I have order two products, One product I received but not the actual order which I had placed instead of the actual order they gave plastic thing. Yet one more product they have to deliver. I am trying to call them but customer care number is not connecting and no email support or e-chat support is there. This is really a fake company. Don't buy anything from this company. Don't know how I will get my money back or the actual order which I had been place order.
Worst service and company, who don't know how to deal with their customer. No updates on the mail which sent them. Customer care number for customer support is not working as of now (tried from yesterday afternoon to till now).
I got my order shoes in wrong size my COD order 25311729. I ordered for size 6 but i got size 9 so i requested for replace the order. Request has been logged by you with ticket number 1337192 on dated[protected] but no one came for pick up the shoes so please take action immediately

        Dear Sir/Mam, I had ordered a Philips HD9220/20 Air Fryer (Order No.[protected] on ShopClues.com on 18th October 2014 and according to shopclues my order was dispatched on 28th October 2014 via Safexpress courier service but till the date (10th November 2014) i haven't receive my order. I also try to contact safexpress team to know my waybill status but they are unable to answer me the exact position of my courier. I also email to shopclues customer service and my request has been logged with ticket number 1354840 but every time they say "our team will contact you within 24 to 48 hrs. but NO REPLY from any one. Their Tag line should be "NO CLUES AT SHOPCLUES -- SHOP AND FORGET" VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, NEVER EXPECTED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. Regards Rehan Ahmed. [protected]

              Dear Team, I had placed 4 orders on shopclues.com and the order numbers are 24440067, 24440085, 24440659 and 24452293. I had placed order on 23rd Oct 2014 and the delivery dates for all these orders is already passed. I have made payment for 2 orders by credit card also and the rest 2 are COD. I have been sending emails to the customer care of shopclues.com however they are not responding to my emails. Whenever i call them, they do not have the exact status on my orders and just say that they would get back to me in next 24-48hrs, however no one even calls to let me know the status or not even reply my emails.                 I Have purchase AB Rocket from yours on 28/09/2010, on 10th Oct 2014 I was received one shipment and it was wrong product found. I was called to ONE STOP SHOP 17 Mr Rajiv And he told me that it was mistake by courier person i said ok than he told me talk with Mr Manish (Blue Dart Courier) regarding your shipment and Mr Manish Told that we people pick ur product from Nellore and will send you very soon after so many call he sent me one Tracking ID [protected] on 31 Nov 2014. After All this Process today i called to Blue dart Courier in Customer care and one lady told me that your shipment is not found only paper work is done at baroda. When i bought product its price was 4750 and today it available on Rs 3300 now what i should be do? i will go in press with my own expense and claim on you. i don't know who is ur courier man i just want my product.

                  Dear Sir, This is really frustrating that I am not recieving any reply on my query..on order no. 22432995 placed with you and returned & recieved by shopclues on 30.10.2014, but till date no response from your side... Besides Your customer care no. is also not working which is really disgusting for shopclues. It seems you just believing in selling and not in customer satisfaction or care. Series of mails return on above order no..to Mr.Suraj Biswas, and as per his instruction order was returned, but now there is no reply from his side which is really frustrating And i am having a loss of Rs.699 9product prize + Rs.100 Return courier charges..                             The representatives are not able to respond the simple request on the order status. The tracking shows dispatched on Oct 18 with no further updates. The rep states the order has been dispatched and will be delivered soon. I've emailed them multiple times, but still waiting for the satisfactory response. It's already been month.

                                Dear Manager, I purchased a Micromax Canvas Power A96 (Order No.[protected]; Dated Oct. 25, 2014. I received it from SyberPlace (Order No.[protected]. I received the product from Blue Dart on Nov. 05, 2014 and found the set is defective. Immediately I took it to the nearest Micromax service center at 108/110 BT Road Kolkata 700108 and they said that I have received a dead set. They adviced me to place return request.I placed my Return Request on 06.11.2014 (Return: 561365). No action was taken and no one came to receive the product back. Yesterday (09.11) someone called Mr. Sherif (Phone number : [protected]) called me and gave his identity as the seller of the product that I ordered at ShopClues.com. He told me to go to the service center again and received a DOA certificate. As per that instruction today I again went to the Micromax service center and asked for the DOA. They clearly told me that they will not give this as the Bill Date is 25th Oct and already 7 days are over and they also says they do not issue DOA for online purchase. I called that Mr. Sherif from the service center itself and the service center explained him why they can't issue the DOA.Now when I asked Mr. Sherif what should I do he is giving me one after another insttruction like collect phone number of the manager of the serviec center, please convince them to issue a DOA certificate etc. etc.. as if I am his subordinate to carry out his instruction. Can you tell me what is my fault? Is it that I sould not have purchased it from ShopClues.com?? Is that I did that mistake and that's why I am getting harrassed in this way?Can you please, pleeeeeeeeease tell me what can I in this situation? I am feeling so helpless!!                                 I received a phone call from ([protected]) and a person told me that I
                                will get refund for this purchase. He was speaking in very bad English
                                and he can't even pronounce the name ShopClues
                                properly. When I told him that it is okay if I can get refund of my
                                money. He said refund is only possible by debit card account. He then
                                asked me the bank details!! I said over phone I cant share such
                                information. I told him to send me email on behalf of ShopClues and then I kept the phone down. I never received any email!! Others please be careful about such phone calls.. I tracked the number and it belongs to Jharkhand/Bihar region!!

                                  I strong urge the concerned authorities to revoke the licence of a fraud online shopping company www. shopclues.com (Clues Network Pvt Ltd) and withheld it from doing any business in India. I had ordered two products on 26th October 2104 on Shopclues.com vide order numbers 24729041 and 24729051 and had paid upfront through online banking medium. It has been over 15 days the product has neither been delivered to me nor is there any attempt from the Shop clues team to update me for the reason for delay. I have been trying to contact to them but as they are very smart crooks they have no customer support number on their website. I have contacted them through web based customer support system on their website but there is no resolution till date. The Product is in Shipped stage since last 15 days and the courier company that they have used is DOTZOT which is again a Fraudulent company as there is no contact number even on the courier company website. It clearly shows about the ill-intentions of Shopclues.com who are prevailing to cheat the customers by their fraudulent business practices. The Owners of such companies should be put behind bars for their lifetime and business license should be revoked immediately.

They have shipped it through Safexpress service and when i tracked the order it has reached SALEM on 30th october. The Product is still at SALEM and they are not shipping it from there.
