Yet now i can't received my order and requested shopclues return my payment with 10 times calling chargers. when i call to custrmer care they will not attend call 5-10mins every time. i called them 10 timesfor my order but they are shame less person. i personally suggest please shut off website.

I have orderd TOYOTA CAR Key Chain metallic keychain car and bike key ring keyring Code: 241226 order no. 26699413.27104391 on 17 th november Order was shipped I would not received any detail regarding despatch by SMS or Mail. Tracking no.I[protected] provided by shopclues shows nothing when i track my order through dotzot site. I have also orered Autofurnish Car Seat Covers Towel (Grey) order no 27104391 detail not updated till date. Customer care no. does not connect after many attemt. No any email ID, contact no. for customer support company is fraud. not provide any detail by mail or sms. Please provide my money.

I just received a set of seat covers for which I paid 6, 000. I am very unhappy about it because the seat cover does not have provision for seat belts or for the mechanism for the knobs to fold the back seat. I was expecting a good professionally tailored seat cover, but I am disappointed.

Out of the two bulbs received by me against shopclues order number 27013417, one bulb is working properly, whereas the 2nd bulb is not glowing after giving power supply to it, but when kept ON for around 5 minutes, it glows with a very dim light, confirming that it is a defective one. So, I request you to kindly replace my product as soon as possible, so that my trust on shopclues remains undisturbed, being a regular customer of shopclues. I have attached the photographs of both working and defective bulb.Please respond soon.

Dell Computer monitor charged higher than market price.Had to pay 6710/- but printed price is 5980 but market price with which its available is 2500/- rupees only. cheating by shop clues.

They are selling copy products of a brand. I have covertation with shopclues.com via emails. They say we will refund your money. But its not fare that you are selling a duplicate copy of any brand. here is what wrote to shopclues but no help provided. bought envie rechargeable cells last week from shop clues.and these do not work, below is my complaint: Order Date 13 Nov 2014, 11:01 AM Ordered Product(s) Envie Rechargeable AA Batteries - Pack Of 4 (QTY:1) Order Number 26587879 The cells are old and I tried charging these for more than 10 hrs but they are not charging, I want my refund from shopclues Seems cells are expired and out fo warranty date. You should either send me new cells and replace my old cells(but this time it should work) or else give me refund, I do not want to write a blogs against shopclues or abuse your owners and your company on websites.so please replace this with quality product thsi time.

When I called Shopclues customer care on 15th, they sent a mail that they are sorry and it will be delivered in another 2 days. When even on 20th Nov I did not get the product I called them again. Updated by ravi.cfa They are cheater. Even so may follow up with shop clue people more then a month gone. They does not refund my money back nor deliver the product. I t's useless they just tell your money is safe under buyer protection policy. I already wait more then a month but their service is lathargic & their customer care people is useless. They just know to cheat the people. They are Big fraud ! Big Fraud !

So, new buyers beware to place a order with shop clue.
