I know there are quite a few players on the ecommerce field in India these days but if there is any one company that leads the way in the worst, these guys would be it. They sent me an expired & fake product - i've been trying to get hold of their customer support past 2 days but no one ever picks up - logged into my account to initiate a return, well guess what they don't seem to have any orders listed. Bunch of losers trying to make some easy bucks - you guys suck big time - don't think you can survive if you continue this way - and yes, your management team page on your website is the biggest joke - I'm happy I did not order anything of much value on your crappy website. Hope these guys are taken down asap.

Dear Sir, I am Ankit Modi. I have launched my complain against Shopclues.com regarding Money Deducted, but Product not received on Dt.15.11.2014 on Consumer Complaint. After few minutes i have received a call from [protected] (Mr.Rahul) by saying that calling from Shopclues.com & asked for Credit Card Details to credit my Rs.119/- in my Credit Card Account for not receivingtwo products. Then Mr.Rahul has asked for OTP one by one & made transactions of Rs.21070/- By receiving theSMS of deducted amount, i have asked for the same. Then he told, such are the wrong SMS. On asking to Mr.Rahul, he told to call from Delhi. Then I have traced the number, but the number shown from Bihar-Jharkhand. Then i have inquired to my credit card Bank (i.e. Standard Chartered Bank) By inquiring, i come to knowthat the transactions have been done from my credit card & money deducted mentioned below :Rs.2020/- - Auxicash BilldeskRs.5050/- - Airtel BilldeskRs.8000/- - Mobikwik.comRs.1500/- - Vodaffone BilldeskRs.2500/- - Xenonvalue PaytmRs.2000/- - Easy Mobile RechargeI request you to come out me from this fraud & Credit my money in my Credit Card Account. I had placed order for 4 packs of mamy poko pants on 26th Oct, the delievry date was Nov, 6. Till today, I have not received the order, whereas I have already made the payment since cod option was not available. I have made innmurable calls to customer care but in vain. Every time, I am being told that I will receive the product in next 2 days, but no action taken. The site seems to be fake. Going forward never will I order from this site. Buyers Beware!!

The Order was placed on the 17th of October and was told it was shipped on the 31st October via dotzot with tracking ID[protected].Even after 21 days my order isn't delivered.I didn't find the tracking details on http://dotzot.in/ .I have raised number of tickets and they haven't been responded to not even a single ticket.I need my money refunded.

As per your status shown in order history, there has been mentioned that the order is Undelivered - Returning to Origin. I am sorry to say that but your befooling me but the product has not been dispatched so how could it be undilvered.Without prior information to me you have cancelled my order and if your product was sold out you should have cancelled the product in 2-3 days.After 20 days you are informing that the product is undelivered and till now i have not received any refunded money. But i am really dissappontinted by your causal behaviour.

I don't know from where you get the product, but i need my order immediately delivered to me. This is not a way to cancel a order, you are responsible for the fault, so you should pay for it.

I have made the order 25335965 on October 30th and while I track the order it said dispatched by November 5th but by November 10th the status changed to Return to origin with no response. i didn't received any call or msgs from the courier service. when i try to call the shop clues customer care no one is picking up also its not a toll free no. I nearly got charged 35 for my 3 tries to the no. I raised many complaints and still now i didn't get a reply for anything. really worst site and poor customer care response. i wont go to shopclues anymore and going to alert my friends circle also.

Dear Sir, order number is 24780349 As per my previous complaint i got call from ShopClue Customer Support and i have shared my account number with them but they are asking me to share my authentication information of my account like 3 digit pin, year of expiry on card etc . And i cant share this information with them for security reasons . I have an one question .. if i have share my account number with them why cant they directly credit money to my account like others sites do .. why they need my 3 digit . I order Trend Micro Internet security through shopclues.com . the product which I received through shopclues is fake. when I file return compliant for the same (Ticket No[protected] they are not refunding my money. It has been now more than one month pass away but every time customer representative of shopclues saying that we will resole the issue within Two days.

Indian government should ban on such site those are playing/cheating with the consumers.

I ordered an item (woolen cap) in a website www.shopclues.com on 19 Oct 2014, 05:03 PM and payment was done through net banking. I did not receive the item till now nearly 27 days over till now. Tried to contact the shopclues customer care they did some fake promises will be cleared in 48 hours every time i call. The courier guy never responded through the mail or picked the phone. i given detailed address with phone number mentioned. Please do the needful & make sure any customer got cheated again through this website.

Order no. 25237903, I ordered this on 30th of oct. got delivery on 7nov. When i opened the box i got damaged Product. So i tried to replace the product and file a return request. After 7 days my return request accepted but then after i got a status message that "Return Pickup Location Not Serviceable" I need return/refund as soon as possible. If you can't give service to my location then why you send my delivery. Actully shopclues is a big fraud. Never buy product from them. the quality of this product is very third class.

AFTER SOME TIME I ORDERED A COMBO OF NOVA HAIR DRYER AND STRAIGHTENER, BUT I DIDNOT RECEIVE IT AND WAS SAID TO CANCEL THE ORDER .NOW I HAVE A ORDERED A PANASONIC HAIR DRYER AND PHILIPS STRAIGHTENER WORTH AROUND 2300 RUPEES, I ORDERED THIS WITH USE OF CLUEBUCKS GIVEN TO ME. BBBBUUUUTTTT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT .SO IWANT MY ORDER PLEASE . I THINK WHY THEY ARE GIVING MY PRODUCT BECAUSE I AM PAYING THEM WITH CLUEBUCKS.THIS IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE SEEN
