I ordered this item on 02 Nov. It was shipped on 04 Nov. Since then, i have not received it. On raising multiple complaints on Shopclues, Customer Care says the item is with ECOM courier. On entering the consignment number on ECOM tracking, invalid consignment error comes. Its already 27 days & my order is yet not delivered.

      I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 from Shopclues Order No. 27276983. The tracking number is [protected] of Bluedart. The expected delivery date is Fri, 28 Nov 2014. Shopclues reported that it was dispatched on 22nd Nov 2014. When I check in Bluedart website it shows 25 November 2014 instead of 22nd Nov 2014. Pickup Date 25 November 2014 From New Delhi To New Delhi Status In Transit Cod Processing Centre Ii Shipment Out For Delivery 29-Nov-2014 10:57 Actually my shipping address is Imphal, Manipur.I have made the payments not COD. When I contacted Bluedart I was informed that the shipment has been returned to shipper due the reason "No services available over that area". And the tracking number does not belong to me. I have written to Shopclues many times regarding this matter, but, it seems they never read my mail properly. Their reply is "This is with reference to your query regarding order. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your query, we would like to inform you that your order is out for delivery to your shipping address and will be delivered to you within 24-48 hours. Please note, you may also track your order on courier website by using the tracking details which you have received against your order." Shopclues has cheated me by giving a wrong shipment No [protected] of Bluedart. It has happened to me before also and I have to wait for about two months. Finally when I wrote to this website www.grahakseva.com I got the refund. For costly items it seems Shopclues never send the order but just cheat customers by giving courier tracking nos which never exist. Please help me in getting the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 Order No. 27276983 or the refund from Shopclues.

        I Place my order on 15.oct.2014.when i see the product it is a fake one.file my compliant on the product and Return to the shop clues on 8.nov.2014.Now itself i cant get the refund money!. 3 weeks past no information about my refund! When will I get the replacement or refund? We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center.?????????????????

                BIG SIZE Magic Non Slip Sticky Mat Anti Slip Sliding Pad I have ordered this product on 03-Nov-2014 and after many followup with the Shopclues customer care call center, i have received the product on 20-Nov-2014 but with the small size 13cm by 8cm instead of 17cm by 11cm, in the shopclues website this it clearly mentioned the size as 17cm by 11cm. when i called the complained the shopclues customer care they told it will be replaced but till date (28-Nov-14) it is not done. There is no proper update is provided by the shopclues customer care. only diaglog " we will revert in 48hours" but that is not happening, i call for the more then 5 times but i receive the same dialog and i mention above. not only that i ordered 4 product in shopclues out of which 2 product has been cancelled by shopclues due to unavailability of the product. till date money is not refund and the order# is[protected]Car Auto Towing Tow Cable Rope Heavy Duty 3 Ton 3.5 Mtr (QTY:1)) &[protected]Anti Non Slip Car Dashboard Magic Mat Pad Black color 1 pc (QTY:1)) 1 product is provided as a wrong size and order# is[protected]BIG SIZE Magic Non Slip Sticky Mat Anti Slip Sliding Pad (QTY:1)) So please kindly take a action on the same.

                  My order number is 10666461 it was htc mobile of 15499 it has one year warranty and under Shopclues buyer's it was not working so I claim to return or replace and it took 1 month for pick up the order and again 1 month for initiate of return or replace and due to the unavailability of product they told that refund is been given and aslo asked bank account details on Oct 30 I've sent details immediately and I've waited for 8 working days but refundwas not done I've been calling the customer care so many days they are telling the sane thing wait for 8 working days but today is 28 Nov but till now I didn't got my refund im suffering from August about this product and still how many days I've wait please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please please help me soon

                    Order number 24273345 was placed on 22 Oct 2014, 01:04 PM. estimated delivery was updated as Between: Mon 3 Nov and Tue 4 Nov. I checked after 10th Nov on the website(both Shopclues & Ecom express) and the status was shown as "Undelivered - Returning to Origin" Since both Shopclues & Ecom express have a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, I AM NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER, NOR IS THE ORDER DELIVERED, NOR IS THE ORDER REFUNDED Around 8th of Nov, after much googling & multiple phone calls, I was able to reach to an ECOM express customer care representative & he said they have a backlog of 50thousand shipments stuck at bangalore & will be delivered in 48 hrs. I checked after 2 days & saw the status that "Undelivered - Returning to Origin" since then I have been trying to reach Shopclues & ecom express. Both lines are always busy & never get through. I do not need that product anymore & want to cancel the order, but there is no option to cancel it now. I emailed the Shopclues Customer care & they said they will refund once they receive the shipment back. the ECOM xpress website shows that the package is at Bangalore. then why are they not delivering it. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY OR LOSS DUE TO ECOM EXPRESS. I JUST WANT MY REFUND TO HAPPEN.

                      return for the order id[protected] and 26031525 has not been processed by them even after 25 days...they are giving me no response regarding this...i have been fraud ...every time i mailed to them they replied that they are coordinating with courier partener...in this era of phones noone takes 25days for contacting a courier man...kindly take a beneficial action against them...deepy hurted shopping at shopclues.com.

                        Return product[protected] has been send to the merchant at time, But my refund money not send to me 3 weeks past.no action about my issue ?.File your complaint here. Immediate action on your complaint.But no Action about my issue! all your actions are closing and solved without any action.I cant get any refund to shopclues but they said all the complaint are solved and closed.when you solved? what action you take?.Daily i write a complaint no action cant taken by you!                           ShopClues order 25580371 Delivery commitment was latest by 15th November, 2014. But product is not received at all and company sends mail that the product is successfully delivered at my home address. No contact details of customer service is given anywhere on site. Only E-mail address is given for support. They send nice emails and just wants to close the case. But no one is talking about refunding the money for the product not at all delivered. The site also does not have any option where consumer can complaint about non-receipt of the product. They only have return product or re-order product option. In such case who will stop such kind of frauds company is making??? Neither delivering the products, Not giving the refunds and just sending mails that product is delivered.

                          Do you understand SIMPLE English Language ???

                          From the day one I am complaining that I have not received any product and hence I want my money back.

                          But pathetically you are always replying that you are arranging for reverse pickup.

                          If the product is not delivered itself then what is there to pick up in reverse way???

                          Hence please don't use this common delay techniques to avoid refund.

                          Please process the refund amount immediately without any further delays at your end.

                              I am a regular buyer from your concern . In the month of Octoberon the 9th I placrd rders for Track Suit costing Rs 998 / and the same has been transferred from my Andhra Bank Manglabag Cuttack Branch through my VISA Card . Again the same amount of Rs 998 / has been transferred from my Above AndhraBank Account on the 18th October 2014 . Actually the Track suit has not been supplied by you, the Order must have been cancelled at your end due to Non-availability of Required Size etc ; and the Amount has been deducted from My Bank Account TWICe on the 9th and the 18th October Respectively . When I contacted Your Customer Care No[protected], there was only computerised voice of Slogan. No one responded .                                       I had booked a easy mop 360 degree rotating with steel basket. i paid Rs 2598/- for two mops. however I got plastic bucket mop. I complain t on call center who has advised me to return the same. Order no#24489825, I spent Rs. 40 on mobile phone. I requested them to send the correct product but so far I have not got original product. I have ordered sevaral product/ they have told me to go to suvidha centers however these centers do not exist in Goa.I strongly protest against company.
