My Order number is 23545537 Its around 20-25 days for the order being placed and still no news of the product.. There is no way to contact with them.. Only 1 number is provided and that is always out of service.. This is a big fraud.. They never call back and no customer support at all..

Respected Sir, With reference to my Order No: 22503733, the order was confirmed on 9-Oct-2014. But yet it is almost going to be one month, but yet i haven't received the product. So, i please request you to check the necessary and deliver the item as soon as possible.

Team Order number 22948755 This order never been delivered to me despite long delay. Now it is showing returned when never been delivered to me. If you are not able to deliver the product then why you are running the sight first make proper arrangements then make long promises. Big disappointment will never place any order on this sight Neetesh

Guys, Please dont do shopping on Shopclues.com, this is the worst shopping site, If you order any product it will take minimum 21 days of time to deliver the product, Untill then you will die to check the Status online. More over they will charge for the Delivery of the product, Even if you receive the product also that will be very very low quality of the product, That worst shopping site was not even having Customer support also. Even if the product was out of stock also they will inform you after 2 weeks of time. You will become old by waiting for the product to be delivered. Beware of these bekar sites...

and there are no contact no's for the courier service's which you have sent the products.

Iam filing a complaint in the consumer court about services if i did not get the proper revert or the products.

www.shopclues.com!!one of the fake website and deals in fake products.. I Ordered for JBL Pulse Bluetooth wireless Speaker and paid for it via credit card..in return what i got was a Chinese product AEC BQ-615. the best part was the JBL sticker on the speaker..lol!! this speaker also had FM in it which is not a part of JBL Pulse and the sound quality was super crap..its been almost 3 days since i marked them a complaint email however i haven't heard any thing from yet..so guys..shopclues.com is not the best site to shop..I have attached the pic of the product what i received..please google JBL pulse and compare..

My name is Mahinder Singh Sarthi I have ordered a beats solo hd headphone with order no. 24383737 on 23 oct 2014 but still i have not received my product. They are showing it dispatched but no dispatch detail is available. Phone no. not connecting due to network congestion. such a poor company this is. this is my first experience and the worst one. if you can not deliver my product then give my refund amount.

I have placed a order in shopclues on 28th oct, order id 25041277.. the order is not yet dispatched, i tried to call their customer care number, but it won't connect all it has mentioned is delay in procurement from merchant side, i have enquired through mail, but no reply. i don't know what to do..help me out

I ordered a pillow item from Shop clues.I see product not being delivered and messages saying Product delivery delayed couple of times.I am not able to cancel this order becuse my account is disabled.I have contacted support team couple of times to cancel this order and enable my account.No reply given by the support team.My money also not refunded....

i had ordered a product on 27 october but it is still in processing state. i have complained two times and called many times but they are not responding. today its 6 november and expected date of delivery is already passed. what are they doing ?

Three Items were ordered vide 22459649 dt :09 Oct 2014 after paying the full amount. On 27.10.2014 the status was updated "Shipped - Possible Delay in Transit" . However the tracking no : [protected] from delhivery shows, page not found, which means its a fake tracking no. After repeated complains also ShopClues.com Team doesn't have any concern for the customer & doesn't give any feedback. Also after scrutinizing the website, it is shocking that there is no customer care mail id or active phone number. The complains that are registered through the webpage, god knows where the data goes or just might be for an eye wash. I am not sure, what control ShopClues.com has on its vendor or logistics provider or they are running a scam.
