I had one call in the morning and they told me that I purchased one tablet case cover on shopclues and from that they conducted one lucky draw in which I won the first price of car - Mahindra XUV 500 and they were asking for my bank account no. if in case I wish to take cash or to get delivery of car in 36 Hrs they were asking me to send registration money but I refused, then they told me that I will be eliminated out of the contest then...

I have not recieved my refund amount in money form.....

Paymebt 2 quantity prodect but received 1 quantiy, 1 Quantity missing...

Shopclues, some one was called me and says that i'm a winner of shopclues festival sale said to pay 6500rs resistraction fees and i paid . after paying he said to pay gst fess 22200 rs . i paid it. As i pay 22200 he said to pay 18900 rs again which i didn't pay. I said, i want to refund my monet, he said ohk pls pay 3500 rs for refund, i paid 3500 but as i paid 3500 after sometime he said its not possible . shoplues what is this.i'm complaining...

I have recieved one quantity product instead of two quantity..i have also placed a complaint in shopclues app but they aren resolving the problem ..my order was prepaid so theybdid dis fraud and now not replying and resolving problem...

I had placed this order on[protected], and the total amount I paid was RS 1653, out of which I paid RS 1488 via my Debit Card & remaining 165 was paid via Cluebucks..however, I returned the product as I was not satisfied with the quality, thereafter, I was paid the total amount of 1653 as Cluebucks and so I repeatedly requested them to transfer the amount into my Bank Account...I raised ticket 10-12 times and every time they are...

It seems you do not want customers to buy from you registering . Filling the name and address I should fill up whatever my address is can not get extra something to fill white portions with stories..same for my name too. Can not even talk to ur customer care as entering rmn also saying no record of this number..what is happening ? I had registered and purchased from you that my e mail was wrong but could not even correct..will you call me...

I had most worst experience by ordering in shopcules they are fraud or can be called cheaters i have ordered my package on 12 nov 2020 now it has been early 13 days tht too showing procurement delay... Most regerting thing is that i have paid it online i thought it would be good ssite... But now i am knowing how much fraud this is... This is my order anyone can check it... I am trying to return the product and applied it their web portal but no one came for pickup. I am getting messages that person not available next address not found and today package not ready for pickup. I don't know why the issues happening to pickup. I am available at home.
