Hello, I have ordered indo Tri Shakti Yantra (Swastik Om Trishul) In Brass Big-set of Two on 28th June 2015 and my order number is 58707565 Code: 76519862 Merch Ref: SJ385 and yesterday (01/07/2015), i got one useless materail delivered by Ecom Express (Tracking No:[protected]. Attached the snapshot of the useless material for your reference. Request you to deliver the exact item what i ordered and dont deliver me any useless things if the ordered item is not available. If the material is not available, request you to payback my cash immediately. And dont entertain this kind o[censored]seless merchants in shopclues site and request you to remove from your merchant list. I have placed an order in shopclues.com to order the product "Stylish Helmet (Light weight) multi Color Premium (F12) (QTY:1)" with the order no 57883845 on 22 Jun 2015, 08:17 PM. After a lot of conversation with shopclues.com and aramex courier I received the DAMAGED product on 29-Jun-2015. After that I filed a REFUND since I received the damaged product. They asked me to send the proof for product and packing, I uploaded the images for both of them. Status is still "Information Required-Pending Customer Action". I have asked them why the status is still like that since I provided all the necessary details, I didnt get proper response. Also I have provided my bank information to refund my amount. It seems they are trying to cheating. Please take necessary action and help me to get my amount back.

Myself badal kumar saw. I have purchased a new sony 40 inch tv from shopclues.com on one year seller warranty dated 14/02/2015 but now on the tv screen a black vertical line appeared in the middle portion. I have called technician (Prakash kumar) of sony on my expenses and he examine the tv and said that it is manufacturing defect but he cannot correct the fault because the tv is purchased from online and it is come under seller warranty.I send you the images of tv screen. But shopclues denied to cover warranty on this tv.

Hi, We placed the order for IPhone 6 16GB gold on 24 June 2015 . we received the package on 25 June 2015 and to our shock, the iphone 6 is used one and package in inappropriate box with dirty look and feel with scraches also there is something written on the iphone back side . Ordered roti maker from shop clue website, but received damaged product, packing was very poor, just from packing tape and no protection for the device. website have given 10 days hassle free return and to read more about the policy, but inside the policy its given only 2 days in case product is damaged. They have policy to upload the pictures, But to whom i ordered the product they didnt had camera phone to upload the pictures so, it took more than 2 days. I have now damaged product and company refusing to give back money. Want people to be aware of this website as quality of product is very bad and many loopholes in policy to some how take advantage of the consumers.

And I also inform to both company, I had proof because of my delivering address (Office) is under CCTV Surveillance and also keep the record to all visitor by Guard, Shop-clues.com and his courier company "e-parcel India Express Company" both company customer care service is very worst. and never advised to anyone to go with shopclues.

Hi, I ordered, Atek Extension Cord 6 Multiple Socket 1.5 Meters on shop clues.com through online on 19th June 2015, still not delivered and when I contacted they spoke stock unavailable, so they changed the selling merchant. Again I contacted they cancelled my order without my consent and raised ticket for refund.
