Dear Sir,

I am very upset by your delivery services and responses by shopclues.

1- Regarding Order NO. 24545343 ORDER DATE: 26 Oct 2014, 01:38 AM

As per your status shown in order history, there has been mentioned that the order is Undelivered - Returning to Origin. I am sorry to say that but your befooling me but the product has not been dispatched so how could it be undilvered.Without prior information to me you have cancelled my order and if your product was sold out you should have cancelled the product in 2-3 days.After 20 days you are informing that the product is undelivered and till now i have not received any refunded money. But i am really dissappontinted by your causal behaviour.

I don't know from where you get the product, but i need my order immediately delivered to me. This is not a way to cancel a order, you are responsible for the fault, so you should pay for it.

I had registered a return request for the product quality but till now no one came to receive the product quality.

If you cannot return the product quality, refund my money immediately.

I order Trend Micro Internet security through shopclues.com . the product which I received through shopclues is fake. when I file return compliant for the same (Ticket No[protected] they are not refunding my money. It has been now more than one month pass away but every time customer representative of shopclues saying that we will resole the issue within Two days.

Indian government should ban on such site those are playing/cheating with the consumers.

MORE THAN 21 DAYS PASSED OF MY ORDER BUT STILL IT IS NOT SHOWING COURIER WEB SITE SHOPCLUES ALSO TAKING TIME AND TIME AND SO ON AND SHOWING IN ABILITY IN FINDING THE PRODUCT WHERE IT IS NOW, THEY ARE ALSO UNABLE TO REFUND AS THEY HAVE SHIPPED MATERIAL IN AIR BY USING THEIR BOOT LESS FOOT A PRODUCT SHIPPED FROM GURGAON TO ALLAHABAD AND IT IS UN TREACEABLE STILL AFTER 15 DAYS HA HA HA ITS A BEG MARKETING PLACE IS NOW READY TO CLOSE AND PAY THE PENALTIES TO CUSTOMER THEY ARE STILL CHEATING AND USING THEIR MONEY FOR THEIR SALARY. PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM SHOP CLUES AVOIDE CASH ON DELIVER ALSO, THEY CAN SEND EXPIRED, BROKEN, DAMAGED AND USELESS ITEMS PLEASE PLEASE PLASE SHARE IT FURTHER ALSO.

Did they pickup the product and refund the amount?
