I ordered the book "Life Amazing Secrets by Gopal Das". I paid the money online. The first time I placed an order at 11/11/2020 and it shows that the order Estimated Delivery Date: Tue 17 Nov 2020. So, I waited and then I check the order status on their website, it is shown that order is already delivered but in reality, I haven't received the order. I report the issue, ask for a refund, file a complaint on their website but no response from their side. I tried to call on their customer care number, no support team picked up my call and answered the problem. I asked for a refund I didn't get the refund.

ShopClues.com is so smart that they falsely made a shop clues cashback under my name and refunded my money in that cashback. And that cashback I am not able to transfer to my account. At last, my money is stuck and my book is not delivered yet

Again I order the same order with their cashback and again they are showing that the book is delivered.

I didn't receive any mail regarding the ordered product on 8th December 2020. I cross-checked the spam and inbox. I want my book to be delivered to my house. I have paid the money. I have the transaction proof INR 89. Please check your system. Otherwise, I have to take this case to higher authorities. This is so not done.

          Hi Team,

          Today at 12PM got a message on my mobile.
          Dear Customer congratulations in Shopclues company you are second lucky win Tata nexon car contact for = [protected]

          Again got a call from the same number given above and he given two options. Car or Money (7.5L).
          If Car chosen, need to send Rs4500/- to a specified account, else Money chosen, Rs3600/- to be transferred to that account.

          Why he had all my details with him upon the next day of the purchase.
          Seems to be ShopClues also part of this fraud.
          Do investigate and respond back to me on priority.

            I had one call in the morning and they told me that I purchased one tablet case cover on shopclues and from that they conducted one lucky draw in which I won the first price of car - Mahindra XUV 500 and they were asking for my bank account no. if in case I wish to take cash or to get delivery of car in 36 Hrs they were asking me to send registration money but I refused, then they told me that I will be eliminated out of the contest then I said it is fine with me but after 5 minutes they sent me an SMS as follows:-

            dear customer, congratulation, you have product order from SHOPCLUES (PVT.LTD) COMPANY, your name to open lucky contest MAHINDRA XUV500 CAR cost RS.14, 80, 000.00 you have received For more information contact me.Mobile help line no. -[protected] .[protected] http://shopcluse.luckywinerdraw.com

            Surprisingly he was known with all the details even my address, so I want to know that is this the privacy provided by shopclues...?????

                  Shopclues, some one was called me and says that i'm a winner of shopclues festival sale said to pay 6500rs resistraction fees and i paid . after paying he said to pay gst fess 22200 rs . i paid it. As i pay 22200 he said to pay 18900 rs again which i didn't pay. I said, i want to refund my monet, he said ohk pls pay 3500 rs for refund, i paid 3500 but as i paid 3500 after sometime he said its not possible . shoplues what is this.i'm complaining about fraud which is happining with me.

                          Hi,
                          I had placed this order on[protected], and the total amount I paid was RS 1653, out of which I paid RS 1488 via my Debit Card & remaining 165 was paid via Cluebucks..however, I returned the product as I was not satisfied with the quality, thereafter, I was paid the total amount of 1653 as Cluebucks and so I repeatedly requested them to transfer the amount into my Bank Account...I raised ticket 10-12 times and every time they are giving false assurance but no results. The process they are telling me to follow to open Shopclues account by my registered mail ID and then go to My Account and then go to My Order and then select the refunded order and then select Transfer Cluebucks to Bank Account option, however, am not able to find this option. So, I am repeatedly pointing this issue and then they are informing that I had already used the Cluebucks, so it's not possible to transfer the balance to bank account, but it's totally fraud, , coz I haven't purchased anything from Shopclues after the above mentioned order in fear that Shopclues is a fraud company, so please help me against this fraud company and help me transfer my balance in my payment mode that is bank account asap. I am sharing the screenshots of the resolution as well to show how many times I mailed them.. moreover they do not have any responsibility to call me and speak to me...please help me out.
