i have placed a order to shopclues my order no is 53836939 i have order a LG g3 model no-d855 but they are deliver a wrong products and second hand products on the next day i have filled a return request and my products has been returned and almost one and half month passed still not get any solution and not getting my money back its very reticules very poor service they are make a fool to their customer so pls do not bye anything from shop clues

    I have not received the product from shop clues and status was showing delivered and by mistake to make a complaint I filed a return request with shop clues . So they have arranged for reverse pickup. I have requested again don't arrange reverse pickup because the product was not delivered to me. Advice them to ask with the courier partner that where he has delivered the product and arrange the POD Jun-12th 2015 and to refund my amount as soon as possible now its more than 2 months no progress in refund process still.       I have purchased I Phone 4s 64 GB from shopclues order number is 58327785. I got delivery on 2nd July 2015. As per their terms if products find unsatisfactory within 10 days we can return the product. Now its been 7 days i am following up with them but they are just postponing and not giving any firm solution. IPhone provided by them is 2nd hand, as per IMEI number of mobile, it has been purchased in Japan on 15 August 2013 that means it is 2 year old mobile and they are claiming it is new. there are many problems with the handset. 1) It is heating 2)battery last only for 4-5 hours with normal use . 3) phone gets switch off when battery is around 20% 4) back panel of mobile is fake. Please help me out in getting justice.

        Hi Team, I have ordered mobile from shopclues on 4th july'2015. order no.59454909 and the estimated delivery date was 10th july, but i did not received product. So i called up them on 13th july and the excutive said that within 48 hrs you will get reply but again i did not received any reply. So again today i had word with them, person name was himanshu dhiman (floor manager), he is again asking me to wait till 48 hrs. This is pathetic, why should i wait. i have already paid for this order in advance now this guys are harassing me. Plz look in to the matter.

          you idots.. what happened? how many years you take to refund? what is clues bucks? just refund to my bank account. i dont want to shop in shopclues anymore. i will record a cideo and inbox messages and put in YouTube. do not use shopclues they sucking to refund and selling footpath and very cheap quality products. so, refund my money before i post a video in youtube.

            Had placed Princess Platter Code: 78741782 with Shop Clues on 9 Jul 2015, 02:11 PM. I paid via debit card. Today I get a mail from them sating product not available.If it wasnt available then why did they have it on shelf. What is the point making soncumers pay vis debit cards andd then after weeks say its noty available.First and foremost you make consumer wait for long while they pay vis debit cards at an instant .What sort of cheating is this?They say funds will be transferred to the account but this is a second 3rd instance I had through online shopping which has been awful. Kindly assist people who fall prey to such cheaters.But if you check Shop Clues Princess Platter still is shown as available.I have attached snap shots of the availability and cart purchase. What sort of games are being played on consumers?

              I had placed an order of one Micromax Bolt A075 Flip Cover of Rs.149 by advance payment on 08.07.15 vide order no.60070485 . On 14.07.15 they mailed me that my order has cancelled . at that time of order, there are five piece are available in their stock. now they are saying that they not have any single piece. i think they are some fraud, they are displaying wrong information on there website t and they are using using public money for 7 to 15 days by making them fools. Its My request to you to take immediate action against them.

                Hi, I ordered Redmi Note 4G (order number[protected] phone from Shop clues.When i got that phone it was not in working condition.I talked to Customer care and told them to replace that but they asked me to visit nearest service center.I went to service center and they tried to fix that problem.But they were not able to fix so they gave me a written note that mobile was return without Repairing.I sent copy of that note to Shop clues but still they give me same answer visit to nearest service center.It was really very frustrating to buy any product from this site. They have fixed answer for every problem we will revert in 48 hrs but they will not revert.you have to follow them everytime. Recently when i followed them for 10 to 12 days then they again told me to ask service center guys to repair it. Friends i am telling you with my experience please don't buy any product from this fraud site.

                  Desktop Core 2 Duo with 15"lcd /160 gb ddr2 2GB/ keyboard, Mouse on shopclues (Order no.[protected] on 15 Jun 2015, 01:04 PM and the order has been delivered to me on 25-June-2015. The delivered product was damaged and the same day (25-June-2015) i have placed a return request 1577989 . Its been 1 months now and nobody is ready to respond for my case and the return request was closed multiple times.
                  Dont shopping on shopclues

                      I placed an order for Crazy helmet with ISI mark in july 1 st week but what the delivered to me is prachi helmet that too without ISI mark and the product quality is worse, if it fell down means iam sure it will blow in to pieces. so I contacted the company regarding this but they wasting my time and they sent me an mail stating that it may take 3 weeks for the replacement . so what can i do for that can I stay in home with out going outside till i receive the replacement helmet. Its their mistake that they have sent me the wrong product. So they should resolve this as soon as possible.

                        I have made a purchase with order ID 56109775. This was a steel butter dish with a butter knife as was shown in the picture catalogue and the specification. But when I received the product the butter knife was not there rather the empty plastic packet in which the knife should be there was in it. Promptly I made a return request as the product was not to my requirement as I do want the butter pot with a butter knife only. But surprisingly they said that I have to follow various procedures like I have to took photographs of the delivered product from different angle with the receipt bill etc which were a very hazardous process. I sent the pictures to them too, but till date no return or refund has been initiated at per their end. I gave the order on 10th June 2015 and got the product on 14th June 2015 and lodged the return request on the same day. But till now no action has been taken, A worst customer support, would not buy anything from this site any more.

                          Dear Team, I am a seller with shop-clues with MID 286266, I have received an order from customer on Friday 10/07/2015 where as customer had placed the order on 09/07/2015, ever since we have kept the shipment ready for dispatch but shop-clues wouldn't arrange for the pick up in-spite of their pickup guarantee of 1 day. We have tried contacting merchant support and spoken to Vicky Rana - EMP code 8511 who conveniently hung up without offering any resolution and twice with Deven Singh - EMP Code 31309 Sajjad Ali - c12001 I have sent them 3 emails requesting pick up, but no response, their merchant support are appaling abusive and wouldnt respond to merchants need. we have requested to take our store offline and also advise consumers to not purchase through shopclues.

                              I ordered Dell Laptop (Order Id:[protected] on 26 May 2015, 12:33 PM & received the Product on 4th June, When I checked the warranty on dell website, i was showing that the warranty started from December 2014, which is 6 month old. So i requested return Request, Now they they have taken back the Laptop, which received on 29 June, But that day they have same status in there website. Saying that "Customer received, Out of Warranty RMA approved for pick up and replacement or refund after merchant confirmation as per BD". I have sent multiple complaints & made may call, but there is no meaning full reply I get from Customer Support team. if its call they say that we are raising this issue as high priority & get back to you in 48 hr. And if its mail then every time they forward same message "Kindly allow us 5-7 business days for further process.". Most of the time I am not able to submit complain through there website. Its almost 1 & half month over & I haven't got any solution.

                                      Sir, everyday i get emails from shopclus.com for buying for products rates also reasonable, my when i go to buy some product it shows this address is not available for shippment, where as other reputed online shopping sites like Amazon, Jabong, Yepme deliver it without any problem, why shopping is a special site i wont be available in Metro city like Hyderabad, when why luring customer when you not able to deliver products, I tried to contact shopclus customer care but response is poor.I request you ask shopclues when they did not have delivery capacity to give adds in online.Regards.G.Vijay Kumar.Sr.Officer.Agrasen Bank.Phone:[protected].
