On 17 July, 2015 I placed an order (Order ID[protected] for Nikon Coolpix P900 on ShopClues.com as this was the only site showing this product as 'In Stock'. I paid the full amount of 25K (Rs.25, 114). On 19 July, the sent me a mail (Shipment for Order 61537875 Delayed) stating 'We are sorry that the delivery of your order 61537875 has been delayed since the product is not available with the merchant. We assure you that we're trying our best to fulfil your order as soon as possible.' If the product is not available with merchant, why did they put it up as 'In Stock' and not 'Out of Stock' or 'Available after ZZZZ date'? This site is still showing this product as 'In Stock' and continuing to fool customers. They first take the money, then say it is out of stock and in the meanwhile keep earning interest on customers' money. I mailed them back and also called customer care on same day (19-July). The lady on call said it was not available with merchant and yet it is in stock! Huh! They will try to get it from merchant in 1-2 days or get it from some other merchant. Today (20-July) they mailed me saying they will provide update in another 72 hours! So, in the meanwhile, it will be 6 days they are earning interest on my money, all by misleading me. I am sure they are scamming many customers this way and earning a lot of money as interest without providing any products. Strict action needs to be taken against this company.

I had placed an order for helmet in shopclues as on 1st of july 2015. It has to be delivered on 9th as per shopclues promising date but yet it is not. I was not contacted or intimated by any of the people to disclose the reason for delay neither I haven't received any updates when I give a call and ask for status. When I track the status through track number they it shows address not found. The worst online buying experience in my lifetime. Heights of consumer exploitation. They would have chased me if it is cash on delivery. Since I paid cash first, I was forced to chase. My order number is 59173413

I have called the customer support serval times and not giving proper details of product please me to get product soon. Hello Sir, I have a dustbin on shopclues.com. My order no is 55503421 and it was shipped by ecom on june 7 2015. I recd the mail by shopclues that my product was returned to origin on june 19 2015 and on june 26 I recd the mail about my refund has been initiated and on june 27 the refund was processed by the company but I have not recd the refund yet.

Bekar service hai shopclues ki..muje one month se pareshan kar rahi shopclues company. Or Custumer Care number par call karte hai to wo meri problem nhi sunate hai. Ulta muje 48 hrs. Ka time mangte hai. Or 48 hrs ke baad bhi kuch nhi karte hai. mere address par ane ke baad muje product bhi nhi dete hai. Jai shree ram

My name is praveen chauhan from meerut i would like to confirm shopclues team that i have tried so many time for know about the status of my product but all executive (rahul, chetan, and female ) dont give any response. My order no is 60261553. Order date is 9th of july 2015.

With reference to order no 55704873, i placed order on 07.06.2015. Till now order has not been placed to anomaly occurred in the process. i have been requesting them to refund amount. till now they have not refunded my money. please do needful. Cheating by shopclues.

I purchas a watch order no 61370809 from shopclus on 16.07.15 morning and order accepted but in the evening vendor call me and told that product out of stock.but same vendor sale this product at a same time in higher price and it is in stock.

Hi, I Bought a Tv From ShopClues, ShopClues Customer care Team is not respond properly, they are playing with the customers.
