I ordered the product on 15oct[protected]some issue on the product so I return to the shop clues .They send refund in process. 3 weeks past no replay My mail also My complaint.They close the complaint without any Informations, answer .But they change the specification after My issue some eg( before10 stage, after(Now) 4 stage)but price same.Shop clues and merchant cant answer My mail and message, 2 months past.

    I placed an order bearing number27854183 on 27.11.2014 for Designer Jaipuri Double Bed Brown Velvet and paid entire through debit card; Next day i got a message that my consignment had been shipped by ECom with tracking number[protected]. I am sorry to inform you that i could not get the consignment till date (02.12.2014) as 5 days have been passed sice shipped. you are requested to kindly make me available my article at the earliest. ---aijaz, [protected], [protected]
    E com takes 10 days for even a local delivery...Shop Clues uses very very cheap delivering methodology and they take ages to get delivered...

      I ordered an Car Vacum cleaner with Shoplcues order Id : 26735109 on 15th of November 2014 and they sent an email telling Shipping is done and gave a tracking number.I found the tracking number never had any data and informed them and they also told they are checking the issue.Its been almost 20 days and without any information they are indicating in the site Item is undelivered and refund is not initiated.I have ordered more than 10 items from them to the same address before.I mailed customer care n times and no information or reply on that, their phone number for customer care will make us wait for thousand minutes and no one will pick the call. I hate their customer service and no one replies. I want the refund and interest for the money as I waited 20 days uselessly.

        Hi, Please find below details Order Number:27366821 Order Date:21 Nov 2014, 11:41 PM Product Name: Skyline VT5017 Sandwich Toaster As per commitment order has been confirmed on November 21, 2014 & it should be dispatched on November 29, 2014. Today is December 2, 2014 but still it is in Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant However, i have paid all mount RS 555/- via Netbanking (Netbanking options for Billdesk). When i place order, product was available with Merchant. There is no transparency in Process. I have ordered product on 21 Nov, 11 days past still it is in processing. As per commitment product should be delivered on 1 Dec. I had taken all screen shots & all email prints.

        Hi All,

        Order Number:27366821.
        Yet the status is not change, but they move to "medium priority". What's going on? Yesterday(02/Dec/2014) they call and said to send your product soon. today(03/Dec/2014) they change "Medium Priority". i need clear status, when i receive my product.
        long day ago they change status "Shipped". let check the delivery, they mentioned Dec 8 or Dec 9 is due date for delivery the product, let check the ShopClues delivery dates. count down starts from Dec 5th 10am

          Had ordered Black Low Drop crotch Cotton Harem Hip form online shopping website call ShopClues.com. Was not satisfied with the product as wrong size was send, hence asked to return it. Received a msg from them on 19th November 2014 that the return request is approved and will ask the courier ppl to collect it in 6-7 business working days. But now its been 15days no reply them.                       Dear Sir, Order no. 23469807and return id 550297 the product hand they hand over to the shop clues been handover to the Shop clues on 121.Nov.2014at 11.20 am) .I return the product at time but you cant return my refund amount!. When you return my amount I have also written so many complaints to you . Even customer care no also not connecting, it is fraud company and don't purchase any product from shop clues.

                        I was ordered SET OF 3 PUMA SOCKS in offer @199 on 18th Nov. But they sent 3 used dirty poor quality socks in the brand name 'MAN'. Even it was not packed properly, they just put it in a 5rs courier cover. My friends laughing at me while i opened the cover, , It is unforgettable ashamed moment...

                            I purchased a product on 11 Nov 2014 and my order ID is 26431919. On 18 Nov 2014, I got a shipment confirmation mail On 23 Nov 2014, I got one more mail saying "Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit" On 28 Nov 2014, I got the last mail saying "Shipped - Untraceable. We are unable to fulfil your order 26431919 as the shipment has been lost during transit. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and have initiated the order cancellation process for your order. " I still haven't got any refund yet. And the worst part is, no one is picking up the phone.

                            More than 1 month happen and still not getting refund amount from shopclues.

                            Pathetic service and worst customer support.

                                They Cheated me by giving fake product and missing spares for the order of 23319777.No action cant taken from shopclues, Only return the product to the aqua drop Ro, If any action can taken about my issue i get my refund money. when i ask for missing spare they tell lie I send all the missing spare on DTC.When I ask for tracking no.they cant give and no replay onwards

                                  I am asking for my refund money, for the order of 2331977 they cant send any information about my refund money!They always tell Your returned product is delivered back to the merchant. You can expect the reshipment/refund soon.form 8Nov2014 onwards.now started Dec!.How many days they say soon, , , , , , , , , , , , .From shop clues I cant get the Product, Cant get the information's and also my Refund money.

                                      I had ordered a phone from shop clues on 9th nov, 2014 but still didn't received it. My order no. is 26308319. I have complained for it thrice but the customer care people simply raise a ticket which is never resolved. they will say that they are following up with the courier service people, but when u call the customer care people sometimes they will say that the product has been couriered with india post, second time I called they said it has been couriered with DTDC and delivered at wrong address that too after 20 days of dispatching. third time I called they said they will update my complaint as they cannot see in their system through which courier service they have send my product. They have given some tracking number which is not working as there is no specific courier service. Really fed up of their service and support.
