Hi I have raised one ticket with number "Others[protected]" .The resolution says "This is with reference to your return request received for order no. 22217347. We regret to inform you that we currently do not provide pick-up services at pin code 493773. We would request you to provide an alternate address for the pick-up or send it to below mentioned address through a courier agency which is traceable online except India Post and we will reimburse the shipping charges upto Rs. 300 in the form of Clues Bucks. Please send us the scan copy of courier receipt." They say it is easy return policy . is it is.If i courier then what is the guantee they say we have got and oblige to pay Please advice

    Myself Aahim Bose I plased an order on yesterday morning at shopclues.com order id. 25413151. But after 24 hour company inform that they are not able to delivered the product at booking location. At the same time they are also informed that the refund request is registered. And now i want to know, why they are not inform before payment that, they are not delivered the product at the booking location???????? My phone no. is [protected]

      I am place an order 09 Oct 2014, 03:21 PM order reference no. is 22448891. Still I am not received the materials. This order is shipped via Delhivery. The tracking number for this shipment is [protected]. But this tracking no. is fake. Nothing are available in this tracking. I am complain in shopclues customer support but they does not respond anything kindly help for money back.

      This is politically correct answer which I have been receiving for last 1 month, not a single person has taken any concrete steps. If I had order the parts on cod basis and after taking the parts said I am looking into matter and will give you the money soon, how does that feel like?

      As you have replied I am holding my customer forum complain which I was planning to put up in court. Hope your team will resolve the issue to avoid unpleasantry.

          Respected Sir, With reference to my Order No: 22503733, the order was confirmed on 9-Oct-2014, and after a very long time after 20 Days the Order was being shipped on 28-Oct-2014 via Dotzot courier service with tracking number for this shipment is[protected]. But it is now 6 Days from the shipment days, the item is not trackable at the courier partner website and also no response from shopclues support team and also no contact details of Dotzot courier partner is available at internet. So I please request to help me and request to deliver the item as soon as possible.

            Hi, I have received my order but when I opened Currier that was totaly damaged we keep that box as it is, let me know how I will get replacement of correct and good condition product of order # 24202045, and how many> days you will take for that? because they had already given late delivery for this order with damaged condition, > please let me know the procedure of replacement how they are going to send some-one to pick up this product? or is there any other option for collect this> product. we tried to>reach customer care but its not reachable.               I ordered a soft cover[protected] in shopclues on Oct 16th, 2014. Till now I have not received my product. I contacted them many times but I did not get a clear status. In the order history they have mentioned delay in the transit but unable to track the product. And at last they informed me have to contact courier partner. I'm really fed up of this website. But till now they have not informed me the status of my order. I request you to get my money back and please ban this website. Please help me get back my money.

                I have ordered a product from shopclues.com order # 23913361 on 19th Oct 2014, which was expected to be delivered on 27 - 28th Oct 2014 as per mentioned by Shopclues.com. I have not received the product till now. Despite of doing numerous follow-up's with the shopclues.com support team, I did not received any valid response from them. Seems like they have automated programs or bots at their support who does not understand customer problem thus giving same response again and again. Posting my complaint here in hope of getting my product delivered. Looking at the no. of issues these guys there portal should be blacklisted and no more allowed to do business.

                      I had requested for 2orders (swank soft leggings for pink colour GkL915) but the shopclues advertisement it look like baby pink and the size i asked for 36XXL, but delivered colour was dark pink, size was medium and the quality was not Good. 2rd order was (Niyati pink velvet leggings) but i received blue coloured leggings and the size was large not velvet type it was normal and quality is too not Good. I ordered and payment was done on 14th October i received the 1st order on 18th and 2rd order on 23rd October, both the ordered leggings was not satisfy, not the same colour viewed in the picture and the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong quality, called many times no picking and the same query was raised in the Asoka.com they also posted the complaint to the shopclues nobody called me.. am unhappy about shopping with shopclues. thanks

                              Sir, I have ordered a hot water bag from shopclues.com. After two to three days they send me a mail to my account that delay due to unavailable of product from the merchant. And then after same days they gave my order to a another merchant and the second is also delaying the product my product received date was 30.10.14 but today is 2.11.14 the second merchant was also delaying the product and also not informing me when i will received my product so I, kindly request you to help me to getting my product. My first order id are for the hot water bag are 23827485 and 23825791 After Order Transferred to Another Merchant my order id are 25124030 and 25124034. so, sir please kindly request you to help me in getting my product.

                                There is no intimation of any kind whatsoever from shop clues regarding the status of my order COD 24819561 dated 26 oct 14 for car care combo of polish, scratch out and scratch remover pen for Rs. 521/- including cod processing fee. As I need to travel, I can't wait for ever for these chaps to make a mind.

                                  hi i give 2 order in shopclues.com. they have no number on there site where any body talk. only a fake number was there, any no email id where any body complaint. This website is fake i think, they give me msg and email that they dispatch my order but since not i did not got any item, my 1st order no is:-#24204673 and 2nd is #24203095. Its a very bad experience to shop this type bed websites.
