    Hi, It's almost going to be 3 weeks tomorrow, without a specific resolution to the issue. I am hesitant if you will be able to provide me with any fruitful resolution. I believe I will move ahead with the appropriate legal steps for the case. This is quite unprofessional how you guys took up the event and it ended up to no resolution. Though it has been lined up several times, I will still mention the issues once again below: a. The product discussed here, namely, HTC One M8 - is a imported product which lacks Indian warranty. This event was not mentioned anywhere on the listing page, which itself now is missing from the web page "www.shopclues.com". It implies the information that the product was being imported, from Canada (the actual place of purchase of the device), with properly paying the Excise & Custom duties. Which invites legal implications as well. It's a evident case of cheating the customer by withholding the information of the product and trying to evade taxes. b. The accessories included (headphones) are not original, which again was not being mentioned and this information was withheld as well. c. Avoidable delay in resolution, which was a traumatic experience. There were just emails/followup/calls but no resolutions. I did my best to escalate the issue but to no resolve.         respected sir, we order No: 56234483 Crompton Greeves celing fan 14th july 2015. we prepaid amount Rs 1289. through online later we recevied fan from courier that time we noted. the Fan wings are Bended But we didnot open and want to send to yuor shop and we will get new one .we went to parcel offices they won'ts take parcel without payment. so we contact you shopclues & customer care, they woun't give proper respones and said also we are not responsed for this damage. later we open the fan wings we saw bended the 3 wings then we paid around rs 554 fedex courier to send to send the pracel to your shop. so, please we want new one without damage to return us free postal delivery to our respected our address. ohter wise we are going to legal action through consumer court.

          Hi, I have purchased Voltas VN-D50M 50 L Air Coolers Blue Colour on shopclues (Order no.[protected] on 01-June-2015 and the order has been delivered to me on 20-June-2015. The delivered product was damaged and the same day (20-June-2015) i have placed a return request 1560611. Its been 1 and half months now and nobody is ready to respond for my case and the return request was closed multiple times. I spoke till manager level of shopclues and they are really useless in resolving customer query. The worst support i have ever experienced on online shopping business.

              I place an order for micro usb black charger for htc evo 3d no. 58854679 on the 29th june and purchased it through my debit card paying rs. 190. 00 card. After seeing that it was available in the stock
              After nearly a week i am told that the product is not available with the merchant and hence it would be forwarded to another merchant and would contact us after 72 hours. After waiting for 72 hours, there was no reply and then i called them only to be toldtat i would be contacted after 48 hours. So after 10 days of wait, i am given a second order number 60018350. I though that the product would be the same. I happened to check it and found that the company booked a charger of some other brand costing only rs. 99. 00. On the website, which means they are charging me 190 for a 99. 00 rupees product. The link to both products are as follows

                  Hi Sir, I have ordered a hard disk for Rs 6, 568 on June 12 in Shop Clues website. They've provided me the following as shipment details Shipping information : This order is shipped via PROF-BLR. The tracking number for this shipment is BLR[protected]. To track this package goto http://www.tpcindia.com and enter the tracking number shown above. I have checked in the above tracking site, and called to the respective courier and they've told no booking status available for that order id. I've called and asked them about the order, they've said that I've received the order and marked the order status as delivered. I've told them no I've not received my order and asked them to check with the courier partner. After that they've acknowledged the tracking id is not valid, and promised me to provide a solution in another 7 working days. Whenever I called them they've replied like your problem will be solved in another 2/3/7 working days.                   I had purchased Double Bedsheet With 2 Pillow Cover & 10 Face Towel & 6 Mat

                  It was shipped through Shree Maruti - PNP with (tracking
                  number#[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered to me on 23th jun
                  2015. But i haven’t received the product even after 20 days of shipment of
                  product. I have been continously calling shopclues as well as Shree Maruti
                  Courier for the delivery of product but i am not getting any positive
                  response from them. Shopclues.com syas your order will deleivered to you.
                  Even i had called shopclues to proof of delivery order and refund my money
                  if they are not able to deliver the product. But still i haven’t got any
                  response from them.My money invested for the product is stuck for more than
                  20 days with shopclues with no product delivered. Shopclues team don’t
                  even reply on mail if i ask anything on email.I would like to escalate the
                  matter to higher authority of Shopclues.com and Shree Maruti Courier both
                  for this. I am totally fed up with the service that shopclues and Shree
                  Maruti Courier have given to me. Hope i get justice through

                  Aarthi on last friday? She told I will get back to you on monday. There
                  is no any call back (I know :) ). Then again I filed with the support
                  people she again filed a complaint. What is happening with shopclues. I
                  am really frustrated about this. Few mins back I had received a call
                  from Aarthi and again She will have to co-ordinate with delivery team. I
                  asked for Conf call with delivery team. She said it is not possible,
                  Transfer the call who has authority. She said no one. How can I believe
                  you guys? I have given three choices for tomorrow,

                  1. Proof of Delivery is given. I can go for consumer complaints.
                  2. Deliver again the product.
                  3. Credit back that 6.6K to my account.

                  Please get back to me with the choices. I have been waiting for this
                  nearly two months. I don't want to wait anymore. Hate Shopclues
                  overall!!! Especially Support. Please do check FlipKart, Amazon, Ebay
                  support etc., . I have chosen it wrongly.

                          Today I received my order no. 59942147 through first flight courier service for one unit of ACS ceiling fan for which I made the payment in advance through my HDFC bank credit card and after receiving the shipment when I unpacked the product I found its plastic cap & condenser unit is broken. Photo proof is also attached. This is not atoll expected from a reputed e-commerce site like Shopclues. Please replace the damaged items with a good one.

                            Worst shopping experience I am facing after shopping from this website. Pathetic customer support, no one is willing to listen to the customer. Even their supervisors are so busy rather so ignorant to come on the call and at least acknowledge the customer's request. I bought a Xiaomi Note $G phone from this website, which is certainly my mistake of firstly buying a Xiaomi phone and secondly choosing this pathetic online shopping site over Flipkart or Snapdeal. The phone I got is a defective phone with is crashing every now and then. I complaint about the same within 3 days after the phone got delivered to me, however these people are completely ignorant and kept on asking me to go to the Xiaomi service center for this. I asked them to take this phone back and initiate the refund, however they were completely ignorant regarding this. When asked to call their supervisor, they kept me on hold for approximately 30 minutes and then disconnected the call. If this is the kind of service they are providing to the customers then I am not sure how the future of this organization would be. A real disgrace in the name of the ecommerce industry! I need this issue to be addressed as quickly as possible, otherwise I will approach the consumer court.
                            This isn't expected from shopclues.com ...so disappointing!!!

                                I have placed below orders on 7-June-2015 and cancelled on 8-June-2015. As per customer care, refund process was initiated on 8-June-2015 (more than 1 MONTH BACk) already but yet to get refund to my debit card (from which i have paid the money). I am continuously following with cusyomer care now also but they have no answer to say, they are just replying as per their system paid is out of gateway.                                   I have ordered a Blue Start AC on June 1 and received it on June 12. After opening the pack I found it damaged, so logged the complain on same day. I have sent the pics also same day but from June 12 till today July 8 but ShopClues customer service asking me to wait because they are not able to contact their merchant. In mid they requested more pics of product before unpacking. Please tell should I take a photo-session of product before unpacking keeping in mind that ShopClues never deliver a good product. Now summer is about to over I am thinking to replace this with Heater. Extremely pathetic customer service.

                                      Dear Sir, when I opened shopclues app yesterday, I got a message as "along with the exciting offers get 50 cluebucks" on upating the shopclues app. I updated shopclues app on same day and as per their offer, I was supposed to get 50 cluebucks on updation of shopclues app. I updated the shopclues app yesterday but I did not get the 50 cluebucks in my shopclues account till now.

                                        Dear Sir, I placed an order 58800045 cost 104 as part of order 58800041 cost 193 on shopclues.com website using mobikwik wallet. Shopclues could not deliver the order 58800045 and they refunded 104 but mobikwik cancelled total cashback on entire order 58800041 not on part of order 58800045 which is not delivered by the shopcles and they refunded only 65. Now mobikwik claims that If the order is partially/fully cancelled/refunded total cash back will be deducted from refund and shopclues claims that Sunday flea market orders can't be re delivered and they only refund. Shopclues earlier promised me that they will refund full amount 104 to cluebucks account or bank account and assured me that next time onwards they won't refund to mobikwik. But again they refunded to same mobikwik account and they jointly cheating the customers by their wrong policies. If it is a sunday flea market order also they should deliver it and if they could not deliver it is their fault and should act as per customer choice. Mobikwik also cancel cashback amount applicable to undelivered order 58800045 not on entire 58800041. when mobikwik cancel cashback on entire order they should allow cashback once again as they cancelled cashback on this order that they don't do. These two policies are completely cheating customers policies and being used by them jointly. I am raising this complaint as it is second time experince from both of them. In the past I paid 178 for shopclues order 57744005 part of order 57743997 cost 752. Shopclues delivered wrong product and refunded 178 but mobikwik refunded only 28 by cancelling entire cashback on 57743997 instead of actually returned order 57744005. Either shopclues should refund full amount on entire order even if I cancel partial order or mobikwik should cancel only cashback on retunred partial order not on entire order. Both made the policies to cheat the customer and cheating the customers jointly.
