Dear Sir, Order no. 23469807and return id 550297 the product hand they hand over to the Aqua dropas been handover to the Shop clues on 121.Nov.2014at 11.20 am) .I return the product at time but you cant return my refund amount!. when you return my amount I have also written so many complaints to you . Even customer care no also not connecting, it is fraud company and dont purchase any product from shopclues.

I Completely dissatisfied with your delayed response and poor service. Almost after 45 days you came back by saying that you cannot deliver the product.
I've ordered the product[protected] on 5th Nov 2014 and it is supposed to be delivered on 14th Nov 2014. As its not delivered on time I've raised a complaint (Ticket number[protected] and I wrote many mails to your customer care asking for the status of my product, every time I used to get reply by mentioning "We closely working on that we will get back you soon”.

Even I've wrote a mail to the respective courier (Dot zot) asking for the status). Please refer their response.

Finally I've wasted my time by doing this exercise with shop clues online shopping. Going forward absolutely am not interested to use your service as well, I will not let my network use your service.

If you cannot able to provide the product on time then please inform the customer at the earliest don't waste your time as well as customer time. This will definitely effect on your business..

NOTE : I don't need any clues bucks. I want my money in my account as soon as possible.

      sir i have bought two products from this site with order number 26031525 and 26545039 andc have put the return request for the last 15 days...i have been aske dto send some photos of the product and i have sent them atleast 4 times the same for the both product but they are now keeping on asking for the same...i am fed of the service they are provinding...please tell them to process my refund request with in 5 days...you are my only hope now!

        hi kavitha here from mysore, on 23.11.2014 i placed an order twice, from sunday flea market at first have ordered (1) new stainless steel agarabatti stand 2) 360o rotate cooling laptop/notebook stand, 3)pack of 6 door mates total cost of this is 346/- for this got a mail confirmation and message confirmation. again have ordered another 2 product like (1)mini tape dispenser amt 43+19 shipping charge=62/- 2) kitchen apron and hand towel amt 43+19 shipping charge=62/- total 124/- got debited from my account(vijaya bank) immediately and even i got msg from bank saying amt debited, but i dint get mail or msg confirmation from SHOPCLUE.COM of my ordered product. i called the customer care no today they dint respond properly so plz confirm my product and deliver the product are give back my amt plz plz register my complaint and get back to me ASAP Regards Kavitha cj my mail ID : [protected]@gmail.com registered mobile no :[protected]

              1.. wrote several mail about i need a call back... no one had call me... this is what you are giving respect to your customer.. 2. I placed order on 22nd Oct on diwali day lets lamp will brighten my house... today is nov 22 nd still not delivered.. y'day i got mail saying that we see it got undelivered... Pl clarify my its who's mistake... 3, informed about u that i need a call back.. so far nobody had call me... 4. keep on receiving mail saying the status .. but finally i recd mail that it got undelivered 5. What's going on .. am not able to understand. 6. when i will get back my money..? Not worried about cutstomer query? What kind of service are you giving to the customer? I received the mail saying that it got undelivered... well then why are keeping my money with you? Why r u not returning it to me. Sent several mails saying that I need a call back... None of them contacted me... Pl mail me any escalation help desk contact number / mail if any..

                I ordered a product[protected] on 15 Aug2014, due to some issue in the product i will return to shop clues on 08.Nov.2014, to refund my money, it takes 2 week, now the date is 24.nov.2014( 2 weeks completed), no money can't refund to me, when i ask for refund ! (We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days.We would like to inform you that the refund for your order is in process.                   I had ordered 2 product from shopclues.com( ORDER No.[protected] and[protected]. I had booked both my orders on 3rd of November and i had even paid online. After 3rd of November it has been 20days and i have not received my product. I had even sent emails to them but after few promises they are not even replying to my emails. Please don't shop through Shopclues.com, there are many better options. Other websites give a much faster delivery.

                      Order number: 18979307 It has been almost 2 months and my order is undelivered. I haven't even got the refund. What's the problem? You people don't even bother to reply, I have mailed even earlier regarding this. This is my worst shopping experience with your site, really fed up! Do you want to return the money? I have come to know that your website is the worst one, earlier i was shipped a duplicate product. People please be aware at cheap prices duplicate products are delivered and when informed they don't even accept. (I have had such a experience when i bought skullcandy earphones from this website)

                        Order #25309473 Made order on 31 Oct 14. It has been 22 days. When i cal thrice I waited for more than 2 hrs, No response. I made on Facebook they delete my complaints giving broken link. No response to mail Id. This website loots customer money. They chose 1 customer in 25 and never deliver the order. This is fake website. Jealous for customers money. WORST THEIVES. DONT BELIVE and be the one fool in 100.

                            HI, I have ordered a headset(Order Ref.no:[protected]on shop clues on 05th November 2014..My order status showing that my order is shipped and forwarded through DOTZOT, But till date i didnt receive my product and there is no status updation from the DOTZOT also.This is highly disappointing.And there is no proper response from the customer care also.I dont Know why you people making this much delay for this order.If the product is out of stock or any issues like that you have to do proper arrangement for the order delivery. Without that why you people are taking orders for the customers.I dont know what you people will do I need my product within 2 days. or else refund my money.

                              Yesterday we got the delivery of subject order. When we opened the packet found that this is not the item which we order. The order was made of MAGIC MASSAGER WITH 7-8 ATTACHMENTS whereas the item we have received is BODY MASSAGER WITH 17 ATTACHMENTS. MOREOVER VERY SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THE PRICE ON BOX IS SHOWING MRP RS. 498/- (INCL OF ALL TAXES). The complaint was also made by email to customer care but there is no feed back. Also would like to share that the vendor details were also showing in invoice. On same number# [protected] called yesterday evening then one Mr. Jain taken all the details & said he will revert me in morning. Now trying this number its only ringing nobody is picking up. Appreciate to look into it & provide the correct product which was ordered or refund the full money back without further delay.
