it fake or not

                                        On 17 July, 2015 I placed an order (Order ID[protected] for Nikon Coolpix P900 on ShopClues.com as this was the only site showing this product as 'In Stock'. I paid the full amount of 25K (Rs.25, 114). On 19 July, the sent me a mail (Shipment for Order 61537875 Delayed) stating 'We are sorry that the delivery of your order 61537875 has been delayed since the product is not available with the merchant. We assure you that we're trying our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible.' If the product is not available with merchant, why did they put it up as 'In Stock' and not 'Out of Stock' or 'Available after ZZZZ date'? This site is still showing this product as 'In Stock' and continuing to fool customers. They first take the money, then say it is out of stock and in the meanwhile keep earning interest on customers' money. I mailed them back and also called customer care on same day (19-July). The lady on call said it was not available with merchant and yet it is in stock! Huh! They will try to get it from merchant in 1-2 days or get it from some other merchant. Today (20-July) they mailed me saying they will provide update in another 72 hours! So, in the meanwhile, it will be 6 days they are earning interest on my money, all by misleading me. I am sure they are scamming many customers this way and earning a lot of money as interest without providing any products. Strict action needs to be taken against this company.
