sir, i have ordered a Samsung 40EH5000 40 Inches Full HD LED Television Code: 1670124 for Rs.31, 696 and paid full amount of Rs.32, 095/- including shipping charge on Date: 23 Oct 2014, 04:30 PM through Bill Desk using Credit Card and they have give me confirmation of payment received and issue me Order #24405383 and confirm me Merchant Name: ONE STOP SHOP, A-119, SUSHANT LOK - 1, NEAR MG ROAD METRO
STATION, GURGAON, 122002 from shopclues.com and send expected delivery date by 2 or 5 days.
While tracking the order till today 19th November 2014, it shows Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant.
They sent me to wait for TV upto 8th November 2014 or cancel the order.
I still wanted TV, so that I never said them for cancellation of the Order.
But suddenly they sent mail on 12th November saying "We are unable to fulfill your order 24405383 as the product is not in stock with the merchant. We assure you that we have tried our best to source the product at the best price from other merchants. At this point, we are uncertain of its fulfillment and have therefore initiated the order cancellation process.We will keep you updated on the refund process through email or call.
What Should I do for getting TV?
They shown stock of TV, So that I have ordered and paid the consideration. Are they not liable to give TV for me? Pl. suggest.
