    I have booked a TV of Samsung which cost 36000 Rs. For which i have already made the payment to Shop Clues . the money is been deducted from my accounts on 4th of November 2014. The delivery for the product was promised in between 13th to 15 th today is 20th Nov 2014 and still i dont know whather the delivery will be deliver of not. Also the customer care number[protected] is not working i have called many time about 50 time and there is no response from the customer care . This number is either not working or not is service. I got another number[protected] from Internet which is working and as i get connected, I customer care person was so harsh that he was not ready to listen the query and said this is not my work and disconnected the call without any conversation. I have also send a mail to [protected]@shopclues.con but there is no feedback from the team. I am very much concerned about my delivery as i have already paid the amount of 36000 Rs to shop clues. Please look in to this at the earliest or else i have have to registered a legal complain to the consumer court for this . Rajesh, [protected]

          Hello Team,

          My name is Priyanka. I placed an order in Shopclues.com ORD.No. 26522073, for a Sukuma Stylish Lycra Silk Saree with Border on 12/11/14.

          Today 18/11/14 i received the product.
          The Product was delivered by

          CASA JOYA,
          A-47, IInd Floor, Nangal Dewat,
          Vasant Kunj,
          New Delhi 110070.
          Ph. [protected]

          But to my surprise i found two hindi magazines inside the cover instead of Silk Saree.

          May i know why i received a pair of hindi magazines instead of the saree which i ordered.

          The image of the magazine is attached along with this mail.

          So are you going to ship the actual saree which i ordered or you going to pay back my money.

          Based on your reply i may need to take further action plans.

            I ordered a Samsung duos mobile online through net banking order no 25794243 and it was confirmed with email on 4 nov. They later sent e mail that it has been dispatched via blue dart tracking no. [protected]. But even after 14 days it wasn't delivered. On calling customer care they said it can't be traced. They told for refund but still no call or mail. This is so embarrassing with a company like you. After 2 weeks you guys are informing me that shipment is untraceable. Would definitely Never buy anything in future and will ensure none of my friends buy from your company. Your customer support is good for nothing and don't even bother to check whether your customer is updated or not. Simply typical indian company. This way I don't think you people will go further in long run of business.               I have ordered Mi3 ear phone quantity 4 on 18th October 2014 and paid by credit card. My order no. Is 23707215 but till today I have not received my product. I have received on reply on 1st Nov. 2014 that you product is return as undelivered as soon as we received back we will confirm for reshipment. I don't understand how the product is return as undelivered without intimation. My address is office address in Bombay, Fort area, and the delivery person is not even bothered to contact me. But now more than 18 days have passed I havn't heard anything from your side. It is strange to see that still the undelivered product is not reached to you ? It is absolutely a cheating case. Either you reship the product or refund my money immediately otherwise I will take legal action against you in consumer Court.

                sir, i have ordered a Samsung 40EH5000 40 Inches Full HD LED Television Code: 1670124 for Rs.31, 696 and paid full amount of Rs.32, 095/- including shipping charge on Date: 23 Oct 2014, 04:30 PM through Bill Desk using Credit Card and they have give me confirmation of payment received and issue me Order #24405383 and confirm me Merchant Name: ONE STOP SHOP, A-119, SUSHANT LOK - 1, NEAR MG ROAD METRO STATION, GURGAON, 122002 from shopclues.com and send expected delivery date by 2 or 5 days. While tracking the order till today 19th November 2014, it shows Processing - Procurement Delay from Merchant. They sent me to wait for TV upto 8th November 2014 or cancel the order. I still wanted TV, so that I never said them for cancellation of the Order. But suddenly they sent mail on 12th November saying "We are unable to fulfill your order 24405383 as the product is not in stock with the merchant. We assure you that we have tried our best to source the product at the best price from other merchants. At this point, we are uncertain of its fulfillment and have therefore initiated the order cancellation process.We will keep you updated on the refund process through email or call. What Should I do for getting TV? They shown stock of TV, So that I have ordered and paid the consideration. Are they not liable to give TV for me? Pl. suggest.

                  sir, i have ordered a waterproof mattress cover from shopclues.com, my order no. is 24980757 dt. 27.10.2014. while tracking the order it shows Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit, i have sent the email & complaints to there website but still not got any conclusion. and now it is being more than 22 days i have ordered product. and the same is not shipped/ dispatched yet, i confirmed from courier service. it is requested you to kindly take up the matter.

                      shopclues send me fake TRACKING ID (BD-Deal. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]) I am Ratan Bhadra n my order no is 24347137. On website this order displays shipped material from[protected] to[protected] but not delivered. on[protected] it displays delivered but i did not receive any parcel from any courier. Till 5-11-14 i called everyday on customer care number. Every day they told me to resolve this issue. But after one month i did not receive my laptop nor receive my refund. Further more this tracking number displyas wrong number on courier Site (Bluedart). So i request to solve my issue at top priority level.

                            I have ordered 4(four) numbers of curtains (code: 2200070 ) vide order no 25454751 which is a part of combined order number: 25454739 @ Rs 1700/- on 2nd November2014 from shopclus. They informed that they have send the order via dotzot with tracking no[protected] . It is not delivered to me till date. Surprisingly enough neither shopclus nor Dotzot informed me regarding the status of my order, although I have write many a times to them. More over with the same order and against sub order no 25454759, I have ordered 4 more curtains, but I have to cancel the Items due to delay in processing .

                                I had ordered a product 2GB RAM from the site on 15th October vide order number 23297927. The sell is really a fraud. * for the first week he did not ship the product. * After i raised the issue on Customer Care, the next day i received a message stating that goods are shipped through ecom express vide AWB[protected]. * Since then till today when i track the shipment on Ecom Express's site, it still shows me "Air waybill not found, please recheck" * I have to call up their customer care couple of times and wait for at least 30 mins before some one adds note to my complaint but all in vain. * One fine day i receive a message that courier company could not deliver the goods to me and hence it is returning back to their facility and once they receive the goods they shall process return. * Its almost 15 days since then. * Recently i had received a mail from Shopclues claiming that goods were delivered to me?? * I again struggled my way to their hlepline and they acknowledged the mistake and again said that once goods return to their facility they shall process return. I am really pissed off and troubled. The goods which never actually got dispatched, how come the same were returning back???? Shopclues is trying to defend the fraudulent seller along with them they are adding to this fraud with theri poor customer service. There should be some punishment to this type o[censored]nethical behaviour.

                                    Ref.: Order No.25471313. Shopclues.com have listed kangaro scissors with MRP of Rs.39 at Rs.149 and sold it to me at Rs.125 telling that I am saving Rs.24 (16% off) whereas they charged 320% of MRP. This is a clear case of misrepresentation, charging exorbitant price and cheating the buyer. They offered buyer protection guarantee, which they have not adhered. I placed a return request, which they refused.

                                        my order no 25379183 dt 1/11/14 rs 238/ paid thru debit card was cancelled. this as comfirmed by you by sms gt 2/11/14.and also by email dt4/11/14 as per the email payment was to be recd within 7-9 business days for debit card payment. i e by 15/11/14 at the latest. today is 18/11/14 but no sign of refund in bank. actually i wanted to change order for same item i e flip cover for 1s phone from different seller which also offered a free scratch guard with price rs228/. i paid rs 258/and got it delivered on a cod basis. i was hoping you would ajust amount earlier paid against the changed order. but was told by customer care that i have to pl a seperate new order and ask refund of old order. it has become difficult to contact u. hope my refund though small is recd by me
