I have been requested a return for the product purchased on shopclues.com, well the return was done and the refund was done in clue bucks! I want to redeem my money after the refund but failed to do so! There is no proper customer care even! This is so disappointing and looking no further to shop on shopclues! Pls do respond, that's a huge amount and I want to redeem into my bank account! I even posted the screenshot, where I received clueblucks pls do note it as well!

    Hi sir
    I received a letter by post which stated I won 1lakh n 10lakhs in scratch card as prize money and they asked to send the SMS code which is in scratch card to there hlo line number I sent it later I received many calls from them to pay money by believing in the company I paid them 1, 50, 000 and now I am knowing I am cheated by them is there any chance so that I can get my money back please help me to save my family

      हरियाणा राज्य के गुरुग्राम में शाॅपक्यूज़ (Shopclues) कंपनी द्वारा एक बड़ा फर्जीवाडा चलाया जा रहा है। इसके अंतर्गत ग्राहकों को लूटा जा रहा है, मैंने 15 सितंबर 2020 को मैंने दो उत्पादों के कोम्बो का आॅर्डर नंबर[protected] दिया। मुझे जब कोरियर से डिब्बा मिला, तो उसके एक ओर की टेप लूज़ थी। मैंने जब उसे खोला, तो पाया कि उसमें दो की जगह केवल एक ही उत्पाद था। मैंने कंपनी की हैल्पलाइन पर शिकायत करने के लिए कई बार फोन किए, लेकिन कोई सहायता नहीं मिली। मैंने कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर जाकर शिकायत दर्ज की, जिसके बाद भी न तो कोई संतोषजनक जवाब मिला और न ही कोई सहायता मिली। अनेक बार रिमाइण्डर देने के बाद भी कोई सही जवाब नहीं मिला, समय को आगे खींचते चले गए। बस यह ईमेल जवाब आया कि आपको 5 अक्टूबर 2020 फाइनल जवाब मिलेगा। निर्धरित तिथि को लुटेरी कंपनी द्वारा मक्कारी भरा जवाब आया कि हमने तो दोनों उत्पाद भेजे थे, आपको नहीं मिले, तो हम क्या करें?
      महोदय, कृपया निम्न बातों पर ध्यान दें, और उचित निर्णय लेते हुए ऐसी कंपनी के विरु( सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करेंः-
      1. यदि कंपनी ने दोनों उत्पाद भेजे थे, तो क्या उसमें से एक को डिब्बा खा गया? यह कंपनी पूरी तरह से 420 है। पूरे पैसे लेने के बावजूद दो में से केवल एक उत्पाद दिया गया, शिकायत करने के लगभग एक महीने तक कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर न देकर टरकाया जाता रहा, फिर एकदम से नकार दिया गया।
      2. इतना ही नहीं जब-जब मैं साइट से आॅर्डर करता रहा हूं, तब-तब मेरे पास मोबाइल पर फोन आता रहा है कि आपकी Shopclues साइट से आॅर्डर देने पर लाटरी निकली है, जिसमें कार निकली है। आप कार लेना चाहेगे या नकद। फिर लाटरी की फीस जमा करवाने के लिए कहा जाता है। यानि कंपनी दूसरे तरीके से भी ग्राहकों को लूटने में कमी नहीं छोड़ रही है। अगर यह काॅल कंपनी नहीं करती है, तो कंपनी का ग्राहकों का डाॅटा कैसे किसी ओर के पास चला जाता है? विचारणीय प्रश्न है।
      3 इससे पहले भी मुझे मिले उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता बहुत ही खराब रही है, जिसे कंपनी द्वारा स्वीकार करते हुए उत्पादों की वापसी एवं रिप्लेसमेंट भी किया जाता रहा है।

      कंपनी अपनी 420 की सारी सीमाएं पार कर चुकी है, बार-बार हमने तो पूरा उत्पाद भेजा था, एक ही ईमेल भेज रही है। यह तो कंपनी के पागलपन की चरम प्रकाष्टा है। ऐसी कंपनी पर तो सरकार तो तुरंत कार्यवाही करते हुए उसे बंद कर देना चाहिए।

      1. उससे पहले के अनेक खराब आर्डर वापिस लेकर पैसे वापिस क्यों दिए।
      2. जवाब देने में इतनी देर क्यों लगाई।
      3. पैकेट सील पैक नहीं था, ये मैंने पेकेट मिलते ही सूचित किया था, जिसपर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई।
      4. आपकी कंपनी और उससे जुड़े सभी लोग जनता को लूटने में लगे हैं, ये बात में मीडिया द्वारा फैला रहा हूँ ताकि कोई दूसरा न फॅसे।

              I Abhijeet Singh had ordered a item via your website by cash on delivery as mode of payment, ORDER ID :[protected] for an amount of 698 INR. However the item was defective and I immediately requested for refund to which the refund was made in shop clues bucks. I have already brought a new product from a nearby store and do not require to shop anything more from shopclues. Hence I kindly request you to either return my cash or process a bank transfer immediately. Your refund process of not giving cash or bank transfer indirectly forces us to make a new purchase which I seriously object. Hence I kindly request you to refund my money back as soon as possible. Hope you would kindly oblige and do the needful.

                  This is Iswarya Raghunathan from Tamil nadu.I received a letter from ShopClues about lucky draw in case of 10th anniversary celebration.Someone asked my Aadhar card, and Photo as ID proof.After sending it, they asked my bank details.They want me to pay Rs.14800 so that Rs.14, 80, 000 will be credited to my bank account.I didn't send any money.Then they blocked my call and I too blocked that number.So kindly give official announcement about the fraud on your website so that no one is cheated by your company name.

                        I ordered and prepaid for 3 Kurtis in Shopclues (order no.[protected]. I have attached screenshot of a message from Shopclues states that it has been delivered on 23rd Sept 2020. But I received only one (Red Block Print Cotton Stitched Kurta) Out of three Kurtis. Mehandi Floral Print A line Kurta and Purple Paisley Print A line Kurta is not yet delivered. I want it to be escalated and delivered.
                        Am so disappointed with this service. How long you will take to give an answer I have sent the images now again you asking images of outer package from all the sides... This is rediculous... I want the other 2 Kurtis to be delivered immediately... Very Worst service ever.

                          I have purchased a refurbished Nokia E71 mobile from shopclues. The phone initially worked well but after 10 days the phone stopped working. I contacted shopclues and as the product was under shopclues warranty for 1 year they replied that to return the product. As my address was not serviceable by courier partner so I returned on my own. Now when the courier has been returned to the address as shared by shopclues, the shopclues people are saying that they have not received the courier.

                              On 27.09.2020 i placed order for beauty product and a power bank and paid in full though my credit card. I was assigned order no.[protected] and[protected] by shopclues.

                              Today morning i received whatsapp messages from shopclues that amy above orders are delivered today. This is not true. These orders are not delivered to my house yet.

                                I have placed online orders on 25 September 2020 through which I paid total amount of cluebucks 353 RS. 49 rupees left so it turned for cod just for 49 rupees amount they charged 39 processing fee cod After placing my order I found one of the product I ordered that is mistakenly a wrong product so I cancelled the order id[protected] socks set of 5 quantity 2 price - 418 & in form of cluesbucks deducted 269 & cluesbucks +34, I cancelled this order but still showing cancellation request received by customer & I didn't get my refund amount 269 for order[protected] & order id[protected] earphone that too undelivered please refund my 84 cluesbucks for this order too if you can't deliver it, refund my total amount 353 for both orders, whenever call your customer agents are not cooperative they say without check its cod order please refund my cluebucks amount

                                  मैंने आर्डर रिटर्न करते समय ध्यान पूर्वक रिफण्ड पेमेंट को अपने उसी एकाउंट में क्रेडिट के लिये लिखा जिस एकाउंट से पेमेंट हुआ है उसके वाबजूद भी रिफण्ड मनी मेरे एकाउंट में न आकर cb में आये हैं इसलिए मैं प्रार्थना करता हूँ कि मेरी रिफण्ड मनी मेरे एकाउंट में क्रेडिट करवाने की कृपा करें

                                        Vide order no[protected] for a ikall mobile a percel 08 sep 2020 but missing part arrised a ticket vide no8059085 on same date on 08sep 2020 till date the shop clues not pickup the return or not refund the amount after several call the customer care not respond my or not call back me please solve my refund an early. The shopclues massage only return request shown in my profile.
