Order no 58665819 Pack of 5 shirt- all torn, discoloured, defective and very very pathetic condition from Koutons Koutons Assorted Shirts - Pack of 5 Code: 79164586 Options: Size: M But when i got the shipement, it was sealed and packing was fine, but the clothes inside is very cheap, torn ridiculous to even think of wearing. Torn from many sides, multi colored patches and no buttons. I have requested to take back the shipment, but no reply Request you to escalate to the highest level.

        I have ordered Philips speakers (home theater) under order id: 56635881 from Shopeclues. However there was wax leakage in the woofer of the unit. On the same day of delivery i.e. 22nd June, 2015 I have requested return of the product. However there were multiple iterations and escalations. Finally they have asked me to visit service center as the product is under manufacturer warranty. The seller is also fraud as the mobile no. on the bill is 9 digits (incorrect). As per return policy I can return back the product in 10 days, however they are denying the return as the product is under manufacturer warranty. In all the online sites, the seller is paid only after 7 days from the delivery of the product. However in the sellers of shopeclues are paid 1st and then the product is delivered to the customer which shows that there is no customer protection policy in shopeclues. Pls help to get back my money.

          Dear Sir/Madam I had ordered Mi Power Bank 10400 Mah vide Order No 58854153 issued by the Shopcles. I got the product on[protected], but when i opened the envelope of the product I found that the product was damaged and in bad condition. The second thing the product was not that I have ordered. I made call to customer care to solve the problem. They told me to solve the problem as soon as possible vide complaint No- 1654179, but after some time I got a mail responsing to my complaint that " Merchant rejected the return". I again called customer care to know about that Message but they showed irresponsibility to solve this problem. They told me that It is upto the Merchant that He replace the product or not. Dear Sir/Madam I had bought this product from Shopclues not from any Merchant, so it is their responsibility to solve the problem. I don't what is going on between the Merchant and the Shopclues, but I think Shopclues is not good for shoping, even I can it's shopping experience is horrible. Here Money is not a big issue, but it is most worriable thing how the companies are playing with the rights of Customers. At the time of promotion they made a lots of commitments, but after that they harash Customers. Dear Sir/Madam on the behalf of the every online customer I request you to solve the above said problem to avoid incovenience caused to customers.

              I had ordered a pair of adybird boots from shopclues & received the delivery on 16 the June... The day before yesterday I took it out for use & only after the second use it's getting torn both of the boots are torn now, only after its second use.. & also its condition is getting worst now. Moreover its looking like a school shoe now... I tried to log into my shop clues account but I am unable to access it... I just want the shoes to be replaced or I want the refund..
              I am having all my all the photo proofs I tried to upload it many times but an error is coming...

                With the below mentioned order ref. i Received a broken photo frame in side the box as mention my complain return req. with photos attached, after a gap of day or two mail was received stating to provide images once again and i replied immediately with attached images via E-mail and shopclue online portal (Return req.) I wounder how could a return complain been closed very next day of my mails without taking any action. Can any one please help me, how to file a complain against them.                         Dear Sir/Madam I am not at all satisfy with shopclues customer service reply as given below (We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As your order is untraceable on the courier website, we have forwarded your concern to our courier partner and we are following up with them. Once we receive any information from them, we will update you with the same.), As per your confirmation the product has to be reach by today at my delivery address but still i didn't get any proper response from your end. I want you to cancel this order and return back my money into account without further delay. Why you are giving wrong commitment to customer when you couldn't deliver as per the deadline? Please return my money i don't want the product. Next day i got the product from ST courier and it was returned back to seller warehouse on 24th of June but still shopclues customer service team saying that the product is delivered when i am asking for a proof they don't have also not even sending reply also since 4-5 days. This is the site is very worst in servicing. I have to pay my credit card bill by 7th of july but they have not processed my refund.                                   I've bought Eveready 14 inch RF03 Rechargeable Table Fan - White from Shopcluses before a month ago. It was not reacharging, batter was totally waste. They have picked up the fan from me as i have complained. Every time I need to spend 30 to 40 Rs to talk to their customer team. They dont response if we email, the rep said we must call them to get update. I've paid before a month not used the product. Whenever I call them they say one business day or 24 hours to resolve the issue. and I will be getting email. It has been 5 days no update I have got, I feel the money has gone, I want to go to consumer court as they are cheating. What was my mistake?. You advertise and sell defective products that I need to spend money for calling you everytime. You are least bothered about the customers. I think it can to do the press and media to create awareness of the online shopping not only for shopclues for all the online traders. What is the compensation that you are going to provide fake promising Shopluse? DONT JUSTIFY THAT AS PER YOUR COMPANY POLICY THIS AND THAT. YOU ARE CHEAT

                                    I have buy a mobile lemon gc349 on 19 jun 2015, 02:10 pm vide order no. 57244625, and pay the amount rs. 2540 by netbanking.
                                    Shopclues say :estimated delivery between: sat 27 jun and mon 29 jun"
                                    As per shopclues website, this order was processed on 20th june 2015.
                                    As per shopclues website, quality check was done on 20th june 2015
                                    As per shopcles, order has been shipped through overnite express with tracking number [protected].

                                    Now today is 2nd july 2015, i have not received my order.

                                    As per overnite express; " the tracking number does not exist in our record. "

                                    Its means, shopclues give me a fake tracking number??
                                    Anyone may be guilty, but its clearly lack in service.
